Judy's suite is so cute and cozy, and it smelled so nice too! We discussed the type of lash extension style that I like and we opted for the hybrid round style because I like them long and voluminous. I had some minor stinging from the glue fumes, but Judy made sure to dry them and repeatedly ask if there's any discomfort. My lashes turned out great. It's been 5 days and there's been very minimal fallout. Note that BYL is very strict with their 3-week refill policy from what I was told. If you don't get a fill before the 3-week timeframe, then you're automatically charged for a new set next time.

I have really long and straight (almost downward facing) lashes that are stubborn to a lot of lifts. This salon is one of the only places I have been to that actually gives me a lift that lasts! My eye is still irritated and pink. I messaged them my concern and am now awaiting their response..... Outstanding customer service. The lady in charge actually called me to check in and she's been checking in on me periodically. The redness went away and my eyelashes look amazing. I wanted more volume, but my lashes were long from using Latisse, so she matched their length with Novalashes, which was a little more glamourous than I expected- but I love it. You barely know that she is working on you- I feel asleep at one point during application. I have very resistant hair- perming, bleaching, dyeing takes twice as long on my hair and I guess eyelash glues make no exception. I had some lash fallout the next morning and let Bylie know- she told me that if I had more loss the next 2 days, to come in and she would fill in the missing portions- she guarantees her lashes. She used a different adhesive, and all is well. I surfed the next 3 days with no loss. So if you know you have resistant hair or have loss the next morning, let her know, don't wait!

I will admit, I'm a bad client - I sleep on my face, I pick my lashes, and I don't come back on a regular schedule - so if I had missing holes in my lashes after 1-2 weeks I would blame myself. But once I got my lashes done by Casara, it was a whole new level. My retention was amazing. I could go 3-4 weeks without feeling like I needed a fill. My lashes are always so fluffy and full.
