They are hot interested in following up with long term customers that want to sell their Jeep back with only, 39457 miles on it and taken very good care of. Since they didn't want to talk to me and make a reasonable effort to work together, I donated my Jeep to charity. I guess ECJD will get nothing now, and I will never visit the dealership again due to their lack of customer service. I purchased the vehicle there new in 2011 and only drove it during sunny, warm days in the summer. The rest of the year it was parked in my garage. Anyhow, ECJD made their decision not to work with me, although I reached out to them multiple times, and they all knew me for many years. So selling my Jeep for 10K is not going to cut it. Since I'm sure once I would have sold it to them, they would have slapped a 20K resale sticker on it because summer is just starting and all the many extras I installed on it. This Jeep was in immaculate condition and there was nothing wrong with it in any way. I will not be out to ECJD again anytime soon because of their lack of working with long term customers, and they don't care about their clientele. I would probably just avoid this place once you purchase anything from them, because they will offer you nothing in return, it at all. I purchased a used 2019 Chev Suburban LT from ECJD in late Dec and was impressed with the buying experience. The vehicle was detailed and in great mechanical condition which was not what I had found at many other dealerships. Finding a Quality used rig with a reasonable number of miles on it is not easy but they had one. After agreeing to the purchase they detailed it again. The negotiation was short and to the point. I gave them a fair offer and we came to an agreement in 5 minutes. I was pleased with the responses I got from Mike and Hana in their sales departments, with both being very helpful. Mike sent me a CARFAX before I drove over and Hana was very pleasant on the test drive and through the negotiation process. They topped it off by sending me home with a Christmas Ham and a full tank of gas, which means I paid at least $100 too much but I was happy and they sold it to me so they were happy as well. The closing paperwork was a snap as I did not finance the vehicle and did not want the extended warranty. No pressure to buy anything I did not want. I have purchased 6-7 other vehicles in my lifetime from dealerships and it was the best experience by far. I will consider buying from them in the future. read more

Great business to work with! I have a recall on my Rubicon and called to see if they had time on Saturday to do the work. Absolutely was the answer. I then received an e-mail stating I still had 2 free oil changes and a tire rotation from when I purchased the vehicle. I didn't purchase the jeep from Enumclaw, but they are still going to do my free oil changes. When i get ready for my new jeep next year we will be going through them. Now I want to address the negative review I just read. So, a customer didn't like what he was offered for his " used very good condition" Wrangler. Then post pictures of his jeep. I personally would not pay full retail for a Jeep that has been modified like his. It was turned into a "off road " machine. Whether it is a mall crawler or was really taken out wheeling, it is still a big risk. I would say most anyone seeing it would steer clear. I am highly disappointed in the service on my elderly mom's car she has received lately. Last year she was having trouble with her car starting when she was out running errands. The service dept. replaced her fuel pump. She kept experiencing the same issue. Took her car in a couple times and she kept being told they couldn't find what was causing the issue. Recently she took it back in and they kept it for 9 days, they even called Chrysler tech support for assistance. After being without her car for 9 days and not providing her a loaner car, they told her it was some kind of wiring issue but they aren't sure how to fix it. It's a 2007 Dodge Nitro that was purchased brand new here, with only a little over 44,000 miles on it because she doesn't drive very far. The advice she was given from Matt in the service department was to either trade it in, which she doesn't want to do since the mileage is so low and she doesn't want a car payment. OR drive it until it gets worse (possibly stranding her somewhere) and then MAYBE they can figure out how to fix it when it gets worse. WTF kind of advice is that to give a 79 year old woman??? Drive it until it gets worse because they can't figure out how to fix it??? Are you kidding me?? That is the dumbest advice I have ever heard!! I was considering buying a new car next year from this dealership. I definitely won't be doing that and I will warn everyone I know not to buy a car here or get one serviced here. Had my Wrangler in for an oil change. They had an opening two days out from when I called. . There was a recall associated with the jeep but I was told I would need to make an appointment with the full service garage for that, so I passed. I bought a Ford Flex 2014 from them