Layne and Ron were our cleaners both times - first, for the carpets throughout the house, then for some sofas, a love seat, an over-sized chair and a hide-a-bed. They were able to come earlier than scheduled both times (calling first to be sure the earlier time would be okay) then got to work immediately upon arrival. They were very unprofessional. The worker was 80 mins late. The worker brought her child to work without my consent. The worker also talked too much instead of doing her job. I was disappointed and dissatisfied because she left the toilet undone, hair was still in the cabinets& the cleaner was not good at taking my pointers/concerns well. I called Sunrise Cleaners at 12:16pm, needing a cleaning same day.. They were the fifth or sixth company I called, all prior saying they couldn't. Kevin answered and was very cool over the phone and said he would call me back and see if he could send somebody out to me that day and if not, they would have someone show up at 9am the next morning. 30 minutes later I receive a call from Kevin saying the lady will be at my apartment around 3:30pm. Wooooo! You da bomb Kevin! Aisha (not sure how to spell her name) knocks on my door at 3:20 with a very friendly personality and shakes my hand, thanking me for letting her clean my apartment... Thanking ME!.. Needless to say she did a fantastic job, and due to this experience, they have a regular customer. I have used many maid services in the past but now have stopped looking. I generally thought Kevin was A1 with his business but when he fails to communicate with a paying customer such as me and my wife , then turn around and blame the customer for his own employees cleaning up slow is UNACCEPTABLE! I had Kevin maids here all day long . I even fed them lunch on me . I stayed out of they're way . Now I get a phone call from Kevin staying how unacceptable things are that his maids are at my home all day . Like I made them stay there. And they're still not done as I speak . It's not my fault that you send new people into my home who don't know the routine or what you expect . But then to send me a text stating that I have to find another maid service cause we won't allow his people to come in and half do they're job is beyond my imagination. We were SO happy with our cleaner! Our place needed cleaning badly, so we got the deep clean. Not only was our cleaner extremely thorough, she was also very friendly and genuinely seemed concerned with making our place shine. She scrubbed in corners and crevices, and bleached our showers to get the mildew out. She spent 3 hours in the kitchen alone, and emptied and cleaned the entire fridge. By the end of the day, she had spent over 7 hours cleaning and stayed longer than she expected to get everything in great shape. I would highly recommend this service! read more

He & Johanna came 10 minutes early which is atypical for most cleaning services out here, some of which book an appointment with you and never come at all. I had high hopes for this service since the yelp reviews are positive! Talked to Kevin on the phone and he was very professional sounding and said he would get me a nice deep clean. The cleaner was here for less than two hours- charge was $100 for a two bedroom one bathroom and she barely did the bare minimum. Everything is still covered in dust, counters weren't even wiped down (!!!) Very amateur job and very disappointing! Didn't even touch the windowsills, shower, or the corners of any room (that get the most dust buildup). I texted them about it and they were super nice and said they would send someone else over today. 45 minutes after the agreed upon arrival time, the same girl showed from yesterday. Very awkward and not fair to me or her!!! I felt like a mom punishing her daughter and showing her how and where to clean, which 1) shouldn't be my job and 2) puts me in a super awkward position!!!!!!! I don't want to feel like "the bad guy" just because I didn't get even close to what I paid for. Yuck. Will not use this service again. read more

I was in diar need to have a cleaning service come New Years day since I had to be out of my townhouse Jan 2nd. The owner Kevin wasn't sure if he would be able to since it was New Year's Day but put a team together and they came over around 10 am and not only came on a holiday but did a fantastic job and made our home look like new so we could get most of our deposit back!
