Stephanie & Dr. Samra took over and went over the pictures and X-rays of my teeth and basically what course of treatment he recommends. But today I got a call from Kristy and she was the most disrespectful person I ever talked to !!!!! Let me start off by her telling me I owe $175. Ok no problem what for ? Charges from my last appointment. I haven't been since December and that day I literally paid my balance I owed using cash and card. She told me they had no history of a cash payment and pressured that on me. Ok so if I handed over cash and you have no history of that what am I supposed to assume? I thought maybe someone pocketed my money and with a rude tone she said "THATS A ROUGH ACCUSATION TO ASSUME !!!!" What am I supposed to think ?!?! Then she finds the cash transaction and tells me rudely, "Well it doesn't matter because you still owe $75." Then tells me more information about my account with a stank attitude that I confirmed was incorrect. And when I asked her again how much I owe and what for she changed up her story and said I've accrued $175 over time. How do you accrue a balance if you haven't been there in 4 months and paid it the last time you were there ?!? Her attitude was so awful to the point where your going to lose our business. Whoever hired Kristy obviously had no sense of a good customer service professional.

We've been patients for a little over a year now, and unfortunately we've had to come in multiple times for "emergency" visits because bracket fell off, wires came loose, or wires were poking my son. Most recently, my son's wire came off on a Friday night. Since we already had an appointment scheduled for Tuesday, I just had him use wax until then. At that Tuesday appointment, the dental assistance informed us that the wires were cut too short, which is why the wire came off the bracket. However, later that SAME day, my son told me the wire came off again. I called the next morning and thankfully they were able to get us in right away. As the assistant explained the situation to Dr. Wu, his immediate reaction was to blame my 9-year-old. He asked if my son had been pulling on the wire or ate something hard because, according to him, "there's no way" the wire would come off on its own without excessive force. I was honestly shocked and upset that his first instinct was to blame a child instead of considering that maybe the work done the day before was not done properly. Not to mention the day before his dental assistant said that the wire came out due to it being cut too short. So which is it?? The wire can come off when it's cut too short or it requires excessive force for the wire to come off?? I reminded Dr. Wu that we had just been there the day before for the exact same issue. I asked why his first reaction was to blame my son instead of questioning whether his staff may have made a mistake. He immediately became defensive and said his office sees "many, many patients" and they never have issues. I explained that this was not the first time we've had problems with my son's braces and that we've already had to come back several times due to brackets or wires coming loose. What bothered me most was that even after I questioned him, he still blamed my son again and confidently said yes when I asked, "So you're blaming my son for this?" It wasn't until I continued questioning him and pointing out the repeated issues that he gave what felt like a very half-hearted apology. He said he would "look into his protocols" and that he's not "above admitting" when his staff makes mistakes. Dr. Wu ended up fixing my son's braces himself that day, and I immediately noticed he spent much more time and care working on them than the assistant did the previous day. At the end of the visit, I asked if moving forward Dr. Wu could personally work on my son instead of the assistants. His response was simply, "It doesn't work that way." No explanation, no reassurance, nothing. Overall, I found Dr. Wu to be rude, dismissive, condescending, and unprofessional in the way he handled this situation. As a parent, it was upsetting to see a grown professional immediately blame a child instead of taking accountability or at least approaching the situation with more care and professionalism. My son may need braces again in high school once all his adult teeth come in, but we will not be returning here.

Her technique is very good, the precision of the cut of the wire so it won't poke you in the mouth , the smoothness of putting it on . On top of that she is very caring ,one person at a time and answer all your concern. She also helped my daughter brush her teeth to show her the mistakes. Her personally is exceptional, will fit any environment actually, not like some grumpy people ,just to be there to make their paycheck. After seeing her smile , you might realize that anxiety and depression is just a thought. I'm also very happy with how my daughter's braces is coming along, and Dr.Oshetski is very good with the kids. I do my research before trying a business especially for my healthcare. I came in as a new patient and it turns out I had to get a root canal and crown to fix my issue. The Dr I met with I didn't catch his name he was partially bald, rushed through my diagnosis didn't explain much of anything but let me know I needed the root canal, we scheduled it I came back and I was met with a completely different dr. A woman she was of Indian descent wasn't listed on the website as a dr there I was very confused but trusted them. It was the most painful root canal I was there for over 3 hours mouth open getting worked on. My temp tooth fell out 2 times while waiting for my crow to come in. Till this day a year later the tooth is still sensitive. Very unfortunate my original dentist really set the bar, my first root canal was so fast so smooth so painless so this was a COMPLETE SHOCK.

It was $149 apiece without insurance fine when we got there I was taken in first and they did at least 20 x-rays. Then they cleaned my teeth with a water pack. My husband went in next and I was waiting for him when he came out and he was furious. He said they gave him a bill or something like $2700, and a lot of other upsell items they decided he needed. They said he needed a deep cleaning and they wouldn't clean his teeth. When I made the appointment, I asked for cleaning for both of us, they never told us they had to do complete x-rays, and never also said that they would not clean the teeth If there was any problems. I would not go there again and I would not recommend them. I called back to complain and all they did was say you signed a form that consented to this! No, gee, we're sorry you weren't happy.
