Wildly inconsistent service. As guests at the hotel, this seemed to be the only breakfast option without leaving the casino. We went on a Tuesday and it was great - enthusiastic, fast service from tip to tail. We went back the next day (Wednesday) and it began with the hostess standing, eyes glued to the TV screens that are on the wall. She seemed annoyed that we wanted to be seated. The waiter was friendly, but it took us 15 minutes to get a coffee and a soda that we ordered, and another 40 minutes to get our order, which came out incorrect. Not only were the options wrong (eggs prepared differently than my partner ordered, and for my food, it was either cooked incorrectly or the menu description was wrong, because there is a world of difference between brown gravy and onion gravy.) We're staying the whole week, but will brave Vegas traffic for future breakfast spots. read more

There was no employee standing at the hostess stand for a long time so when we finally just sat ourselves ...the girl who magically appeared later didn't like that we sat ourselves so she gave us the biggest attitude. Came in and on a Monday night to watch the Florida Panthers win the Stanley cup. I ordered a quesadilla and a beer and enjoyed the game. The bar area wasn't too busy it was pretty quiet. Sam the bartender was very attentive and helpful she deserves 5 stars for helping me out and recommending other local areas to try. read more

I don't often eat out having three kids who all eat like line backers, today was a bit of a special occasion we were approved for a new house. So we tried to go to the brass fork somewhere we've been before and enjoyed their food. Unfortunately they closed it down and we were informed the sports bar next door took over and makes the same food. I was skeptical but it's next door it must be the same. Boy was I wrong the food I would give zero stars if it allowed me my sons nachos were ice cold, my daughters wings had the smallest amount of bbq sauce and were dry to the bone. My meal I got what I would normally get at the brass fork and it was downright disgusting. Needless to say I will never go back and as far as the manager I spoke to him only about my sons cold nacho's and he didn't even have the thought to let the waitress know that we were no longer going to be Eatting them so they were still on the bill. I try not to complain but the food here is disgusting the service is trash and if you do have a complaint the waitress will argue with you. Please be careful and by the way I paid the whole bill minus the cold nachos that they took back and somehow heated up the top but the middle was still cold. read more

