Not great but it was also the end of the season. The range is no frills - $12 for a large bucket (I think ~100 balls). Most of the mats are in pretty good shape (better on the left side of the range) and most of the balls are good. The short game area is great, awesome, awesome, awesome perk. They give you about 30-40 yards of fairway, a big green, and a green-side bunker. The putting green is nice and in good shape - no chipping here. Mini golf is pretty good too.

Poor customer service and zero flexibility for an honest mistake…read more On 4/15 around 7:20pm, I accidentally booked the wrong tee time (4/16 instead of 4/18). I realized it immediately and tried to call the clubhouse, but it was already closed. There is also no option to cancel or modify a booking online, so there was no way to fix the mistake that night. I called first thing the next morning and was told "tough luck" and I would be charged the full fee with no ability to receive a credit or make a change. I understand having policies to protect against no-shows, but this situation was clearly different. I attempted to correct my error right away and was given no option to do so. A simple credit or rebooking option would have been a reasonable solution. Instead, there was no flexibility or willingness to work with me on an honest mistake. I've played a lot of courses, and this is the least accommodating experience I've had when trying to resolve a simple booking error.

Came here on a Saturday morning with friends. It was my first time going to TopGolf and after…read morehearing the raving reviews, I was very excited for my experience. I was so surprised that the place was pretty busy on a Saturday at 930am. The demographic was quite diverse from families with kids to people with friends and to couples. Lots of people brought their own clubs too. (Don't worry, they provide clubs and label them with large beginner ones too). The bays were comfortable. They had heating when it was about 50 and drizzling outside and I felt comfortable and warm. The games were easy to set up. I feel like I didn't fully grasp how to play and was just swinging the ball out there for the fun of it (still somehow ranked 2nd place among my friends :P) Our attendant was super helpful and checked in on us frequently to make sure we had everything we needed. The menu wasn't as expensive as I had imagined which is a plus too. The food did take a little bit of time to come out. Wish they provided water for the bays and napkins. I appreciated my time and can see the appeal. I'm glad there's one opening closer to me so hopefully I can go again and get a better grasp on the game!

Public 9 hole par 3 course in Short Hills down the street for me. Perfect place for a duffer like…read moreme. Helps me learn without pressure and I always have a good time here. It's a walking course so either bring your own bag cart or rent one.
