They have changed the rules where they want you to buy food to play which is so ridiculous. We eat out very rarely and most of my family stays on a non dairy, no meat diet. To impose food in order to play was something I have never experienced before. And we had just eaten lunch before we went there and so we just left the place. My kid has so much fun every time we come here. We don't live too far, it's not to expensive to buy a pizza and drink while my kid runs around with the other kids. My kid really loved bowling, one of the workers, Kambria, went above and beyond to make sure the game was set up right from the start. She didn't take any shortcuts and I appreciated her help. We went on Saturday May 22, 2021. We took both our grandson's and we were excited to have fun. One of our grandson's is black and I only mention this to state that we are NOT racist. However, it's sad that some of the black people seemed to be. One lady was staring at our grandson as if she wondered why he was with us and some people were very rude for no apparent reason. We had their first time to ride on bumper cars and the girl running the ride stopped the ride 3 times to help a boy who was clearly too small to ride and couldn't make his car go. We never seemed to get more than 30 seconds of the ride and then when she finally removed the little black boy that she erroneously allowed on the ride then she only let the ride go for another 30 seconds or less. It was unreal. She never gave us a little more time to actually have fun and enjoy the ride. We won't be going back here and it's their loss because we spent a LOT of money and we have 6 grandkids. I love going to It'z. They have reasonable prizes and they always have deals going on which might be a good idea to sign up to receive emails from It'z. Love the theater room. They are always playing great Disney movies!!!!I mostly go to bowl which is great there are some great workers in the bowling area especially this worker Kambria. She was very helpful and enthusiastic which really makes a trip to It'z great because of people like her. So, i really recommend people to bowl because of how it is well run. Also ask for Kambria she did so well!! Bowling area also has a separate menu in bowling which is beyond great. I love the buffalo wings. I will forever keep coming to this place. read more

My family and I visited Itz on yesterday(Sunday) and I must say, we had a blast!!! Reading the reviews previous to going, I was very skeptical but decided to take a chance. So happy that I did. The buffet was good and fresh, the staff was friendly. The only negative were the plates....a few were dirty with food on it. This place rates no stars at all. We brought two soccer teams to It'z for the buffet and to take advantage of the games and activities. The previous time we visited, there was a great deal for a buffet/activity combo...NOT ANYMORE! The first boondoggle is that the cheapest package "deal" is no deal for the pizza buffet and games package. The cheapest package such as it is is $20 per person not counting your drink, and the amount of tickets to use to play the games or ride the rides are minimal. Furthermore, the staff were borderline rude. However, the most disturbing issue was when we requested that the channel on the large television be changed to a soccer game which was being televised in Spanish. We were informed that "they can't have the large broadcast in Spanish" "because the majority of people wouldn't want it, they prefer NFL or baseball" . We were the only people in the room, and when they changed the channel they changed it to golf!!!! When we confronted the staff person about this, she said they had rules against showing Spanish language programming. When we reacted to this blatant racism and requested the manager. He came out very patronizing and officious, and didn't directly say that it was against the rules to have the channel be set to a Spanish station, again saying "people" preferred NFL games or baseball. When we asked about having it on the big screen and mute so not to offend any non Spanish speaking invisible patrons (as I said we were the only people there) they refused to do that as well. I am NEVER returning and I am going to contact whomever I need to to file a formal grievance due to their unacceptable, racist, discriminatory policies. They created an atmosphere that made our kids on our teams feel unwelcome, and that is completely and utterly unacceptable. read more

Parents...be prepared to test your patience and your wallet. Lets begin with the prices. To enter the place you will have to pay about 8 dollars per child and 11 dollars for adults, that includes a buffet, drink and ability to walk around and play games (for a separate price). The food is about the same as CiCi's pizza but more expensive. The variety of pizza is small compared to CiCi's. When we went, some of the fountain drinks were out of order. There were still many to choose from but I could not get Sprite or Hi-C...no big deal but I thought i would include everything I noticed. As for the games, its the standard price as compared to Chuk E Cheese pizza or celebration station. 20 dollars buys you about a hour of games, depending on how you use the points. As for the games there, many are out of order. The mini-bowling was out of order and still took our points. I had to flag down a worker there and he started the game. Oh and the people that work that are really friendly, all 4 people on the floor. It took about 5 minutes to find someone. There should be more staff helping out. Playing the basketball game...same thing again, takes the credits and the machine jams up. Again I look for a employee to help out. Again the employee is nice. When you think you are ready to leave, you have that excited feeling of finally leaving. When you cash in your tickets...here comes another headache, the ticket machines. out of the 5 ticket machines, 2 were out of order. We had to wait for about 15 minutes to feed the tickets into the machine. 500 tickets = a pack of silly bands, a yo-yo the size of a quarter and some little green army men. Good luck parents...hopefully most of these issues will be resolved if you pay them a visit. read more

Burned through $80 w/ 2 kids in 20 minutes, most of the games and rides they want to play are out of order and have been for at least a month. Clientele behave like animals throwing food, cutting in line, screaming at their kids. I also suspect that the games are ripping off points - how is it possible to blow through 100 points in 15 minutes?? I'm praying for the day my kids hate this place as much as I do. The place has changed since we first came a few years ago. Most of the games are now "Merchandise" games which will not allow you to use a card with a specified period of time that you purchase - only the games with POINTS work on those. And every time we go, there are more rides and games that are closed or broken. read more