in July. Purchased online. Hopped in and took a look, everything was fine. Signed paperwork and was about to roll of the lot and my Computer and Speakers malfunction. Salesman goes inside to tell his boss to try and help fix it. I am told by the manager to "youtube the problem cause it has something to do with the battery". A week later my car dies during a festival where I am opening and closing the back door often. Jump it to get home and my climate control malfunctions resulting in it being stuck on high blast and high heat. The most miserable drive back from the Gorge ever. I take it in to get the warranty to cover it and am told I can't make claims on anything until 90 days later. Was never told that. I call the dealership instead trying to get some resolve, make mention of lemon law and have it thrown back in my face that that law doesn't apply in Washington. The 5k in repairs needed to get my car back to basic functionality and use of my heater and radio. Pathetic. This has been the single most worse car buying experience of my life. I recently tried scheduling a recall repair at Enumclaw Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. The initial communication was promising and I was told someone would follow up to schedule the repair. Unfortunately, after that initial exchange, I did not receive any follow up despite reaching out numerous times over a month-long period. Each time I reached out, I received a kind auto-reply apologizing and promising I'd hear back soon, but no one ever contacted me. While I understand things can get busy, the lack of follow through on their end was disappointing and inconvenient. This was a safety recall issue so timely repair was important. That being said, my interactions with staff were pleasant, and the dealership seems well reviewed otherwise. I hope they will take this feedback to heart and improve their recall repair scheduling process and communication procedures. Took my 2021 Grand Cherokee in for an oil change and was told I had a leaky radiator that needed replaced plus two other random services for a total of $3k. They were convinced I had paid for an extra warranty which I had not. I had no signs of a leak on garage floor or with engine overheating and so I took it in to a mechanic to get a second opinion. No leak whatsoever. Just needed the coolant flushed for $197. Will never return to Jeep Enumclaw. Scam and shame on them for trying to rip me off. read more

I had to get a recall done on my Jeep and found out a month later they cut my dip stick out of my transmission. Calling the mechanic prior to them asking if dip stick was still intact when my vehicle left his shop (he claimed yes). This dealership did not want to own up to the mistake their tech did to my vehicle and tried making our family pay. Especially after 4 calls and not getting an answer till the 5th. I dropped off my Jeep Grand Cherokee on June 1st, with an appointment, for a warranty repair on the engine since it's knocking like a tractor. I wasn't told there were going to be any delays. I waited for 4 days without hearing anything and not seeing any movement on my Jeep (GPS tracking, etc.) Sent a text message but received no response. When I got a response I was told there is a delay and my Jeep would be worked on the following week but I'd need a service receipt from the previous dealership. So I emailed them the receipt and was then told that it's "is in line to be torn down for inspection with an engine technician. As soon as I have an update I will let you know" I was patient and waited until the 21st before I then again, couldn't get a response via text so I drove to the dealership for some answers. I was told it would realistically be three weeks before someone would get to it. So I asked if I could take the Jeep back and it was agreed that it should be fine and they will call me with a time to bring it in. Here we are almost 5 weeks later, two months after making an appointment that I still have a knocking Jeep. They still can't give me an estimate on when I can bring my Jeep back in for service. I asked about loaners and they don't have any either. What a waste of time and a waste of my summer waiting to get the Jeep fixed. I had plans to go camping but I don't trust the reliability of the Jeep to do so. This is unacceptable and the worst experience I've ever had at a Jeep dealership. read more

