Then had to hunt someone down to open the rollercoaster. She told us to wait (had better things to do). They guy had to turn off the bumper cars to work the rollercoaster and so fouth. I just want to express how satisfy I am with the bowling staff. Kambria was so helpful on updating us when my time to bowl was up. She just went above and beyond to let me know that we were almost up and even treated us with such hospitality that makes us just want to keep coming back. I can't here twice now on a saturday during lunch time and it was not bad in terms of crowds. There were people but the lines to get in moves so it's fine. You have to get a buffet because the entry to the eating area Is open and so anyone can walk in and get food without paying. I totally understand them making you pay for the food. The food is not that bad. I had cicis and these are better. The pizza s, we're hot and the back constantly was making them. You can even request your own and they have it out in about 8 min. They have other things too like other reviews stated. Soup, salad, desert, noodles, hot dog, baked potato. I thought it was just fine. Nothing amazing but it was not bad. Oh and the staff walks around to get your dirty plates. I was very suprised they try to keep tables from piling up. They were fast and was working and not standing around. Maybe times have changed cause all the bad reviews were a year ago. As for the games , i got the all you can play video game/non ticket games card. That is the best to go bc you never have to worry about how much you have left. Only a few games doesn't work but the majority is fine. The basketball games and football games work. They had a lot of games to me and I had fun on the racing games (motorcycles and cars). Bowling was great. Clean lanes and it was never full so never had to wait for a lane. IT'Z a rip-off is TOTALLY overpriced! We went on a Saturday evening. I have 3 children, 10 and 11 year old daughters and a 2 year old son. A buffet purchase is required to enter. Our total was $104 for 3 passes that are supposed to include unlimited buffet (FULL of carbs), rides and games (The ones your kids don't really want to play) and an adult buffet. I didn't have to pay for the buffet that no one really wants to eat, but just eats it because you paid for it, so you may as well, for my 2 year old. The staff inside the place seems too preoccupied to even have time to deal with the customers and when we arrived, talk about no customer service. You're standing there looking like, is it our turn to come up to the counter or what? Can I get a welcome to IT'Z a rip off or something?! Then you'd expect for someone to explain the whole concept of their packages and what they offer when you tell them, "I'm sorry, it's going to be a minute, we've never been here before". Then you almost get this *sigh* as if they are dreading to have to explain or provide you with service. But then again, if I worked for a place that I knew was a rip off, and was responsible for charging people for it, I'd hate my life too. There are games that you have to purchase points to play and there's an ice-cream stand in the buffet area that is not included in the unlimited buffet price. Half of the games don't work and the machines take the few points that do come on your card, without allowing you to play. There's way too much going on to even try to hunt someone down to complain about a machine taking your points, so I'm sure most people walk off and say forget it, like we did it. It's not worth the time and effort. There's nothing like your kid running up to you after you've been there for 15 minutes, asking for money to purchase things that aren't included in the price of the "unlimited" pass. Really? It's almost like a scam just to get you in at least one good time, have you pay an arm and a leg, and then realize, it's not worth the price. We could have gone to game stop, bought a refurbished game system and a few games and had more fun and better food at home! There was nowhere to sit so we had to sit on a bench and eat for a while, until someone finally got up and we asked someone if they could clean off the table so that we could sit there. My boyfriend even asked if the whole situation was a fire hazard! It just seemed like there were WAY too many people in there for the size of the building. I have visited it the past and knew it was an overpriced arcade but the kids liked and it wasn't that bad. This was so ridiculous I will never ever go another IT's again every!! I feel like I have been raped out of my money. I was going to get the $7 arcade pass for my children and a buffet for them. I don't eat their food. We were not allowed to enter the building unless we ordered the buffet for each of us. So right there I had to throw away the money I paid for the one buffet. The movie theater was closed down, the pizza was luke warm and hard, the mac & cheese was cold, the baked potato was cold and hard, the ice cream was closed down. It was 6pm! I purchased a ride pass and a game card for the children worth 100 points. The package had changed and was more restrictive causing to have to purchase more $ . Two of the machines that with claw took our money (points) there was no one there to get a refund. There was no one running any rides , you had to hit a buzzer to call the attendant and one time I had google the phone number of the store and call the manager because no one every showed up after 10 minutes of ringing the buzzer, and he sent someone everntually but was still a wait. Another time a bartender had