They got some tables and chairs and I heard they play MTG here too. Theres also a sitting area in the front with a bunch of consoles, maybe to test? They also have some cool arcade games that play the very nostalgic 8-bit sounds. If the place is closed when you get there when yelp says it's open, just call them. This is usually manned by 1 person and they might be out for lunch.

Went in looking for a gift for a friend. When I walked to the checkout counter, a manager I'm…read moreassuming (did not get his name but he was a late 40s-50 white guy with longish hair and a grey beard and glasses) was verbally berating one of the workers (younger girl with black hair) about pushing policies. He was yelling to her about these policies in an aggressive tone while I was waiting for them to notice me and ring me up, mind you there's customers around while this manager is rudely talking to his worker. Once they notice me, the guy greets me with a "you need something buddy" in the same rude tone. I said I was trying to buy my one item. While they're ringing me up, I had to repeat my membership phone number 3 times, and once they finally entered it correctly, the manager says loudly "you're pretty soft spoken!" Sure yeah, then they explain my membership is expired, I ask if it can be paid with the card on file, and they say no I would have to rebuy it today to get my 8$ off at purchase with the points on file. I said no it's fine not today, which the manager follows by saying "he said nah it's fine" in a mocking tone to the other worker. Is this really what customer service is nowadays? I mean this guy has the nerve to be openly mocking and rude to his staff as well as the people coming into the business. I would seriously look into this guy's behavior because it looks like a hostile work environment from my perspective. Would not recommend shopping here unless you want to have the experience of talking to your annoying uncle at a family gathering that everybody wonders "who invited him?"

I contacted her immediately to see if she'd like this so that we can do a puzzle together especially since she loves Mario. She instantly said yes. I purchased it and she was delighted. The staff seemed busy though and was barely able to assist me with checkout. A lot of people were inquiring about individual, packs, and boxes of TCG games so staff became very busy really quick. At the same time, there were TCG locals happening at the same time. I get it.

We rented a few games from Video Amusement for an offsite Corporate Event. The drivers arrived on…read moretime and had the games set up in no time. They were efficient. The games were durable and held up for the event. Even though we were stalled on booking our games (due to the Venue needed to help with the layout), Luiza was still openly optimistic about helping us and in the end we got all the games we wanted. We opted for Ring Toss, Giant Checkers and Clowning Around (Bean Bag Target type of game - see photo). Except for the Giant Checkers, the prices are fairly reasonable. Please note that someone else may think that the price was reasonable...it's all subjective. Here's What I Think.... They have a ton of games from which to choose. If you're in the market for arcade/carnival type games, please give them a try.