The offer he gave me was more than the listed price on his own site, and did not take into account their own dealership discount. He quoted incentives as the difference, when it is clear it was how own website! I then asked for invoice so we can have a real, honest discussion about the truck. He stated: " invoice is irrelevant " and "it's priced with the market"...basically saying he doesn't really care about his own quoted price on his own internet site! This is a review of the service department, I am sure the sales department is just fine, as anyone will sell you a vehicle. We had been in for a service a year or so ago here, and I was satisfied at that time and was happy that they threw in a car wash with their service. However, we took our car in this winter for a recall item and because I had a voucher good for a car detail, oil change, and tire rotation. At the time, we were a one-vehicle family so when they told us the work would take a couple of days we planned accordingly. For some reason they did the detail first, so after a couple of days I had to call our account rep, Shari, to find out the status of the car. Well they were just starting the recall work, and since our car is a PHEV it is pretty involved. I called another day to check in, it would take longer....I cancelled our plans to go to the Zoo lights....I called another day to check in...and another day...I then cancelled our family trip to Portland to see family for the holidays...I called another day to check in...the entire recall process had re-booted and they weren't sure if they could release our car to us yet. I actually forgave them for all of this, my real issue here is with communication. I am not sure if it is with our account rep or if this is how they normally run their organization. When I went to pick up my car, I got waived on without being handed any paperwork since I had a voucher for the other work. Also, no apologies for the several day delay on our vehicle without actually getting all of the work done, or apologies for the fact that we had to cancel several of our holiday plans. I didn't think anything of getting waived on until I saw that the sticker wasn't changed for our oil change and the car wasn't reset to monitor the oil level. Also, the headjack that was broken off in our vehicle hadn't been pulled out like we requested or the clock looked at that regularly runs slow. So I texted our rep to verify that our oil had been changed and if I could get a photo of the worksheet to verify it. After several text messages, I was assured it was done but never got a photo. So a couple of weeks later I called to re-schedule our recall work and asked about the oil change. The person that answered the phone said that the oil change had been completed, "I mean, the ticket still says it's open, but I'm sure it was done." Very reassuring (sarcasm.) So a couple of weeks later we have two vehicles driving over to drop off for the recall work...and...low and behold the only tech that can do the recall work headed out of town last minute the night before to get some training. Would I have been upset if they called us the night before to reschedule? Not at all. Am I absolutely upset that they let two vehicles drive an hour round trip to find out that they should have called us? Livid. So I am pretty sure I will be paying for an oil change somewhere else just to be sure that it got done and will not be looking for another dealership to get the recall work done. My relationship with Enumclaw CDJR started with the service department. Unfortunately, I had a new vehicle with so many gremlins, it could not be worked out. The service department was great throughout the problems and did what they could. Stellantis took care of us in the end, and we ended up ordering a new vehicle through Matt and Steve. I did not need to bug Matt for updates, as he would constantly check and provide information any time something changed. The vehicle arrived quickly and was delivered as promised. All prices and rebates were honored, and they had us in and out pretty quickly. Although the feedback on this yelp page is rather intimidating, I had the pleasure of working with a couple of their associates (Steve- the used car sales manager and Jennifer- the Finance manager) both of which helped create a more than positive experience for myself and my family. Steve made the experience very personable and pressure free, which made our interactions very pleasurable. He shared a variety of information about the vehicle and answered all of my questions without hesitation. He also took time to engage with myself and my family, which is always a bonus. Totally unreliable. Irresponsible. Rude and absolutely bad sales representatives and manager. Never do business with these folks. One of the worst ever dealership I have ever been to. They posted the price of the Chrysler 300 2018 car on the official website and after I made all the effort to talk to the sales guy and manager and drove an hour and a half to get the car, they told me they marked the price wrong. Like seriously. I called the an hour before I went in. Also, they said 18000 the 1 was mistakenly marked as 1 instead of 2. Come on man. Even if that was true, the new car isn't the same price, leave the pre-owned we were trying to see. I spent my afternoon driving to the location. After the manager told me they marked the price wrong and they now can sell only for 5k more, the manager was extremely rude and spoke about how they can choose to not sell the car. Hold on tight. This one is going to be a doozy. We started having truck troubles on a road trip. We are thousands of miles away from home. We were hesitant to go to a dealership for the fix, but because the fix was under warranty, we felt we had no choice. What transpired while we had our truck