to come run a ride. There was not a single attendant at any ride. Why did I pay for this ? I would never have wasted the money on a ride pass if I knew they couldn't just go get on the rides. I had no idea they wouldn't only be able to ride a couple rides because no was there to run them. So old food, broken machines and no one to complain to or assist. Horrible experience , never had an expereience this bad, used to go years back but this place I would not recommend anyone to go to go waste their money on old cold , trashy food, no service, and half of things up and running. HORRIBLE HORRILBLE HORRIBLE.. I have thrown 3 parites here the most recent being this past weeknd for my son's 3rd birthday. I purchased 15 play cards at 25.00 a piece which allowed for 1.5 hours of rides and a few points for games. It'Z has taken out all the rides except 2 and there is only one ride for toddlers... the party was for a 3 year old. When speaking to the manager, he added tickets (used to redeem prizes in the gift area) to the 4 toddlers cards but nothing to the remaining 11 cards that had been purchased. With no rides to rides and the bowling having to be paid seperatly this package makes NO SENSE. I would have been satisifed if the manager would have at least added points to the cards so my party would have had something to do for the 1.5 hours that I paid for. The food is typical buffet food, our host was good, but I am very disappointed in the actual facility. I will not be hosting another party here ever and we would have been better off at CHUCKY CHEESE or even CiCi'.... DONT WASTE THE MONEY ON THE TIME PACKAGE... it does not allow for games... and there is NOTHING TO RIDE now that they have taken most the rides out for the additional costing bowling alley! read more

Went to ITZ yesterday with 4 kids and 2 adults and we had a simply wonderful time. There are multiple rooms for dining (different themed rooms from a movie room to a sports room) and the buffet consisted of a variety of pizza, pasta, salad, and baked potatoes. All rooms and buffet areas were clean and well maintained. The GM (Derwin) even introduced himself to us and was kind, customer oriented, and professional. My girls and I went today and we were very disappointed. Half the games we played didn't work. The air hockey tables didn't have pucks, the basketball games had one ball each and the games we did play kept taking more than the amount of points they were supposed to from our cards. We were refunded on a couple of games but overall I feel like we wasted our money. The pizza was stale and tasted like it had been sitting out for a long time, dessert was burnt and my salad had a huge stem from the lettuce in it. I try to avoid leaving negative reviews but this was the third time we've been here and not much has changed. BEWARE!! My wife and I decided to take my daughter to Itz on Easter Sunday. We had never been and thought based upon the website pictures and information, it would be great fun. Our first surprise and overlooked warning signal was the fact you MUST pay for a buffet in order to enter. I was a little irritated by this policy but decided to proceed as it was a day for my daughter to enjoy. After going on a couple of rides we decided to take a break and have lunch at the buffet. It was then I realized why your are REQUIRED to pay for food to enter. If the food was an option - they would have to close the food operation in a week or two. This was absolutely the worst food I have ever eaten at a food establishment. Below is what we discovered in the buffet line: 1) Only a couple of pizza choices and of low quality. 2) A rotten baked potato on my wife's first attempt. 3) Hot dogs that had a mild off odor and the worst I have ever tasted and buns that could double as a self-defense weapon. 4) Alfredo sauce for the pasta that was obviously old and chunky from days in the steam table. There was no discernable cheese flavor and have an overwhelming flavor of burnt butter. 5) Poorly stocked Salad bar that had about 30% of toppings empty and a couple of crunchy topping I chose that were stale as if left out on the counter for a week ( more chewy than crunchy). 6) Nacho chips that were a little stale and of the absolute lowest quality. Once again the cheese and chili toppings were obviously not fresh and had a poor flavor. Let me state that I was not expecting to dine at a four star restaurant, but I was also not expecting to eat at a place that made long for airline food and an experience that left me and my wife Literally feeling ill. My wife threw up after returning home and I was in the bathroom for thirty minutes. It was not food poisoning, rather food rejection. After our poor lunch experience, we returned to the gaming area and found a number of machines that were either not functional or took money without working properly. Also, all of the rides were not staffed and we had to press the Call Button and wait idly by for staff to come and let us on the ride. One such occasion, I waited for the staff to let me and my daughter into the bumper cars only to be greeted by a staff member blatantly full of contempt at our request. He literally made a grimaced faced and took almost theatrical time to put down his cleaning items he was holding - it literally took over a minute to put everything away once at the ride. Next, i took my daughter to one of her favorite machines only to find it and the neighboring machine was broken. I approached the staff and asked for credit to be returned to my card. They obliged and took my card, swiped it and returned it to me. When I went to the next machine, I learned that instead of crediting me 4 credits for non-funtional games - they actually DEDUCTED four credits. This made me absolutely furious. Instead of going through the issue again, I made the best decision of the day - I took my family away from this doomed place. I can say comfortably that I will NEVER return and will tell everyone I know about my poor experience. Do yourself and your bank account a favor and avoid this over-priced, poorly run & staffed establishment with food that could literally get your a first class ticket to the restroom or emergency room. read more

