I have been having a dental emergency I called my case manager with the county and she helped me set up this appointment with this dentist. Today is my appointment in about 4 hours. I just received a phone call that they do not accept my insurance. Today is Thursday. I had set this appointment up early last week. So now I get to go and try to find another dentist and try to get squeezed on in somewhere, meanwhile, I'm still having tooth pain and tooth issues... My implants are 32 years old. I requested to have non metal instruments used on the 4 implants. The hygienist used a rotary polisher to clean the gum area of these behind them. The force she exerted into the gums and posts was intolerable. That was the last step for cleaning, and checking with my finger was unable to find excessive blood from that. I made my complaint and made sure the insurance provider received reimbursement for the cost of the visit. I also canceled my next appointment and choose not to use this dentist. read more

I never received care , just an exam. The first time they didn't take my insurance, perfectly understood. The 2nd time they accepted my insurance, but it would take 2 months before anything could be approved. This wasn't a problem for me or so I thought. I made plans to go visit friends and my family. A little over 2 months I was told they were not taking my insurance. Whatever the case was on their end ,I would have appreciated a phone call. The day before I found out my insurance had approved everything . I lost a large amount of money, I had no intention of going anywhere with my dental problem. I absolutely do not recommend this office, we all make mistakes communicating with people. When, 1 day everything is good and the 2nd day, it isn't. Thats really strange to me. read more

I tried to keep coming in but finally couldn't take it. Dr. Enaya is so psychologically abusive to his staff and patients that his castle is starting to crumble. Every hygienist I've had work on me was disgruntled with how they were treated. All of them looking for better jobs with better treatment. I took it all with a grain of salt until he mistreated me. They're losing patients and staff that their biggest asset (Marissa) had to start using text to communicate with patients because they're barely open. I was approved by them a year ago for Invisalign and they told me to wait for an orthopedist who never called. My teeth could have been straight by now! When Marissa finally started losing her patience with me (possibly not her fault due to stress and misunderstanding texts I was told that maybe I wasn't a good choice for them so I went somewhere on Twin Cities. Avoid this place and shame on Dr. Enaya for his continued abuse. read more

Marissa and Jerry are horrible receptionists. Marissa hung up the phone on me when I questioned her giving me medical advice & asked to speak to the dentist. She hung up the phone on me. I had my sister call back and Jerry quickly became defensive and also proceeded to speak rudely and hung up the phone. They're calling the shots for the dentist and treating patients as if they're the boss giving medical advice and what procedures need to be done without consent or authorization. I had a root canal per request of the dentist and had a temporary filling put into place. The temporary filling could be damaged and was asking to be seen for the cap which the Endodontist requested. They claimed I needed a cleaning prior to my permanent cap being put on but I had asked if it was protocol they started explaining why they felt I needed the cleaning but it wasn't given by the dentist themselves. After asking to speak to a professional in regards to waiting and the cleaning they claim to be requesting they hung up the phone on several occasions. This office is run by the receptionists and you won't be able to voice your concerns. Definitely find another office. read more

DONT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE OR YOURSELF! Dr.Enaya is the worst. My 9 year old son needed a root canal done and I'm familiar with the process and procedure myself being a RDA for over a decade. We get there and the front desk is polite and tell my son it's going to be okay which I appreciated. They tell me it's okay to go back there since my son is very scared that he was going to get a shot in his mouth. He sits in the chair and when the dentist gets in the room he told me I need to leave and get out, "parents can't be in the room" (which isn't true) very rudely. I said "oh my son is extremely scared and had a horrible experience last time so he really needs me here, I'll be just to support him" but before I can even finish that sentence Dr.Enaya gets up, cuts me off and says "okay you need to leave and go somewhere else, I'll refer you" and leaves the room. The assistant seriously apologize for him and was shocked how rude he was. My family has been there a few times in the past and every time he has helped us with a cleaning he was EXTREMELY rough and rude but doing it to my son was the last straw. I went here to get a root canal done. That was it. Nothing else. I wanted the cheapest crown which was metal of a sort. They told me okay that's fine but we recommend the white one that looks like a tooth. I told them no. I cant afford it. They put a metal crown on and I left, I was assured it was a permanent crown. A few months later I had to go to another dentist who informed me the metal crown was a temporary crown. I called this dentist up to ask about it and they all of a sudden had no idea what I was talking about. What a joke! read more

When one great review is not enough: Finally getting down to the finish work from a broken front tooth, and a couple minor cavities. I'm almost sad that I won't have to come back for more fillings and/or restoration; only regular cleanings. Best dental clinic EVER! I KNOW I'm a pain in the butt when it comes to anxiety and pain, but every single dentist in this clinic who has treated me gets HUGE thumbs up for caring, compassion, patience, understanding and being pain free. As for the dental techs and office staff? Geri, Marissa, and anyone else that I might have missed....you ladies ROCK! I had both of my top wisdom teeth removed today. Luckily, they both erupted straight. I was super nervous, but the process was really fast (like two minutes) and pain free. Went here to have a root canal done...The denist was fine, all the work he did was fine, but the front office staff was rude and unbearable to work with when making appointments to fit into My schedule not theirs...Patients are PAYING CUSTOMERS and need to be treated as such...because of the unprofessional front office staff here I will never return again.... read more

For once I can say I finally had a good experience at a dentist office. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Dentist really took care of all my needs and then sum. There Dental Hygenist was very thorough and caring while cleaning my teeth. I really felt that they took there time and care and didn't try to get me in and out like other offices do. WOW! My tooth was extremely infected all weekend. My body hurt so bad I could not think straight. My husband called this morning. They squeezed me in at 10:30 a.m. (It is Monday). Within 1 hour I had my infected tooth extracted. No pain. Great Professionalism. Great price. I have no insurance. They want to see me in two weeks to make sure the infection is gone.
