This is unfortunate, as we were looking to purchase our first pool, and we weren't given the opportunity to gain knowledge about Leslie Pools (the brand), nor what type of pool / service would be beneficial for our large family. With everything going on in the world, one would think that when dealing with others we are embracing the person vs what the outer exterior may display. Cultural equality certainly wasn't exhibited at this establishment, therefore will never reap the benefits of my hard earned money.

I have used LGB Pool Company for my opening and closing for 19 years. This year their customer…read moreservice quality has been nothing shy then unacceptable, the boys as Gardner refers to came on time to close the pool, my wife and I were in the water enjoying the last day of it being open. The lead guy suggested we can continue to enjoy the pool as it was a gorgeous pool day and said it was no problem for them to come later in the afternoon. When they failed to show up I contacted Gardner who was as rude as I ever heard him not only to me but to my wife as well, denying his employee ever said that, and as a result of the delay he was not able to come till 3 weeks later. My wife who usually never get involved with contractors simply could not bear to be subjected to his abuse and grabbed the phone to verify what we both heard earlier from his lead guy, after all if we were led to realize that it would have delayed the closing by 3 weeks we clearly would have got out of the pool and let them close it. Gardner's vulgar voice overpowered my wife's and he eventually hung up on us. What an incredible customer service oriented act. Needless to say I regarded this incident as the last encounter with this company. In short to sum things up, I strongly advise anyone to refrain from subjecting yourselves to this horrible abuse. Stay away from doing business with Gardner and LGB.

Today, our pool was losing significant water and I could not find the leak. Jake came right over with his SCUBA diving gear. He located the leak and had it repaired in 20 minutes. I really appreciate being able to depend on the guys at LGB to help me out when I call with a problem.
