Here are a few examples: 1) I specifically asked for the baseboards to be cleaned and they were not (it was included in the service). 2) Hair was left in the shower drain and a horrible white residue was left all over my shower floor, which has never happened before! 3) They did not clean under the bathroom floor mat in my second bathroom, nor did they clean the tub/shower at all. 4) Cat hair was left all over my dining room chairs. 5) You could see where they wiped, and didn't wipe, the floor in one of the rooms due to the residue left. 6) The items on my bathroom counter were not even touched or moved as they had dust all over them and the counter underneath them was also dirty. 7) There were some items in the corner of the kitchen counter that were not moved and cleaned underneath. 8) The bottom shelves of one of the rooms was not dusted.