Itz by Willowbrook was amazing and here is why. The games are fun for my 10, 12 year old siblings and us 18, 22, and 25 year old. All the games were functioning. There is this maze game where you can pretend to be a ninja and not touch the lasor beam. There are the ball rolling games, piano, toss, fake motorcycle games where you lean from side to side, a Batman race game, crane machine, roller coasters for different ages. Bumper cars , little kids roller coaster and teenage/adult roller coaster. We won two huge itz balls so I recommend that crane machine. Itz is made for kids so of course there will be kids food. I'm a grown up. I was here for my little brothers birthday not mine. In the buffet you will first see salad, soup, pizza, baked potato, chedder tots, mini corn dogs, chicken nuggets, a type of white sauce pasta, tomato pasta, there are two kinds of cookies for dessert, vanilla/ chocolate pudding, mini cupcakes, rice crispies. The prices are a little high but I signed up my email to get special deals. I spent 15 dollars for each of us plus tax making it 79 bucks. I would hold off for a deal. I did notice the buffet prices change a bit high Friday through Sunday. So I would recommend Monday through Thursday. After 8pm there is no buffet so if your planning on bowling that will lower the be price. Because they charger for buffet no matter what. The buffet is usually open for everyone so I understand why. Anyways I had lots of fun I got there at 1pm and left about 4:45pm bc we had other birthday plans so I ran to eat more food before I left. I got to take my little brother on his first big roller coaster ride. My older bro had fun with the basketball games. My sister kept eating snacks from the dessert bar. Let me state: This was our first time here for me and my daughter while I was in town visiting. Terrible customer service! Just overall not good from the moment we walked in. Went to the desk and the employee looks directly at me and continues to have a conversation with a fellow employee for 5 min. Unacceptable! The bowling alley attendant/employee was not intuitive and didn't expect that I would need bumpers on the alley or a ball for a 5 year old. This was our first time here and employees should overstate info about this establishment for guests visiting. Just a lot of ANTI-SOCIAL behavior for this being a "fun" place to bring your kids. You know I really liked It'z because it is a lot bigger and therefore less of a cluster than Chuck E. Cheese, you can get a drink with your pizza, the pizza is a lot better than Chuck E. Cheese, and my daughter freaking LOVES this place. However, her birthday was last month, and this year she really wanted to do the party here. It is not cheap, but I decided to go ahead and go for it. It was TERRIBLE. I paid for all the kids to have a card with an hour and a half of free play, and then a certain number of points and tickets as well. I paid for one adult per child invited. We were supposed to get a hostess that ran the party and directed us through the events included in the cost of the party. Our hostess was horrible and we had no direction whatsoever. She told me the kids could all go ride one ride together if they wanted before they ate and it wouldn't come out of their free play, so I asked my daughter. She wanted to go on the bumper cars with her friends. This lady tells the kids in her immediate vicinity to come on let's go, and starts walking off. The parents had no clue and not all the kids were told either. (These are six year olds, they need direction and supervision) I was trying to gather everyone up to let them know and catch up to them. She had also told my daughter before everyone arrived that since it was her birthday she was going to get in that ticket booth where the fan blows and she gets to try and grab as many tickets as she can in a set amount of time. That never happened. It was ridiculous. The hostess just kind of wandered around occasionally saying something to the kids nobody else could here. She wandered off at one point and come back with the cake. She lit the candles without getting anyone's attention and just stood there. By the time we saw what she was doing, my poor daughter just shrugged and blew them out. I had to get everyone's attention and make her relight them so we could sing happy birthday. She didn't explain the game cards to anyone, so she just told us all we needed to leave the room and go play so that the next party could come in, and everyone dispersed. I tried to tell as many of the parents as I could on the way out, but many of them didn't know about the free play time and just saw the limited number of points and went and recharged the cards within minutes. It was such a waste of money for me, and the other parents, whom I had specifically tried to make an extra effort for by not making them have to come out of pocket for my daughter's birthday party, any more than