fixed should have many people at this dealership out of jobs.... but we know that will never happen. Enumclaw Dodge held us hostage for over a month, initially telling us the parts would take a bit to come in and then the repair would begin. After almost a month... we called for an update and we were informed the parts were on BACKORDER and it could be MONTHS. Why wasn't this communicated initially?!?! Isn't this info you share with a customer? They also stated they would call other dealerships around and see if they had the parts. Okay.... why did it take a month to decide to call other places?!?! They immediately started suggesting we buy a new truck. They knew we were thousands of miles from home and I believe they were trying to take advantage of us and make a sale. Then it was radio silence... and we took it into our own hands. The very next day we called the nearest Dodge dealership and they had the part we needed, we called Enumclaw back and after telling them that WE found the part... guess who "magically" found the part after a month of holding us hostage. Hmmm.... I wonder why they lied about having the part. After speaking with the manager, they moved our repair to the front of the line and got it done in 3 days. We received the truck back on Saturday and on Sunday.... after driving 15 miles, the truck broke down with the same issue.. this time, it was worse. After further research days later, we now know this dealership "fixed" the complete wrong part of the truck and also clearly did not do any type of follow up diagnostics to see if it was solved. This place cost us money we did not need to spend and a month of emotional and financial distress while we were stranded in Washington. The front desk woman, I believe her name is Shari, should not have a job in Customer Service. I had an appointment with Wayde who is one of the service writers there. He called after I had scheduled an appointment online through Uconnect portal. He told me that there was "No way that they could work on all those pending recalls in one day!" Which first off I never expected so not sure why that was first thing he thought of telling me. Anyways he scheduled appointment for another time with a plan that I would drop off the truck. No problem with that as that's what I was expecting to do anyways. I show up on the appointment day on-time and Wayde was no where to be found. Risa (one of the other service writers there) paged him and was little surprised when minutes later he still hadn't checked me in. She asked me why I was there and found my paperwork. She took the keys and told me he would call me. I got no calls except one just 4-5 hours after dropping the truck off. It was Wayde letting me know that the truck was all done and ready to be picked up. (Remember that he had insisted there was no way to take care of all these recalls in one day and yet this had only been 4-5 hours) I told him I had expected a call to discuss some issues with him such as a noise, he quickly cut me off and said two different supervisors/techs listened carefully there was no noise. At that time I realized he wasn't going to listen or understand the point I was making so I told him I will pick the truck up. Since I had planned to leave the truck there I had no one to give me a ride to dealership. Next morning I took a Uber to pick up the truck and Wayde was there I started the truck and had him listen to the noise which was there and he heard it and told me that if it gets worse he will have them look again! Lol They had rotated the tires and on my way back home I got TPMS warning and sure enough all they did was rotate the tires and charged me $20 for it but that doesn't cover checking and resetting air pressures as in my truck the front and back tires get different air pressure which they failed to correct after rotating the tires. Les Schwab folks corrected it in a couple minutes and the guy told me they do tire rotations free most of the time so to check with them next time. I don't care about $20 charge but letting a customer leave with dangerously low tire pressure? Just terrible customer service! All in all my previous expensive with the service department was better. Risa is a great service writer and I would skip Wayde. Nothing personal but as a service writer your job responsibility shouldn't only be to maximizing dealership revenue. read more

