On 07-27-25 I was told by a store employee that the movie I wanted wasn't in stock but that it…read morecould be ordered online. I proceeded to their website which seemed legitimate and ordered the movie. Funds were taken from my account almost immediately. Though all I got when I ordered the movie was a screen showing I paid for the movie. I did a screenshot of the receipt as a back-up. Several days later I hadn't heard anything about the status of my order. When I went back to their website I then found no way to track or even confirm my order. So I called the store which promptly told me they had nothing to do with online orders and I would have to call corporate, however they had no number to give me. I now had to google corporate to locate a phone number which was answered by a machine telling me I had reached their "Warehouse/Online" number. I was instructed to leave a message and my call would be returned. There was no indication of when it would be returned. 3 days now passed and I came to learn another number. That number connected me to another number for employee/HR issues. This number was also answered by another automated system. It too said to leave a message and my call would be returned as soon as possible. I made 2 additional calls to each number and none of my calls have been returned. So now in reading reviews I find this company is listed as multiple companies all of which have countless complaints for selling defective items, to ignoring its customers and on and on. Finally the receipt that appeared on the screen was only a 5 digit number. That tells me that they could only have had up to 99,999 sales since 2014. There is NOTHING about this Company which screams nothing but shady. I could care less about $11.00 but live by principle. So hopefully this will serve as a message to all other consumers to avoid and or perhaps even put this Company and companies like it out of business. Thank You for reading.

TOTAL CRIMINALS. I…read morewent to the Game On store on Union Blvd. to see what I could get for a PS3, 2 Wii's, Cords, controllers along with 23 PS3 games, 7 Wii games and some Atari stuff. At the direction of the employee, I left my stuff on the green counter along with my name and number. Before I left, I took pictures of every single thing that I left with this place. Then we went into COVID lockdown. I got a call from Game On offering me a hundred bucks for everything I said no thanks and that I'd pick everything up (ebay or craigslist... I could get a lot more than 100 bucks for this stuff). But, we were all trying to stay home, so it took awhile to get there. Whenever I tried (weekends and after work) they were always closed. I had to drive out on my lunch break to get there when someone was actually working. I walked in to pick up my stuff and some guy (manager or owner?) tells me (without even bothering to look) that they don't have my stuff and that he doesn't know me. I'm stunned and I show him the pictures (which he tries to dispute until I point out they were taken on the green counter right in front of him), so, with a huge eyeroll he asks me to text him the pictures. I send them along with a complete inventory. Again, he gives me an offer of $100. Again, No thank you. So, today I caught up with this guy at the Academy store, he comes out with a PS3 (no cords or controllers) a few Wii games and my Atari games. His proposal? He'll give me $100 or I can have the stuff he didn't take. THIS GUY JUST STOLE 23 PS3 games from me!!! They STOLE 2 Wiis from me. This guy has the attitude that it's MY fault that HIS company absorbed my property. And he's all like "What do you expect me to do?" AS HE IS STANDING IN A STORE SURROUNDED BY GAMES (some of which doubtlessly were ones he STOLE from me). I mean, these games didn't evaporate; he sells games after all, so when a game goes missing in a game store's inventory it's usually because it has been SOLD. Then he starts to make this argument that if you leave things in his store too long somehow it becomes his property. The TL;DR is that these people are THIEVES. We all know that when you go into a used game store, they buy low and sell high. I get that. I even respect it from a capitalist point of view. What I don't respect is when a business just takes property that is not theirs and then shrugs and says "how is that my problem?". Then, on top of it, he's trying to insinuate that this was some kind of Oceans 11 level plot to rip him off!!! THIEVES. I hope they go out of business. STAY AWAY!!!

This business attaches a sticker to the ring of the disk for warranty purposes. The problem with…read morethat is these games are old and don't hold up like they use to. I started gently peeling off the sticker with soft tip tweezers and noticed the paint coming off with it. I called them and they stated if you removed the warranty sticker then it's not returnable. But the WARRANTY STICKER caused the damage?!? Then they started arguing saying "well, you peeled it off wrong, you have to warm it up 1st"... what?!? And then cause warping damage, that's not how it works! This company is the biggest gaslighter and refused to take ownership of their mistake. Do not do business with them!

I have no issue paying high prices like the ones at Midnight Games because I like supporting local businesses, but if they are going to put void stickers on all the discs then I have no desire to continue supporting this business. Drive the few extra miles to Game City in Monument. EDIT: just read some of the owner's replies on google and I can't believe how condescending this guy is. "We offer sticker removal 101", how about you don't put the stickers on in the first place??? What is this guy's problem? I just know this guy is thinking "I know we're defacing games, but at least we get advertisement wherever this disc goes", yeah I'd rather my disc say "VOID" than have the address of your terrible business.
