Every time I have come the staff have been really friendly and helpful. The course is beautiful and challenging. I wouldn't say it is too long of a course but you better have some accuracy or you will be in for a long round! They also take good care of it too. The greens are well groomed and the fairways are pristine. I don't know the exact details on membership but it is a good option if you live in north jersey. Always like coming here! Unfortunately, you have to know a member to play here but if you know someone check it out!

But I just played it again and my experience was complete opposite this time. The course is clearly not being taken care of the way it used to be. The pace of play is absolutely outrageous. Came here on the weekend as a group of 4 and we were playing at an average to rushed pace and the group behind us literally started screaming to hurry up and were up our asses the entire time. It didn't help that management allowed them to tee up literally 5 mins after us. Then an old guy that worked there came out on his cart on multiple holes and told us to hurry up. I said we're not exactly playing slow so I don't know what you want from us. For the money we paid (which was way too much for this place) we should be able to have fun and play at a relaxed pace. This is supposed to be a peaceful game. I 100% will never be coming back here again after this experience.

I realized it immediately and tried to call the clubhouse, but it was already closed. There is also no option to cancel or modify a booking online, so there was no way to fix the mistake that night. I called first thing the next morning and was told "tough luck" and I would be charged the full fee with no ability to receive a credit or make a change. I understand having policies to protect against no-shows, but this situation was clearly different. I attempted to correct my error right away and was given no option to do so. A simple credit or rebooking option would have been a reasonable solution. Instead, there was no flexibility or willingness to work with me on an honest mistake. I've played a lot of courses, and this is the least accommodating experience I've had when trying to resolve a simple booking error.

Came here on a Saturday morning with friends. It was my first time going to TopGolf and after…read morehearing the raving reviews, I was very excited for my experience. I was so surprised that the place was pretty busy on a Saturday at 930am. The demographic was quite diverse from families with kids to people with friends and to couples. Lots of people brought their own clubs too. (Don't worry, they provide clubs and label them with large beginner ones too). The bays were comfortable. They had heating when it was about 50 and drizzling outside and I felt comfortable and warm. The games were easy to set up. I feel like I didn't fully grasp how to play and was just swinging the ball out there for the fun of it (still somehow ranked 2nd place among my friends :P) Our attendant was super helpful and checked in on us frequently to make sure we had everything we needed. The menu wasn't as expensive as I had imagined which is a plus too. The food did take a little bit of time to come out. Wish they provided water for the bays and napkins. I appreciated my time and can see the appeal. I'm glad there's one opening closer to me so hopefully I can go again and get a better grasp on the game!
