Went here with a buddy for the first time and one of the waitresses behind the bar was extremely rude. Our food took a little longer than a normal restaurant which is whatever but it took someone 30 minutes to even acknowledge us about cashing out. I then proceeded to ask someone to cash us out and they rolled their eyes and just walked away. Will probably never go back to this place again. If you're going to work in customer service and respond rudely to a polite request then you should probably not work in customer service. Another review, another time I forgot to take photos. I ate at this place on a random night just as a backup as the place I wanted to eat at was closed. As I walked in, there was a great atmosphere l. Tons of pinball machines, arcade games, pool tables and a great patio. I didn't go on the patio as it was closed but it looked really awesome. The food we ordered was 10 Buffalo Ranch wings, a chili dog and my wife got a Hot Honey Chicken Wrap w/ fries. The wings were average, not the biggest not smallest. Average size. They were DRENCHED in Buffalo sauce. Definitely napkins are needed after each bite. The Chili Dog was elite. Giant sized. Great snap, with tons of chili and cheese on top of a toasted bun. Definitely one of the better chili dogs I've ever had. Decent variety of dogs as well. I think they had 5 or 6 different hot dogs. My wife's meal was pretty good. Fantastic french fries, fried to a nice crisp and a good ranch to dip. My wife thought the Hot Honey Chicken Wrap was hot. It had a nice kick to it so if you like a little heat it's definitely something to try. My first time here but I think I will visit the place again. Try a few more items. Planned to stop by for a drink and sat at the bar and requested a beer list. Once I found something and the bartender stopped in front of me to pour something I tried to tell her what I found whenever she had a moment. I couldn't even finish speaking before she snapped rudely saying she was busy with the one drink she was pouring. In no way did I rush this woman, I merely tried to say what I found when she was finished. She walked away and I left without getting anything. Dishonored Reservation: At the beginning of the football season, my friends made reservations for a group of us to watch the November 25 Ohio State vs Michigan game at our favorite table. A week before "The Game," Game On said they were not honoring reservations, so my friends showed up 90 minutes early to get the table for which they made the dishonored reservation. Problem viewing game: When it was game time, only half of the TVs were tuned to the game that everyone in the restaurant had come to see. I politely asked the staff to tune the TV by our table, and they told me they couldn't override the programming. (Last year, every TV was tuned to the OSU-UM game, so I question the accuracy of this statement.) And, when there were less than two minutes remaining in the game, with a possible game-winning drive in progress, the TV we were watching changed to a different channel. Food & Service: The food and service was good for some members of the party -- my ginger ale was never empty, and when my hot dog came from the kitchen cold, the server replaced it with a delicious hot one. But, our friends who had arranged the get-together (and who were spending an obscene amount of money on alcoholic beverages) seemed to have difficulty attracting the server's attention. This place is great. I come here every week for wings on Thursdays and the server is at the table within a minute. The drinks are never empty and the food is always hot. Not to mention the atmosphere is great to be in, it's always positive and there is always music play and a game to watch. Overall a great place to hang out. read more

Terrible service. The patio bartender did not greet us. She kept walking by and finally I said hi to her and she said hi back and continued to walk away. Finally a few minutes later, she asked us what she could get us to drink. I told her that we were ready to order because we already knew what we wanted. The food took 35 minutes for wings and fries. The wings were overcooked. The bartender never even came back to check in on us or the food. We had to get her attention to bring us napkins and another order of drinks and some sauce. All her tables were covered with dirty plates , she just kept putting her trays down on the dirty tables. We watched her several times not greet customers who sat there just waiting for her to come up to them. Seems like she was more concerned about drinking shots with her friend at the bar. We were there almost an hour, and watched her drink two shots. Overall I would not return. She's a terrible server/bartender. Someone needs to show her how to wait on customers. read more

Food faily good. Service was so-so as there were a lot of people there. Was quoted a price of Hot Dogs as $2 each, but was charged $2.08 for each. One waitress said it was tax, but entire bill showed tax. Another waitress said prices went up. I said tha u they need to charge what the menu shows. I was informed thats what the computer charges and there isnt anything we can do about it. It was EVERY SINGLE ITEM WE PURCHASED that we were charged more from the 3 appetizers, to the cheeseburger to the 2 hot dogs. I would have left a nice tip had the bill been adjusted but they got none (maybe the tip is now included in their new prices on the menu). It will be a while IF I go back. One in our party enjoys playing the pin ball gmes. Have to find a new place. If they keep this up they will be out of business soon. This happened a month ago and I hot the same answer and figured they ajusted the menu prices as the menu looked fairly new. AVOID THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU D I NT CARE ABOUY PRICES! read more