Everyone there was incredibly helpful, from the front desk staff, to the skilled tech that performed the work, to the Service Director who reviewed the warranty work with me. It has 100% resolved the incredibly unsafe steering issues we were experiencing and I have complete confidence now with my wife and kids in this Jeep. So while my wife and I were on vacation. My father in-law who is an 84 yr old veteran got a ticket in mail that said come down and see if your numbers match get a free car with at least getting a 5 dollar gas card. So he went down to try his luck. Being 84 yrs old he is not as sharp as he once was and didn't know the high pressure game he was getting into. So they kept him there for 5 hrs didn't explain things very well to him and pressured him till he gave in and ending up leaving with a 2014 Nissan Versa with 80k. The retail value of that car is $6995.00. But no they sold him this car for $10,880 with a 230 a month payments for an astonishing 72 months then just drew a circle on another page and asked him to initial it. Which was him giving them permission to add a $2600 service contract. All together with everything and financing the total price would have been 17,600. For a $7000 dollar car. This all happened on a Friday. We got back late Saturday night and came home to this newer car in our driveway. This is where the good stuff starts. He proceeds to tell us of the ordeal and how they kept him there for 5 hrs and every time he tried to leave they would just give the old "come over here and take look at this before you do" making him feel like he couldn't leave. So we immediately went down on Sunday morning to see if we can get him out of deal met with the sales manager Robert. Who says 1st off we don't have to do anything because we had a licensed driver and but says he will rewind the deal and put everything on hold. Untill he finds out where the trade in car is and that it was sent to auction on Friday and could of been sold already. (1st lie) and he would find out by 10 am Monday morning after he spoke with the GM. Monday morning comes and they say the motor on the trade in was bad and they tried to hyper lube the motor but was still ticking and knocking. 2nd lie ( Which a 2010 Nissan Versa with only 118k miles) offers a another deal which would of been a fair deal but not a great deal. So asked for another 1k off and Robert(sales manager) said he was blown away and felt insulted that we would ask for more money and would rewind the deal and give the old car back. And that it was sent to wholesale dealership and hopefully it had not sold. 3rd lie But at this point we were not gonna do business with people who such low morals and rip off an 84 yr old veteran in the 1st place so no matter what they offered we wanted the old car back and will go somewhere else. Also now my father-in-law actually does want a new car after driving yours around for a week. So I will be taking him car shopping next weekend. Don't even bother with low moral dealership. So I started to notice an oil leak from my jeep. As I normally do for jeep issues I called Enumclaw Jeep dealer and made an appointment. I told them I think my main seal is leaking as im finding oil when parked. I took it in and a couple days later they called that it was done and that it was actually the lower intake($900 later). So feeling good that my problem was solved I picked it up and drove home. After getting home and getting out of the car I noticed large oil spots (it had rained the ground was wet) in the driveway. As I went out to look, sure enough you could see where I pulled in and where I was on the street. So I called the dealer and their reply was that it probably was just excess from where they cleaned everything. This was me being holly that was the case. A few days later same oil leak every where I parked. I called to let them know and the reply was well then it must be your oil pan we can fix that too for $500. So what I am hearing at this point is that they are going to keep fixing the wrong items and charge me instead of really looking into where the leak was coming from!!!!!!! Over the weekend I changed out the oil pan and guess what? Its not that so there goes another $150 down the drain. At this point I will no longer take our vehicles there and I will recommend to other they think again about going there. I took it there in the first place because they are the dealer and should have the best insight to repairs on their makes. Guess its time to look at the small guys for repairs. read more

We took in our truck to get maintenance including oil change and tire pressure. Dropped it off in the morning with service adviser John Robertson and asked for the car to be washed and vacuumed. After we left, the tire pressure was on and when we came back, to let them know, a lady in the front Rica/Rice was rude and with an attitude took our paper work and went to grab someone to take a look at it. Drove 2 hours to go look at a vehicle. We returned to the dealership after test drive and made an all cash offer to start things off. Offer declined of course. After an hour and half of negotiations we couldn't make a deal, so I went home. Upon returning home, (another 2 hour drive); I received a call they could make the deal work for another 75 dollars. I told them no. I felt this deal could have been made 2 hours ago and not waisted my time and all the driving. Plus now if I accepted the deal, you want me to drive another 4 hour round trip! Total driving that day would have been 8 hours! totally unacceptable sales tactic. Two weeks later I receive a call from the sales person. She called to tell me that the vehicle just sold as if to rub it in my face. Very unprofessional! I will never give them my business. read more

