They have loads of dvds/blurays, cds, some books/manga, old and new games and systems, and some awesome collectibles. The employees definitely were the cherry on top. He was telling us about the setup of the store, deals the have and about their trade in policies (which are the states policy and super intense to stop stolen items from being sold. They even do fingerprints). My husband is officially obsessed with this store and if he could live here he would. We had to go back to the hotel to grab a game to trade in and on the way back he said "I love this place. I know we aren't there but I'm going to talk like we are because my soul is there". It was only $80 to have the batteries replaced in three games, have them cleaned and one of them repaired, and to have my gameboy color fully taken apart and cleaned, AND have a new speaker and screen protector put in. It was a very reasonable price for all the work! My gameboy looked brand new! Highly recommend bringing your older games or consoles here if they are in need of repair. Also has a great selection of hard to find games and gave me a fair trade in rate for the gameboy color games I don't play anymore.

You're met with this messy, unorganized heap of games and movies as far as the eye can see. It's dingy and dark, almost as if it's evening time. All of the aisles are small and there's things scattered below the shelves on the floor, probably things she's bought and couldn't find room for. You take a deep breathe and you smell dust, and recoil a little bit. You don't want to look like a weirdo, so you venture farther into this dungeon-like facility and you start looking, everything feels like it has years of grime and dirt on it. Everything you like is overpriced and you can feel the eyes of the woman behind the counter boring into your very soul. But soon you found something neat! A guide to the game series you love dearly and have been collecting for years! Yes! But the cover is torn off, and a little voice in the back of your head tells you that GameStop rips the covers off of these when they throw them away - so you know she has to be dumpster diving for some of this stuff. Gross, but you feel the excitement bubble up into your chest. You turn the item around to see the price, and it has none. You aren't deterred though, as you grab it and head to the counter. You greet the owner, who gives off this weird vibe, but you smile and say, "Hi! How much is this?" She hesitates, but takes it anyway. She's silent for a few moments, running her fingers across the back and turning it to look at every square inch of it. The silence is poignant, you wonder if she's okay. Until she looks up and says, "How about ten dollars?" You can feel your face fall as you realise, it isn't worth ten dollars. You offer her five, because it's obviously very old as the game had came out ten years earlier, and the cover isn't even on it. "No, ten." She says. You feel defeated as you ask for it back, so you can put it back where you found it. You aren't a monster, after all. The walk back is disappointing as you gross really old bloatware for the wii she's priced triple than what their worth, and foreign workout and children's movies. You place it back where it belongs. You leave feeling defeated, nearly decimating your pinky toe on the several hundred things scattered across the floor and wondering how on God's green earth she stays open.

I'm not a teenage boy (as far as you know), but I also think Disc Replay is quite neat. It has an amazing collection of used video games for a variety of platforms, like Xbox, Playstation, Nintendo Switch, Nintendo DS, Gameboy, Wii, and even games for systems that old heads like me were brought up on, like the original Nintendo, Super Nintendo and Sega Genesis. The prices for these used games are suuuuuper good. Like, I was seeing price tags with $1.99 and $3.99 on them. We picked up a Plants vs. Zombies Nintendo DS game for $14.99, which according to my kid was a good price for a game he really wanted. They sell everything from refurbished Meta Quest VR headsets to Tamagotchi, which I didn't even know kids played still! Wow! A blast from the past. That's another thing: If you're a person of a certain age and you want to wax nostalgic about your middle school/high school years to the teenager you brought with you, visit Disc Replay. In the back of the store are aisles and aisles of used DVDs and Blu-Ray movies. My teenager asked me if this is what Blockbuster used to look like. Bless his heart. I said no and patiently described the wonder that was Blockbuster. Kids today just won't ever know; it's a dang shame. But thankfully, physical media is still a thing, and if you want to pick up a DVD copy of You Don't Mess with the Zohan, you can do that here. The people who work at Disc Replay are friendly and know their stuff. They answered our questions, and you can tell they don't only sell video games and movies, but they partake in this culture, too.
