I purchased a vehicle from 410 Auto Sales and canceled my extended warranty and GAP insurance shortly after. I signed the cancellation paperwork at the dealership on August 21, 2025, and was told they would submit it and the refund would go to my lender. Months later, I found out they never submitted the cancellation at all. My lender never received any refund, and the warranty provider confirmed the dealership never filed it. This is extremely frustrating because I did everything I was supposed to do, and they failed to follow through. Now I've potentially been paying interest on something that should have been canceled months ago. They have not returned my calls or emails. What can I say about this dealership. I wish I could give more then a 5 star review. Terry, Jeff and Darren have gone way above to help us get into our truck. When I first contacted them regarding a 2010 Ford F-350 Lariat Extended Cab that I seen on the website they were fast to respond and helped beyond anything I've ever experienced before from a dealership. We told them our situation and what we wanted to do and they were right there every step of the way. Even when we weren't 100% on getting back into a truck loan they made the process stress free. They held off for a week and continued to work behind the scenes to get our payments down to where we were comfortable and took our trade in before even seeing it in person. Terry even told people that it was sold before we even signed on the dotted line cause he knew we wanted it so bad. When we got to the dealership it was out front ready for us to test drive it and it was even better in person. It ran great and only had 83,000 miles on it for the year and it being a diesel. Terry, Jeff and Darren had all the paperwork ready when we got there. I always hated going to a dealership because they all are pushy and say they can do this n that and then u end up staying all damn day there and we walk out of there feeling worse then I did before I got there. But not with 410 auto sales. We did everything over text messaging so when we got there we signed all paperwork and were in and out in less then an hour or so. When we were getting ready to leave our rearview mirror fell off and put a lil Crack into our windshield and it spread when it was super hot outside and we heard a noise coming from under the truck so I texted Terry and he scheduled me to bring the truck up Friday 6/13 at 10am and drop off the truck and gave me a loaner for the day and they fixed my windshield and ordered a new rearview mirror. This is how a dealership should operate even after the drive the vehicle off the lot. These 3 guys Terry, Jeff, Darren didn't have to do anything after we left with our truck but they did. They respond to me every time I text even after hours. No dealership I have ever gone through would ever do what these guys have done for us. I couldn't recommend this place enough. If you are thinking about getting a new ride or trading your ride in ect and u may be dealing with life issues and your credit isn't up to par ect please contact this place and talk with Terry, Jeff or Darren. You will not be disappointed. They will go above and beyond to make things happen for u the best that they can. Terry, Jeff and Darren are so respectful, nice, non judgemental, caring and work their asses off to make your experience better then then next. From the time we pulled into the lot to the time we left in the new truck was two hours, including test drives and all the paperwork. I bought a 2008 ram 3500 6.7 a few months ago and was having issues with coolant disappearing right off the get. The egr was acting wonky which is a common issue for these motors and an easy fix. Update (8/17/18): Trent contacted me after reading this review. He was very professional, apologized for any inconvenience, reminded me that customer satisfaction is his first priority, and offered to pay for about 80% of replacing the under cover. He also got the under cover from the repair shop he normally works with for a cheaper price than what Subaru offered. He was prompt with responding and was very genuine. I was so relieved after receiving his call that I am changing my review from 3 to 5 stars, but I would give 4.5 if it was an option (due to inconvenience). I would come back and ask specifically for Trent! ------------------------ Old review: I bought my 2014 Subaru Crosstrek from this dealership because I was originally working with the owner of the vehicle who decided to sell it to 410 Auto Sales. So basically, I followed this vehicle to this dealership to purchase it. I was told by the owner that he sold the car to 410 for $11.5k. Because of this, I was expecting to purchase the car for around $12.5k to cover profit, expenses, detailing, etc. I received a call from Trent, one of the business owners, who initially seemed nice. He eventually told me that my price would be $13.75k. We eventually agreed on $13.25k, but knowing that they bought the car for $11.5k and that ALL they did was change the oil (no detailing or maintenance that I was made aware of) makes me somewhat upset about paying about $2k for an oil change. But I am happy with the price because they could have sold it for more to someone else. Also, the negotiating was somewhat flexible, which I appreciated. Trent also gave me the name and phone number of the mechanic that changed the oil, which I also appreciated. I went to purchase the car but needed to delay my purchase to get some things figured out. Art (the accountant) was extremely understanding and held the car for me for a few days, which I appreciate, but I did put $2k down in order for him to do this. When I went to buy the car everything was good. Full tank of gas, clean, and everything was quick and easy with the paperwork. Two weeks later, I take a look under the car to see that the under cover is missing. I am 100% sure that there was an under cover before the car went to 410 Auto Sales - I went under the hood and saw it for myself. I thought that maybe the repair shop where the oil was changed forgot to put back it on, so I called and asked. I was told that they specifically remember putting it back on as it went back to the dealership. So I called the dealership and received a call back from Trent soon after. He said he would ask some guys and get back to me. A few days later I did not hear back, so I texted him. He very quickly responded and said that there was no under cover found. I then asked if there was anything he could do about this, since I was trusting 410 Auto Sales that the car would be in the same condition with all parts as it was then I looked at it with the owner as they SPECIFICALLY said it would be. No response. If it were not for the under cover case, I would give this dealership 4 or 5 stars. But considering that the car was missing the under cover and I'm planning a trip that requires 10 miles off road in two weeks, I am left with a huge inconvenience of ordering a new under cover that costs $125 and paying the labor to have it put on. This is at least a $200 expense for no reason besides the fact that my under cover is magically gone after going through 410 Auto Sales. In short: Would I suggest going here? No (unlessyou are going to pet Peanut) Why? They don't care about you after the sale is closed, even if they are at fault for any additional costs or inconveniences that come later down the road. read more
