Terrible. Terrible communication. Went to get the screen repaired on my car stereo. He took…read morethe console out, had it for 2 weeks so I was without heat or ac for 2 weeks. I called and asked what was taking so long and he said "the guy who does the repair hasn't been around". So then I call back a week later and he says to bring it in. I said how long will it take to put in and he says "I don't know , 40 minutes" and hangs up the phone on me. So I take it in only for him to tell me "the screen is not fixed, I have to order the piece from shanghai". Then goes on to say he's going to put the console back in and order the part. I said "no thanks I'll take it elsewhere ". This is when he said "you are the rudest customer I have had in 30 years". I wasted a month in this place promising to fix the screen. I will not be returning. He guy is rude, arrogant and has no bedside manner. The only good thing he did was not charge me for his own problems in fixing my car.

As time went by my wife and I noticed that one of the panels seemed to have an odd look to it. We never talked about it and both assumed it was light reflection causing the illusion .. One day about a month ago, my wife was entering shower and that odd looking panel shattered. We were a bit stunned and called Kent Glass right away. This was occurring at the onset of Covid in our area and this added stress to the already stressful time. It was quite unsettling! Todd, (from Kent Glass),responded immediately and within a couple of hours, he had cleaned up the broken glass and offered to go back to his shop and cut a piece of plastic to accommodate shower while waiting for a replacement panel, never once mentioning warranty or additional expense while apologizing for our inconvenience..He mentioned he had never had this happen before and that this was just a fluke ...We taped up a piece of plastic instead of having him "make"the temporary fix.! A few weeks went by . Todd showed up today with the replacement panel, installed it and went on his way, commenting that we were to call if any problems..No Charge..He delivered impeccable service. Mis-communications between installers and estimator. The estimator stated my new motorized awning…read morehad to be placed exactly where my old manual was. I questioned him about a window, he said not an issue. The installers came and stated the new awning had to go higher or I would not be able to use a window, so I said okay. Now that new awning is higher than what the estimator stated, it does not block the sun in evenings. Also, they didn't plug the holes from the old awning nor hide the power cable as promised. I attempted to work with the company to get the proper size awning for the height, they would not accommodate me.

Now this is a quality product , made to order and incredibly solid and well built. A good product is nothing without an experienced installation crew. Chris and his team were amazing, my siding is 40 years old and the aluminum wrap and additional attention to detail was Perfect. Inside as well, the new casings had to be fit into wainscot on one side and notched around existing wall heater on the other side. I hear about Sunset Tint and Sign from a previous customer, and I am glad I did. The previous tint was removed, and new tint applied with outstanding results. No air bubbles (as had been present previously, and it looks absolutely fantastic. The cost was far more reasonable than I had previously paid, and it was sure worth it. We purchased a vehicle from out of state and the front window tint (windscreen and front doors) did…read morenot pass RI State inspection. Sunset Tint took off the tint for us and did an excellent job. The vehicle was left clean and there was no left over residue on the windows. Once inspection was over, we made an appointment to have a clear UV protection added to those windows. It takes a few days for the clear covering to cure and the windshield had a few wavy areas that cleared up as it dried. They let us know this was to be expected and to keep the side windows rolled up for three days, which we did. Work was done a month or so ago and we have no trouble w/bubbles or loose corners coming up. The work is well done. They removed the inspection sticker carefully and reapplied it. The easy pass they removed and we reapplied after the windows curing time was over. We had the vehicle back same day in just a couple of hours. That clear UV is keeping the inside of the vehicle cooler and I no longer get a sunburn on long car rides. The parking lot in front of the business is small and my 'pick up' driver when I dropped off the vehicle had to park on the side street as there were no spots in front. The staff here are easy to work with, appointments have been on-time and I had the vehicle back same-day both times.
