The atmosphere is nice needless to say. The bowling at 8pm is a joke. Even though it's a first come first serve, once your time limit is up you will not be given extra time to finish your game. Regardless if people are waiting on not. The guy from the front desk was rude and very incompetent of the policy or the ideal of first come first serve. Now the music is even worst. Everyone listens to top 40 or kid friendly music, but what is mom rated music. How long can you listen to kid Disney on a Saturday night? Horrible business. We were greeted at the door by Ingrid and India who were SO helpful in explaining the different packages and they helped us pick a plan that was perfect for our son. During our stay we had a slight error with our card, but Brian, the operation manager, quickly resolved our issue and helped us get back to our fun! For the amount of money we paid we had a FULL day of games, rides, pizza and the drive-in theater (maybe my son's favorite) where we ate and watched parts of the Incredibles, Good Dinosaur and Toy Story. We could not have asked for a better place to visit, both in price and fun, for a Sunday afternoon; the staff of Brian, Ingrid and India added the kind touch you don't always see in a place this size. This place was great. It's HUGE, so doesn't compare to CEC, and the food is quite good. Rides are great, however age limit is most suited for kids under 14. Decided to take my daughter here for her birthday. Nothing fancy since is a school night. Came here at 7:45 pm and they close at 11 but the buffet closes at 8?!?!?!? It doesn't make sense. And the girl up front told us we couldn't get in the building unless a buffet was purchased. Well my girls needed to use the restroom so she told us it was in the back. So we started walking through the arcade are to go to the restroom. And she followed us to tell us that we can not go in the building unless we purchased. Then I told her well we are just going to the restroom. It doesn't make sense to have the buffet close so much earlier then the actual closing time. Nowhere online it says what time the buffet closes. They need to clarify that to people. Very disappointed. Got a birthday girl very unhappy. Will never go back to this place. Have been here on several occasions with family, for kid's birthday parties, and have always noticed the attendants/employees seem rushed to be somewhere else. We get the impression they're perpetually understaffed/overworked. Rarely see a supervisor/manager assisting the staff. Itz is designed for kids but wish they could update their games and the bummer car . Very out of date. Some of the games didn't even work and when I asked for assistant . Ok I get the family fun Center is for the kids. The pizza at the buffet is below standard at the least. After you get their most expensive tiered package because you want your kid to have a good experience the bowling after all that is $5 extra. So if you paid for 4 kids and an adult at $25 a person you already spent $100 and then $5 more for the bowling. If you have a child that is smaller most of the games are adult themed. Mostly shooter and driving type games. Don't worry about playing them because %25 are broken and not aligned with the sight. The staff is rude and not helpful. If you want a cup with a lid you have to buy the souvenir cup who's is a large cup with a lid. So bring a sippy cup for your young child. The salad bar is not better than most that I've seen in these places and the deserts are like rice crispy treats and chips ahoy cookies. Do yourself a favor and just go to six flags instead. You'll come out on top with your kid riding a bunch of rides for the price you pay. Such a horrible experience. read more

The facility is trashy. Floors were a mess. We had the unlimited games which sucked because we could only use the arcade games that did not give tickets or prizes which were crowded and sometimes broken. There was a 45 minute wait for bowling and when we finally got to bowl we couldn't even finish 1 game before they turned off our lanes. The establishment was very noisy. We couldn't hear them call us for bowling we had to use the phone vibration. We are not going to use iT'Z again. read more

I was not impressed with this place by any means! Held my daughter's birthday party here and the whole party was all over the place! Paid for an hour of bowling only played for 30 minutes before the game got cut off. We were offered to receive the remainder of time after the party was seated back at the table and ready to eat. The party host was not very warm & inviting & in fact felt rushed through the whole party time. The pizzas weren't ready on time. The Buffet was out of just about everything, including plates, cups, and straws. 3 of my party guest kids had to wear the wrong size shoes for bowling because they were out of their shoe size. When the time came to pay out for our party the young girl working the service counter was rude and lacking in the customer service department! Overall experience was awful and quite frankly overpriced for the unorganized and ghetto party we were offered. Will not be returning to iT'Z especially not this location! read more

I really like this place. My kids always enjoy their time here. The all you can eat buffet has a wide selection and there is always something for everyone. It can be pricey, but worth it since my kids love it so much. I recommend it, just be prepared to spend money. :) read more

Took my son for his birthday, the packages for a small party is a little to steep for my tastes but they're very cool about allowing you to bring your own cake and make it your own party. This was our first time going and we had a blast! Loved the people, the New General Manager was our cashier and we didn't even know it. Super friendly, even greeted us out in the game room area to ask how our experiance was. The food was way better then the Incrediable pizza and Chucky Cheeses. My entire Family will be headed back! Only advice, buy the 28 dollar package its way better. We started off with just a game card but quickly realized how much money we were about to spend!! Was in town visiting family and took the kids here. What an awesome place! The kids loved the games and rides, my oldest loves to ride the disco coaster! Honestly, this place wasn't as bad as it seemed. My house had a termite infection at the time and lived with my sister. Once settled, my sister's kid's birthday was that day. I wasn't looking forward to it but I had to be there. The reviews weren't all that hot but I found it to be quite fun. Of course I think this is place isn't really for adults. And I'm judging this place by what the kid thinks. Now the adults don't like this place but kids do. In my opinion, it's not bad. So, it's like going to chuck e cheeses. To me this is the best place to take your children that are all ages. For any reason from a rainy day, to a birthday party, to a good grade achievement. My family and I absolutely love this place! We love the kid friendly buffet and it's definitely a good value for money. Now keep in mind this buffet, in my opinion, is tailored to the interests of kids. My kids love the different pastas on the bar and the soups. I enjoy the chicken Alfredo as well.
