Mugs, affirmation items, mama merch, candles, self-care sprays, and even pink emergency car kits that say "Stay safe. Stay cute." It's the kind of place you walk into for one thing and leave with three because everything feels giftable. Great value. I was devastated as I had purchased these when I visited Greece three years ago and they are very special to me. I went to one jewelry store that was pretty well known and he could not fix it. I then went over to Rogers jewelry and I was greeted by Sage (sp?) He was very nice and helped me immediately. He put a work order in to fix my earrings. It was maybe a month later Sage called me and told me that the earrings were brought back to the store however, on transit the backing looked like it may just break again. He didn't want to give them back to me with a possibility of just breaking again. He asked if he could send it back to try one more time. I said absolutely whatever they could do to fix it. It was literally maybe a week later. I got a text saying they were ready to pick up and they were fixed. I was so happy I could cry. I was worried that they weren't gonna be able to fix them but they look great. They feel great. They're just as they were. I can't think them enough for taking care of my jewelry and being so kind. I will absolutely return if I ever have another piece of jewelry that breaks. The customer service was phenomenal and the value is unprecedented.

Secondly, I had 3 bracelets I purchased elsewhere for flower girls in my daughter's upcoming wedding. I feared they maybe a little small and asked if they could add loops to extend the length to ensure they would fit. To my surprise the jeweler found some chain rings and extended the size perfectly and didn't charge me! I couldn't be more impressed with the service and expertise of the staff. I believe this attitude will hurt their business and I wont be the only one to walk out in fear of their disregard for any safety protocol. I did not feel safe at all and did not see any attempt to limit customers in the store or signs of social distancing protocol. If you are unhealthy or high risk, these things are very important to you. Many elderly people have money to spend at boutique and not catering to them (by running around without a mask) is surely going to hurt a business that is likely already struggling from months of closure. Even Kohls staff are wearing masks to keep customers safe, but the level of service at Stella Mitchell couldn't even reach that of a large department store. I'd hoped to treat myself with an overpriced dress to help support a struggling local shop. I'd expect far better treatment and care for the customers than I received.

I purchased a pair of shoes from this store approximately six months ago and unfortunately had to…read morereturn them within their allowable return timeframe because they did not work out for me. I was informed that their store policy does not refund customers back to the original payment method and instead refunds are issued by mailed check within about 14 days. It has now been almost six months and I still have not received my refund. I have called the store numerous times to follow up and each time staff members tell me that only the store manager/owner can assist me. My calls are then transferred to voicemail, but none of my messages have ever been returned. Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication, customer service, and failure to issue a refund that should have been resolved months ago. Customers should not have to repeatedly chase down a business for money they are owed.