We dropped our Dodge Ram 2500 of on April 1st and was told our truck would be fixed by the 5th. On the 4th we received a call stating that the part they needed was on back order and they anticipated getting the part on the 15th. On the 16th, after not hearing anything my husband called to check on the status of the vehicle and was told the part was not in and they had no idea when it would be. We are a family of 5 and have been borrowing a friend's vehicle while ours is in the shop. That day, I called and spoke to the service manager, Bob. He was very responsive and was able to tell me that the part would be in by the 19th and our truck would be first in line to be fixed. I told him we could no longer borrow our friends vehicle and he was able to procure a loaner for us, which I picked up on the 18th. On the 20th I was able to come pick up our truck! I had all three kids so it was a rush of transferring car seats and getting out of there. SHAME ON ME FOR NOT DOUBLE CHECKING THE WORK. The next day as my husband drove home from work he had some knocking sounds and his front end felt loose (we had had some work done on the axel). THANK GOD HE STOPPED. We are missing 3 lug nuts with 1 being completely broken and at least 6 others were loose enough to move with just your fingers! Tried to call, but its Easter Sunday so now we have to wait to talk to someone. This has NOT been a "no hassle" experience to say the least. I guess I should be grateful that my husband was able to get ahold of a friend who had his tools and could at least make the truck driveable to get home for today! I had my children in that vehicle without the tires properly attached?! Not cool Update: the minimal driving we have done since getting the vehicle back yesterday has caused more damage to our wheels. Our lug key is missing as well as our tire iron and we had to borrow one from a kind passerby who happened to have the same wheels just to get our vehicle home safely! Will need to have our truck towed to get it worked on before driving again. Completely dangerous and unacceptable! read more

So I purchased a 2019 Ram truck from these guys in January 2019, My sales guy Mike was excellent., but that's where the excellence ceased. Immediately I had some issues with parking sensors that also effected the functionality of the stereo and wipers. 3 trips to their service department they managed to resolve the issue, with trip #2 resulting in them telling me they couldn't find anything wrong.In the meantime I received notice of 2 safety recalls, one with electrical system, which worse case scenario could lead to loss of power steering which obviously is dangerous, and second was an issue with the adjustable brake pedal. When I was there the last time I was informed by the service advisor that they had no idea how to fix the electrical issue yet, but would contact me immediately when they have the answer, 1 1/2 weeks later I stopped in to see if they found anything out yet and was informed by the service advisor that yes they have fixed several of these and it's a simple fix. Wondering why I wasn't contacted earlier when they had the repair solution for a safety hazard, I contacted the dealership manager, and he was understanding and apologetic and even offered me a loaner vehicle which I found very respectful. However, The brake pedal safety recall was the same in that the service advisor informed me that they had no idea on how to fix that problem but would immediately contact me when they have the parts for that, 1 week later I again stopped by since they had not called and again was informed that indeed they have had the parts for a while. Now I completely understand being busy and overwhelmed at work, but when someone tells you they will call you to fix a safety hazard , I tend take people on their word, especially when they are supposedly a reputable company, but obviously they need to work in their communication skills especially when they are responsible for the safety of families and their vehicles. I m going too check with Gamblin Chevrolet to see if they will maintain my truck, they have service you can trust unlike these guys.And 2 stars is generous simply because my sales guy Mike was an all star read more

I cannot recommend the gentlemen at ECJD enough. This past weekend I purchased a 2021 RAM. This is my first truck so this experience was very important to me. Dustin D quickly responded to my initial call and answered all of my questions. I made an appointment for a few days out. When I arrived the truck I was interested in was waiting out front for me to rest drive. Dustin worked with the GM Rob to see that we landed on something that was affordable without sacrificing anything I wanted in a truck. The day after I bought my truck someone backed in to me and put a ding in my hood and left paint scuff on my bumper. I called Dustin to see what he recommended. Rob and Dustin told me to drop off the car and they would handle. I picked it up a day later and it looked brand new again. It goes to show there are still old school business people doing things the right way because they genuinely care about the customer experience.