I have been here multiple times, the food quality is extremely poor and cheap. I have tried the mushroom burger, it is a frozen hockey puck patty with no seasoning or flavor. If you can't make customers a fresh burger, you really have no reason to be in business. I tried the meatball sub, the sub came out without the mozzarella cheese melted, not even warm enough to eat. They claim the meatballs are made in house, who knows? They have no flavor or seasoning either. Weird that they could make their own meatballs but have to use frozen burger patties. I tried the Cobb Salad, the staff brought it out with no dressing, while I waited to ask for some dressing, my waitress was chatting with another table for 20minutes, I just boxed the salad to go. Cheapest ingredients money could buy. Staff is disjointed, no one is checking food quality before it goes out to customers. This place is not going to last if management doesn't step up their ingredient quality and make sure the kitchen is putting out acceptable food. Could be a cool place just to watch sports and gamble at the bars. If you drink enough alcohol, you might think the food is acceptable. We were so sad to see the cafe next to Game On was closed so we decided to give this a chance because the menu looked about the same. Turns out it isn't. We ordered the Alfredo Pasta, nachos, buffalo chicken tenders, and the sliders. EVERYTHING WAS COLD. The fries were stale, the bread was hard, the chicken was soggy, and the pasta was so cold. I'm sure it had been sitting there for a while because the restaurant was pretty empty and we waiting over 30 mins for our food (which isn't a whole lot but again, the restaurant was practically empty.) So to begin, when our server asked for drinks, I asked for a margarita, she said they didn't have blenders. Okay- I asked for a Shirley temple, she said they didn't have grenadine. Well she didn't even ask and it looked like a pretty full bar to me. Next, we finally got our food. And she brought the check at the same time. Then she asked like 20x if we were good. After I finally said yes in annoyance, she stopped asking and left. She never came to check on us again and our drinks had been empty for a while. I've been here twice and it's been the most amazing experience ever ! First time I came with family because my mother found a TIKTOK of you guys and so we came down first day or College football . Oscar was our sever . He's amazing and took care of us ! The drinks were always coming for the All you can drink for 20 bucks . The second time I came to meet with a friend and watch some NFL . Definitely got to try the honey mustard wings , Buffalo Mac and cheese and our favorite Loco Moco . We will be returning for game nights and bringing more family along . We love stopping at Game on before seeing a movie at Regal Boulder station. There are a ton of tvs and it's a great space especially for football on Sundays. Lots of seating options, huge booths. The food is always fast and fresh. My favorite is the buffalo chicken wrap. The burgers and hot Nashville chicken are also great. You have the option of skinny or steak fries which is a nice touch. Mac and cheese is delicious especially with buffalo chicken added. Service is great, there's always someone around if you need anything. I really hate doing this because I loved the Brass Fork and really hate to see it transformed into this. The food was horrible. I'm not a picky person at all and I give credit where credit is due and I'm not sure if they changed the chef, or the menu changed because it seems like the same food but it just wasn't good at all. My daughter ordered bbq chicken wings and they came with hardly any bbq sauce but I seen a waitress bring out the same food to the people next to us with a lot of bbq sauce on it which made her order it. We didn't complain about that. My husband got biscuits and gravy with enough gravy to cover one biscuit and they looked dry and burnt. Taste was horrible. I ordered shrimp scampi pasta with garlic butter and ask for no tomatoes which they said was cooked in the sauce. It was butter sauce so how difficult could it have been to cook without tomatoes? They took them out though. The sauce was bland with no seasoning or flavor but the shrimp was cooked to perfection and delicious. They were obviously cooked separately. We didn't complain. The worse of them all my son ordered chicken nachos. How could you go wrong with chicken nachos you ask? You bring them out cold with the cheese barely melted and the chips soggy and the chicken cold as well. The chicken was dry and disgusting. We then complained. We spoke with the waitress whose service was about a 2 and let her know it was cold. I kid you not she took the nachos and about 3 min later she was back with the same cold nachos that seem like they had been warmed up. The middle was still very cold and at this point the nachos were just really soggy and nasty. We asked for the manager and we said it seemed like the nachos were warmed up in a microwave as fast as they were brought back out. My son refused to eat them and refused to get seconds. The manager asked if he wanted something else my son said yes and just ordered a Belgian Waffle. He also stated he would take it off the bill. The waitress came back with the bill and the nachos were still on there. We told her and she had no idea so the manager did not talk to her about the cold nachos. No surprise he was busy chatting at the tables making sure everyone else was happy with their service. Then my son's waffle came out and can you believe that too was disgusting it was too crispy and not fluffy at all. We waited almost 10 min for the check and another 5 to leave. The food is decent enough. It's bar food. I will say the nacho cheese on my nachos was cold, but overall nachos. Not bad. We liked the pretzels and the tater tots were pretty good. The service at the bar was terrible and the reason for my low rating. We got a drink when we sat down and wasn't asked again if we'd like another one. She walked by us many times, but we couldn't get her attention as she kept her back turned to us. Saw ads on IG that they had opened this place up in Boulder station. This side of town has lacked a nicer upscale sports bar. Really beautiful venue with some bar top gaming and they also have shuffleboard and foosball. We sat at the bar and only ordered a couple apps (went to watch the baseball game) which were good/standard bar food. Drinks were reasonable and they also do an all you can drink from 3-6p for $20 which we didn't participate in but is a great deal. Service at bar was good and they have plenty of TVs. Game on replaced the brass fork. My family and I decided to give it a try this morning. We got there around 7am ready for breakfast. There wasn't very many customers at the restaurant. We got seated fairly quickly. Once seated, we got menus..... and then waited. We sat there for about 10 minutes before anyone came to our table to take our drink order. After waiting for about another 6-7 minutes, our drinks finally arrived. While we waited for our drinks another server passed our table checking if we were given any service. We told her we only got our drink order in. Our food order came out at what seemed normal time. I got the burrito, my stepson got an omelet. In terms of food, it's about on par with what the Brass Fork offered. Nothing spectacular, it's about average. The service, on the other hand, is embarrassing. We were thinking that because it's a new eatery, the service would be a little better. Boy, were we wrong. We've dealt with this before. We saw workers just standing around doing nothing. Our server seemed to take his time. I did like the setup of the restaurant itself. It was very open with TVs all over, but that was it. Other Station casinos we have been to have the same vibe and service. Their food courts, so far have yet to disappoint. We will no longer be going to these types of places and if we do, it will be to make a to-go order. Save yourself some time and eat elsewhere. We went for breakfast expecting to find Brass Fork which we love. Nope now it is On Board. If you do not mind eating in a hallway (foot traffic on both sides of your table where you are eating) and non-stop sports on at least two full walls-- have at it. I am not a sports fan. I chose Bras Fork because it was a relaxed intimate venue for a meal. I could not relax. There was way too much collateral stuff going on. We will not be back that's for sure. I ordered a breakfast--mushroom omelet with cheddar and hash browns. I always want my hash browns to taste a little buttery so when my husband finishes his butter on his pancakes I take the rest for my hash browns.
