Called, set up an appointment and the service repairman came . His name was Dean. He called before he was to arrive, he knew exactly how to fix the issue. He gave me a hint on removing the filter. Told me to make rabbit ears on the filter with duck tape. That way I can pull the filter out. I told him I was disappointed the installers did not show me how to remove the filter. After all, I really was not thrilled that I had to have a service call. The best part of this review is that there wasn't any charge, he gave me a pound of hummingbird coffee , a fabulous tip on removing the filter and we shook hands. Very thankful for the rabbit ear tip, everyone should learn this! Very pleased with Hummingbird, the service repairman Dean and my pound of coffee. But the best part... no charge. I have been dealing with Halco the past couple of years and they keep telling me my old unit is almost out of coolant and needs to be replaced (for several thousand $.) Brad came out, did the maintenance, measured the coolant and told me it's fine - it doesn't need new coolant, it can run til it dies. Basically, I won't be giving my business to Halco anymore and will be using BGMG for my ac and furnace maintenance from here on out. He also gave me a quote on a new ac unit, for when our current one stops working. An added bonus, he had no problem wearing a mask indoors, which we highly appreciate! I definitely recommend BGMG, especially if you want to support a veteran.

He covered the cost to have someone come on the weekend which was very reasonable for a weekend service call. The technician showed up about 1 hour later and was able to quickly identify the issue and was able to restore the boiler. He also identified an issue that had occurred due to normal usage and had a replacement part for my boiler with him. The service was excellent, the quality of the work and the technician was excellent and the value was bar far excellent for a week end service call. We had multiple issues with the company that installed the boiler and didn't want to have them come back. I would strongly recommend Hills heating if you have a problem with your heating system.
