CRAZY PUSHY SALESMAN!!!! Looking to pick up a transit van…read moreand an xl f-150 for our company. Fugate ford had been recommended to us, though unfortunately our experience was not the best. We had wanted to trade in old company vehicles in exchange for the new. The salesman had offered to pay for our gas to compensate for our drive from Bellevue. About half way to the dealership the salesman had called and said that he "wanted to make sure we'd have our business by the end of the day" and went on to essentially manipulate us into doing business with him. The whole interaction from the start with this dealership seems a little shady and I wouldn't send my family or friends their direction. After we had decided to take business elsewhere a different representative reached out and had apologized on the dealers behalf which we respected.

I reached out regarding a few trucks as I was out of state and moving to the area and was contacted by Gary Van Auken. Gary was so communicative and professional as we went back and forth looking to find a truck and deal that made sense for my wife and I. He actually found a truck that had come in that I had not seen which was fortunately still available when I finished my move. Everyone was extremely friendly to work with and quick to the point. Once I had my truck selected I came in to pick it up and spent about an hour and a half finishing paperwork and finance details. I look forward to servicing my truck with Art Gamblin and hopefully will be able to catch Gary in the office some as well. I have seen the service department become Progressively worse over the years. Their customer service is consistently horrible, borderline abusive. The last time I went in, I just wanted advice on clearing a code from a recent brake job (I do my own brakes). The woman at the desk was absolutely no help and actually told me that maybe I had mistakenly messed up my vehicle. It would have taken maybe 30 seconds for a technician to solve this problem but she insisted I make an appointment and bring the truck in for service. After doing some more research on YouTube, I cleared the parking brake service code on my own. This is only the latest of several negative interactions with the service department. Despite my admiration for the Gamblin family, I have purchased my last vehicle from them.

We have purchased 2 vehicles from this business in 2 years time -…read more Last year when we purchased our car i was told business was under new ownership (so bad reviews might be void ) First your buying a used car and they typically have vehicles under 15k so a "used" car Their mechanic checks out cars and seems very knowledgeable -speaking with him he said hes been a mechanic for 20 years plus They take trades and buy from auctions - chk out the main things and put it on the lot at a very fair price - Ok now ..we just bought our daughter a chevy traverse test drive went great - was clean so we made our deal with smiles :) By the time we got home, check engine light came on along with the tire light- called the dealership and they were willing to have us come back in so the mechanic could check it out - They were amazing even though we bought the car as is, they wanted to make it right and help us Mechanic put some fuel injector cleaner in turned off light and 200 miles no lights Was told if light came back on please call :) Again -we bought as is Unfortunately, removing bad posts from Yelp is impossible -even if the business changes his ownership :/ You're buying a used car. I would highly recommend this dealership if you are not mechanically inclined or don't have someone to take with you to car shop then I would definitely do your due diligence and take it to a mechanic -

He just flat out does the right thing for his customers. How can I say that? Simple. I purchased a vehicle from 410 Auto Sales and canceled my extended warranty and GAP insurance…read moreshortly after. I signed the cancellation paperwork at the dealership on August 21, 2025, and was told they would submit it and the refund would go to my lender. Months later, I found out they never submitted the cancellation at all. My lender never received any refund, and the warranty provider confirmed the dealership never filed it. This is extremely frustrating because I did everything I was supposed to do, and they failed to follow through. Now I've potentially been paying interest on something that should have been canceled months ago. They have not returned my calls or emails. Make sure you follow up on everything yourself if you do business here. Don't assume they will handle it properly.
