My daughter's favorite part was that they write down the name of your school and event so they will not sell the same dress to another girl at the same event . If you have health problems or are high risk, I do not advise shopping at this store. The staff…read moreseemed quite smug and snooty when I mentioned that their not wearing a mask was disrespecting their customers. Even with my breathing and heart problems I respected them enough to wear one. I used a very polite tone because I wasn't trying to start an argument. I believe this attitude will hurt their business and I wont be the only one to walk out in fear of their disregard for any safety protocol. I did not feel safe at all and did not see any attempt to limit customers in the store or signs of social distancing protocol. If you are unhealthy or high risk, these things are very important to you. Many elderly people have money to spend at boutique and not catering to them (by running around without a mask) is surely going to hurt a business that is likely already struggling from months of closure. Even Kohls staff are wearing masks to keep customers safe, but the level of service at Stella Mitchell couldn't even reach that of a large department store.
