The force she exerted into the gums and posts was intolerable. That was the last step for cleaning, and checking with my finger was unable to find excessive blood from that. I usually go through Tammy when it comes to having my bills/appointments taken care of and she's really sweet. But today I got a call from Kristy and she was the most disrespectful person I ever talked to !!!!! Let me start off by her telling me I owe $175. Ok no problem what for ? Charges from my last appointment. I haven't been since December and that day I literally paid my balance I owed using cash and card. She told me they had no history of a cash payment and pressured that on me. Ok so if I handed over cash and you have no history of that what am I supposed to assume? I thought maybe someone pocketed my money and with a rude tone she said "THATS A ROUGH ACCUSATION TO ASSUME !!!!" What am I supposed to think ?!?! Then she finds the cash transaction and tells me rudely, "Well it doesn't matter because you still owe $75." Then tells me more information about my account with a stank attitude that I confirmed was incorrect. And when I asked her again how much I owe and what for she changed up her story and said I've accrued $175 over time. How do you accrue a balance if you haven't been there in 4 months and paid it the last time you were there ?!? Her attitude was so awful to the point where your going to lose our business. Whoever hired Kristy obviously had no sense of a good customer service professional.

We live out of the area and called to see if they could do a dental cleaning for my husband and…read moremyself. They said fine. It was $149 apiece without insurance fine when we got there I was taken in first and they did at least 20 x-rays. Then they cleaned my teeth with a water pack. My husband went in next and I was waiting for him when he came out and he was furious. He said they gave him a bill or something like $2700, and a lot of other upsell items they decided he needed. They said he needed a deep cleaning and they wouldn't clean his teeth. When I made the appointment, I asked for cleaning for both of us, they never told us they had to do complete x-rays, and never also said that they would not clean the teeth If there was any problems. I would not go there again and I would not recommend them. I called back to complain and all they did was say you signed a form that consented to this! No, gee, we're sorry you weren't happy. Just don't go there!

This is how I found Dr. Sirak Workneh! From my first visit to my last, I have been given such amazing care and the ladies in the office are so nice and accommodating! I'm a baby when it comes to my teeth but Dr. Workne is very experienced and gave me the best treatment I could ask for and referred me to a great Endodontist for my difficult root canal. Dr. Hilder is an excellent dentist…read more I've been going to him for years and he provides good care. He knows his field and is well educated about dentistry. Hilder repaired one of my lower front teeth and my daughter's front (upper) tooth. We both look great :-) and so do our teeth. More importantly, we have healthy teeth. Dr. Hilder is honest. He will not overcharge his patients or tell them they need something that they do not need. Sometimes it seems as if medical care and dentistry professionals are sales people. Hilder is not. He's a good guy.

Today is day 3 and my mouth is still raw. I have never experienced inattentive professionals before this.
