Sadly, I chose this place based on the reviews. I asked her to do classic deluxe which I never heard of but I get classic lashes . The burning throughout the entire procedure caused such pain and my eyes to tear through the entire time. That has never happened in my 5 years of lashes. The pain was unbearable but I pushed through. She later explained to me she places extensions under the lashes rather than on top as most lash people. And she shared that people who visit her complain of irritation. She never said that at beginning My lashes looked horrible, they looked plastic and very stiff. They felt uncomfortable for at least 3 days. I noticed when I went home there were clumps of many extensions attached to 1 lash and so messy with so much glue that I was never able to comb them as I do daily. Many of my lashes were folded and glued onto other clumps . The worst experience in my life. I went back to my original lady and told me there were definitely NOT classic and damaged a few of my lashes . Please do your research. I don't know how they have such good reviews. The finished result looked and felt great during the first week. However, 90% of her application was messy. By the second week, I started noticing that individual lash extensions were attached to 2-4 of my natural lashes. In many cases, the extensions were also glued to other extensions, resulting in multiple natural lashes being stuck together by just a couple of extensions. If you naturally have strong, full, and healthy lashes, you may be able to tolerate an application like Connie's. Unfortunately, that was not the case for me. That said, her pricing is undeniably good. In the end, however, I chose to pay a premium at a different salon to prioritize the health and integrity of my natural lashes.

I have really long and straight (almost downward facing) lashes that are stubborn to a lot of lifts. This salon is one of the only places I have been to that actually gives me a lift that lasts! Judy's suite is so cute and cozy, and it smelled so nice too! We discussed the type of lash extension style that I like and we opted for the hybrid round style because I like them long and voluminous. I had some minor stinging from the glue fumes, but Judy made sure to dry them and repeatedly ask if there's any discomfort. My lashes turned out great. It's been 5 days and there's been very minimal fallout. Note that BYL is very strict with their 3-week refill policy from what I was told. If you don't get a fill before the 3-week timeframe, then you're automatically charged for a new set next time.

But now I've had my lashes done at many places and I recently returned to RedKelly. It's easy to make an appointment online, which is very important to me. Also their suite is nice with a beautiful view, quiet space - it's very peaceful. Most importantly, they do a really nice job with the extensions. They didn't try to up-charge me when I showed them a picture of what I wanted. They were quick and the results were spot on.
