    What can I say about this dealership. I wish I could give more then a 5 star review. Terry, Jeff and Darren have gone way above to help us get into our truck. When I first contacted them regarding a 2010 Ford F-350 Lariat Extended Cab that I seen on the website they were fast to respond and helped beyond anything I've ever experienced before from a dealership. We told them our situation and what we wanted to do and they were right there every step of the way. Even when we weren't 100% on getting back into a truck loan they made the process stress free. They held off for a week and continued to work behind the scenes to get our payments down to where we were comfortable and took our trade in before even seeing it in person. Terry even told people that it was sold before we even signed on the dotted line cause he knew we wanted it so bad. When we got to the dealership it was out front ready for us to test drive it and it was even better in person. It ran great and only had 83,000 miles on it for the year and it being a diesel. Terry, Jeff and Darren had all the paperwork ready when we got there. I always hated going to a dealership because they all are pushy and say they can do this n that and then u end up staying all damn day there and we walk out of there feeling worse then I did before I got there. But not with 410 auto sales. We did everything over text messaging so when we got there we signed all paperwork and were in and out in less then an hour or so. When we were getting ready to leave our rearview mirror fell off and put a lil Crack into our windshield and it spread when it was super hot outside and we heard a noise coming from under the truck so I texted Terry and he scheduled me to bring the truck up Friday 6/13 at 10am and drop off the truck and gave me a loaner for the day and they fixed my windshield and ordered a new rearview mirror. This is how a dealership should operate even after the drive the vehicle off the lot. These 3 guys Terry, Jeff, Darren didn't have to do anything after we left with our truck but they did. They respond to me every time I text even after hours. No dealership I have ever gone through would ever do what these guys have done for us. I couldn't recommend this place enough. If you are thinking about getting a new ride or trading your ride in ect and u may be dealing with life issues and your credit isn't up to par ect please contact this place and talk with Terry, Jeff or Darren. You will not be disappointed. They will go above and beyond to make things happen for u the best that they can. Terry, Jeff and Darren are so respectful, nice, non judgemental, caring and work their asses off to make your experience better then then next. I will definitely be contacting them again in the future when we are looking for another vehicle. Thank you Terry, Jeff and Darren for all you have done for us. We will forever be grateful and we appreciate all you did for us and are still doing for us. We are very happy with everything. Now get my rearview mirror so I can have it back on my windshield Terry .     My truck broke down last minute so I needed a car fast after going to five different dealerships I stopped by 410 auto sales, Trent and his crew were nice, fast and professional., fast service and overall a good experience. Would definitely recommend. After a few weeks my truck broke down, I called Trent and he covered half of the cost After 4 month Transmision went out on the truck , Fan is out, fan clutch is out, lights don't work ( changed light bulbs few times already still having problem with it) So for over $20,000 I bought piece of junk....

    We purchased a 2013 F150. The experience was by far the easiest, fastest, and most pressure-free car-buying experience we've ever had. From the time we pulled into the lot to the time we left in the new truck was two hours, including test drives and all the paperwork. They matched the offer we received from Carmax to sell/trade-in our old vehicle. Every person we interacted with was friendly and professional. No one made us feel pressured or talked to us in that way that many salespeople tend to do, like sharks circling. Bonus: Peanut the dog was endlessly patient and playful with our small children. Good: no pressure, fast, great pricing, dog Areas for improvement: building was a little sketchy looking (although the personnel and overall operation were professional and top notch), would have enjoyed a small perk like a full gas tank before leaving the lot Overall: would absolutely recommend. 5 stars

    We bought our Ford F-150 from Four-Ten Auto and we are so glad we did! Their prices are reasonable, which means there's no need to do that back and fourth nonsense that you have to do at other dealerships. They are honest and friendly and if we needed another vehicle in the future we would 100% buy from them again!

    I had called and inquired about a 2006 Ram 1500. After discussing it with my bank, I called the…read moredealership to talk about possible price adjustments. I was told that it could only be dropped from $13,994 down to $13.4, which is about what I was expecting. Denis, the finance manager, tried to get me in touch with the bank they finance through, Kitsap. Something between Denis and the bank got misconstrued because the bank was trying to run my credit 30 seconds into the call. After calling Denis back, we agrees to have me come in Friday, March 19th when I got off work. I arrived, was met by James. James was a very nice guy, listened to all of my concerns and answered all of my questions to the best of my ability. I let him know I was willing to work on the unmovable price if they addressed my concerns on the truck. I pointed out a leak and moisture collecting in the taillights. James assured me he would speak to Denis and get back to me Saturday or Monday. Saturday, nothing. Halfway through Monday, nothing. I texted Denis at 12:06 on Tuesday, the 23rd, then called and got his voicemail. I called the dealership, was transferred and he answered right away. His happy greeting quickly changed. He told me that him and James had not spoken so I relayed my findings to him, he said he will have a mechanic look at it and call me back in 20 minutes or so with some sort of update. I texted him again at 3:30 Tuesday to ask when I might expect to hear from him again in regards to the truck. I was told "hopefully sometime tomorrow morning" I texted Denis again Wednesday, 24th at 11:54 asking if he had heard anything. He calls back and says yes, the leak I had spotted was an oil gasket which was replaced but the truck had sold in the meantime. The communication here sucks. I feel like I was being avoided because if I got the luxury of a response, it was days or hours and hours later unless I called the dealership and was transferred directly.

I was offering to buy a truck on their lot before they had inspected it, and they wouldn't accept my payment until they performed all their quality checks. They went on to perform significant improvements to the vehicle, despite already taking a deposit on it from me and having the sale basically gaurenteed. Car Village gets major points from me for their integrity and quality of service! I would recommend this place to anyone, and from now on am only getting my family vehicles here!

Ford App says "The powertrain control system is unable to detect the actual position for one of the exhaust flow control valves and requires service." Plus it is time for an oil change. Schedule for a Saturday, because I have to work. Service calls and cancels because they don't do diagnostic on Saturdays. Reschedule for a Friday. Drop off at 8AM on Friday and get a rental car because... I have to work. No updates on the truck all day. Text service at 5 pm inquiring if the truck is ready. Was told no they hope to have it ready on Saturday. Ok so now two days rental car expense. On Saturday service text me to update me that the technician was working on the diagnostic ( I thought they didn't do diagnostic on Saturday). I said thanks and went on about my day. A couple of hours later I was told the problem (which is what the Ford app told me originally) and that the part would be there Tuesday. Enterprise has already charged me over $160 for two days rental now they need the truck for 3 more days? I inquired about the rental fees and was told I could pick up my truck and bring it back Tuesday. No offer to cover the expense! Do they think people have time to just go back and forth and wait? I picked up my truck and will not go back!! A "free oil change" essentially cost me $160 in rental car fees. The check engine light was not fixed. So essentially there two days for an oil change! Actually took the vehicle back two weeks later on Wednesday. Didn't hear anything from this service department. Contacted them on Thursday and was told the part was not ordered and they were putting a rush on it to have it completed on Thursday.