Well let me tell you about my experiences at iT'Z. Everytime I go the place is well staffed and food is always up to par. I enjoy having different rooms including the theatre room. My kids and I LOVE this place and it's 100 times BETTER than Chuck E Cheeses. Better games, better food, better fun! PERIOD! The prices are SUPER cheap and can never go wrong with taking the kids out on a budget. I plan on going again and again. I have not once had a bad experience since we started going here. I don't know if it's because we went on a Sunday during a special promotion, but there was a lot of food missing, and the taste wasn't that great. The games and playing section is very clean, the prices are fair and you have a lot of fun carrying tickets instead of a card (personal preference). The food area, in the other hand, is a complete mess! I enjoyed the pizza but i had to stay in line to make sure it was clean & not being touched by the millions of careless kids. My sister and I came here yesterday to bowl, (she's in town, and plays in a League), and I'm not gonna lie, it was a really fun experience, the prices were great, there was a bowing place down the street and between the two of us we would of been out of 10 more bucks. Can't beat stuff like that! Also the service was great, we had this server named Kambria and she was always on the ball, get my pun lol. No really, she did an amazing job, and made sure we had a great time. ITZ leadership team obliviously do not read or care about their customer feedback, compliments, or recommendations. I noticed that when the ITZ internet customer relations representatives respond to the post that the person mentions that they valued the customer, that's a joke. My family and I "were" loyal ITZ customers, the employees knew us by name. We had several birthday/sport parties, visited frequently just because, recommended them to family and friends, and I would say just an overall promoter of their establishment. When ITZ first opened in Houston you could really visit them and get the value for your money, now the food was never the reason for visiting. I have watched over the last couple of years how the value of play has been eliminated. In the past you could get unlimited play in addition to the buffet at a reasonable price and that was a great value. Then they move to "lock out" on unlimited play, which locked out the card from anywhere from 30-45 seconds in between card swipes which reduced play time. If you purchased unlimited play for 60 minutes you essential were able to play for 30 minutes or so. Now, I have yet to see unlimited play packages offered. I "use" to really like ITZ because it allowed my 3yr old and 12 year old to each enjoy one place. The negative experiences with employees up to and including managers, the value, the food, the prize selection caused us to stop visiting ITZ for almost a year; however, for our family that was a shock. I just refused to continue to value ITZ more than they valued me. I gave ITZ another chance over this past holiday season, boy was I super disappointed again but not surprised. ITZ you have got to listen to your customers, value their opinions, concerns, suggestions, and do better! read more

The kids had a great time here. They loved the galaxy theatre room where u can sit down to eat and watch a movie on the big screen. They also loved the bumper cars and had fun playing various games. The staff is friendly but a bit lazy. This is why I gave it three stars. I saw many of the staff members on their phones, taking breaks to chat with each other, or just walking aimlessly around when there was a lot of work that needed to be done. The rest rooms were not kept up with. They ran out of clean cups and silverware which had people waiting around so they could eat. There were more than a few tables left unclean for a long amount of time after people finished eating. This place has a lot to offer! The concept is great, but the staff seems unmotivated to make this place live up to everyone's expectations. read more

No employees say hello when they walk by I had about 5 employees walk by and don't say a word as if I don't exist. The only person who greeted me was the cashier. At least teach your employees to say hello. Also, at night for the unlimited games they should specify it's only for half of the game room. My family and I visit here frequently. I am big on customer service since I am trained in quality assurance and have trained others to treat their customers respectfully and with kindness. That being said, all staff members here have been helpful, friendly and kind. My all time favorite lady is Tammy who always makes sure I get the freshest salad when I am at itz. She does an amazing job tending to all the customers such as myself. I have watched her multiple times, not only help me when I am here but help others with their buffet needs. Tammy always talks to you with kindness and is always willing to help go above and beyond. Because of her is why my family and I come back. Because of her service is why I invite my friends to come here. She really should be recognized for her excellent and amazing customer service. Much better experience today! (My 1st time back since the last review) Seemed like all of the games were working. There was a lady watching over the section me & my son had lunch in. Being from Cali, I am used to Chuck'e'cheese so to me, this was a better experience. The buffet is horrible like what other reviewers said but compared to Chuck'e rat hole, at least there is a buffet. Other things Chuck'e doesn't offer (at least not in Cali) that you get here are bumper cars, a roller coaster, bowling alley, movie theater, rock climbing, and private party rooms (oh and there is a bar with a large projector setup with sports). This was a fun place when it first opened. It has steadily gone downhill. They use to serve real food and now its all junk food. The food looks like its straight out of a can, the floors are filthy, the machines/games cheat the kids and or always breaking. The staff is less than helpful and management appears not to exist? We've been disappointed before and thought maybe they were just having a bad day? Several parents were heard voicing their disappointment with no immediate resolve. I had a great time despite the roller coaster being down, however there was one staff member who was extremely rude and dropped the "f-bomb" a few times in front of my 11 year old sister.
