Took my Eight year old here for the first time today and had the best experience. The office is super cute with a car theme and is very clean. Staff were really nice and helpful. They started off by taking an X-ray of his mouth and then started with the cleaning Dr.Roach then came in and checked for cavity's and we were in and out within 30 minutes. It took me a LONG time to find a dentist that I could trust and Dr. Roach was incredibly calming and efficient in all my dental needs. Still going to Dr Roach, he has now added a new doctor, Dr. Fuse, (I may be misspelling her name) she is just as good as Dr Roach. Very kind and caring, she is great with children. All of my kids love going there. They have a fun bouncy ball dispenser they get to get a ball from after their visit and plenty of books and coloring pages to keep the kids busy while I'm there. Their staff is the sweetest oh, they are always so accommodating with appointments and rescheduling. read more

The staff is extremely friendly and very accommodating!! The service was awesome, there was no wait time at all!! The office is done in old automotive related themes called Petrolinia such as you see on American Pickers and Rick's restoration on TV. The dentist has a passion for his work as well as the entire staff. I have had numerous crowns, cleanings and fillings and have never experienced any pain. The dentist and staff are trained on state of the art equipment and practice the latest procedures to insure your comfort. The staff is fairly young which insures you will not be looking for a new dentist or assistants for a long time. All procedures are done to perfection with speedy accurate service. The one bad review is really unbelievable as the staff is a diverse ethnicity. PV should not be allowed to make such a prejudice statement. read more

I recently moved to the area and only came to this office because the location was convenient. The office is very high tech, all paperless. It's very clean, and recently updated. I am a dental assistant myself, and was very comfortable having my dental work done here. My hygeinist was wonderful and very friendly, as was Dr.Roach. So, I found Galt Family Dentistry by doing an online search. I took a chance and scheduled an appointment. (I had a broken tooth) This is the first dentist I ever went to that was totally pain-free. For the first time ever, I didn't dread that big-ass needle coming in to numb my mouth. What a relief! This dentist is a master at eliminating pain and anxiety. I'll definitely use this guy again. Also, I needed my upper dentures adjusted to feel better. The staff was more than proficient at helping me with this. Bottom line... they did a great job. My first visit was on Halloween and Dr. Rocha was wearing a shirt that said "this is my Obama costume. Now give me all your candy so I can redistribute it." which I thought was horribly unprofessional. However, the quality of the dentistry and professionalism in every other interaction has been quite good and I will continue to come back. I just moved into the Central Valley area from Southern CA. I needed a dental check up as it had been about 1 year since my last. I initially chose Dr Roach's office based on their website. It's not always the case, but if a business puts some thought and time into their website... they're probably putting that same effort elsewhere. When I called to make my appointment, Wendy took my information and was very friendly and helpful. She made my appointment for me, which was about 2 months out. However, they do have a system in place in case people cancel, they call you to come in earlier. They even put their new patient forms online for you to fill and submit online prior to going to the office. Once I arrived today, I was greeted by Wendy. The whole office is decorated with old time gas pump memorabilia. Dr Roach's grandfather was a gas station owner... so makes sense. Jennifer took me back within minutes and began the cleaning/inspection process. She was very friendly and I felt comfortable in her hands. After the process was complete, she handed me a goody bag and sent me down the hall to Marissa and Dr Roach for my x-rays and check up. Marissa was very friendly and made me feel at ease. We recently moved to Galt and, being new to the area, had to find a new dentist. I am so glad we went to Galt Family Dentistry first. From reception through to the doctor, each and everyone of them were friendly and helpful. A professional group of people with a smile and sense of humor doing their best to make your visit less unpleasant. My wife has special needs and they were so patient and understanding with her. Their concern for her comfort and insuring minimal pain was greatly appreciated. They explained everything as they did it and answered my wife's questions with easy to understand responses. I hate going to the dentist. After going to Galt Family Dentistry I still hate going to the dentist. But that's because of past experiences and I can't blame GFD for that. I believe they'd be willing to try any reasonable suggestion that would make my visit less stressful and I wouldn't hesitate to ask. I wish I'd had them as my dentist years ago. I'm excited! You don't realize until you lose it what a difference one tooth can make! You can't chew properly! Everyone is through eating and you probably swallow when you haven't really chewed properly. Your health is going to suffer and besides it looks ugly to have a hole in your mouth!. How wonderful that you can replace that tooth with an implant! I think I'd mortgage the house to do it! I'm so happy that I did it!! Dr.Roach made it so easy. I'm not sure how you can improve PERFECTION. I previously worked in dentistry all my working career. I must say that Dr. Roach and his staff have perfected dental care and patient comfort. Their equipment is the state of the art making comfort in the chair a relaxed expectation. Dr. Roach has your concerns covered and cared for completely. NO MORE WHITE KNUCKLES coming into this office. His staff is amazing as well and up to date in all aspects of the front office and your insurance benefits and recall. You don't need to worry as they do it all for you. As a last note I want to say the relationship between Dr. Roach and Staff is amazing. You always walk into a happy and well oiled office. Their is no tension in this office whatsoever. You see the same content employee faces year after year with no turnover. That does say a lot in it's own. This dental office is awesome! I love all the old gas pumps and signs. The whole staff is so nice, they made me feel like family! Very little wait time, and the recptionists were very nice and helpful. Mt hygienist was very gentle, but the best cleaning I've ever had!! Dr. Roach is very nice as well,making me feel like family. I had a filling, and absolutley no pain at all!!! I give this office 5 out of 5 stars because even though I get a little nervous about dental treatment, they all helped me feel more at ease. read more