they already had to for the gifts. I know I have all kinds of run-on sentences here, but it surprises me how much it still upsets me. I also was charged for the wrong number of adults and children. I didn't have a chance to notice until I went home and compared the receipt to my guest list and who had actually attended. That hostess had no business being anywhere near a child's birthday party. She seemed irritated and like she couldn't be bothered with most of it, and she didn't even attempt to guide the kids or announce or explain ANYTHING. I spent a few hundred dollars on this party for my daughter not to feel made special at all. She had fun playing as always once they got to go play, but the party gathering itself was a joke. Like I said, I used to like this place just b/c it was better than the alternative and my daughter really liked it. But there's only so much you can excuse just because Chuck E. I had my daughter's 10th Birthday here,it was my 1st time here and it will be my last. This is the worst place ever the food is horrible, the dishes where dirty very dirty all around the buffet. I paid $350 for a birthday party in a private room with a hostess who was never in the room the whole time ,we had to clean up our own plates,cut our own cake,they where not even in the to sing happy birthday. I was told they ran out of table cloths so they put black tarps on the tables,the room was tiny bearly enough room for 15 people and they told me at least 25 people could fit. I feel like it's gone downhill ever since we started going a couple of years ago. Visited recently and it was pretty empty (which was good in a way since we had no wait to ride the rides). Food is below average; looks and tastes like it's been sitting out for way too long. The drink machines look as if they haven't been cleaned in months. Pretty gross. The customer service here was just TERRIBLE. I came here with my friend so I could kick his butt at bowling. We told the lady that we just wanted to bowl, and she made us pay $25, which we assumed covered for bowling as well as the buffet (which we didn't really want anyways, we only came there to bowl). When we got to the bowling area and asked to bowl, the guy looked at us like we were idiots. He told us that the bowling wasn't included in the prices. He DID NOT help us at all. Another lady was then called over and she explained the situation and how their pricing was (which we appreciate her for doing, since she was the ONLY ONE who actually helped us). She then helped us get a refund at the same register that the first lady we met with was at. I went here with two different groups back to back weekends. One group was middle school and the other was high school. Overall, the students had tons of fun and ITZ was very cooperative. The buffet is mainly pizza which is ok but their pizza isn't great. They have some pasta and salad that lack flavor. Oh my goodness, when I went to get my fountain drink I was disgusted because of how bad they smelled and how clearly dirty they were. By that time I kind of lost my appetite. The only reason I'm rating this a 2 star is because my kids enjoyed all the games they had. Not really toddler friendly for my 3 year old but my 7 year old had fun. Just took the whole family and everyone had a blast. The staff was helpful, the games were fun and the cost was reasonable. The food is less than great... But kids generally like cruddy buffet pizza. I am a single mother of four, We all have celebrated our birthday here EVERY year, for the past 4 years. They love and enjoy coming here. My children's school , also had a celebration there for the past 2 years. Every year, my family seems to be the last ones to leave. This year we stayed there til they closed. We go to itz almost every Monday night for a fun family night of bowling!! Their bowling alley is very clean and the staff is extremely friendly. My husband and I enjoy that we can bowl with our kids and the bumpers are set to automatically come up when it is their turn, and go off when it is ours, making it fun for us as parents, and also enjoyable for our kids. The staff helped us find bowling balls appropriate for the size of our children and even offered to go get us drinks so we could get the full use of our bowling session. read more

One word for the dining area...dump. There was only one high school kid working the dinner shift and he couldn't keep up. For some reason he seemed to focus on one side of the dining room and I picked the wrong side. When we walked in with our food, it was hard to find a table that wasn't completely covered with dishes. They definitely need to put more attention to this facility and get some more staff to keep up and actually maybe use a towel to clean things off. As for the rest of the facility, it looked fine. We paid about $60 for a family of three (1 child, age 4) and that included 3 buffets, shoe rental and bowling for an hour. Not something I plan on doing again. I might go later and skip the additional $ for buffet since it was a carb lover's dream. read more

We go as a family every Friday with the kids they love it. We also go after 8 so we save a little money but its so much fun. Most of the games and ride are included with the $14.99 pass the diso is my kids fav and we get to sit and chill at the bar Maria is the best bartender. She puts up with a lot but never loses her cool.. / so I recommend it to you go have fun. It for adults and the kids. Went there for a friend's child's birthday party with my kids. The rides were good. The kids had fun. But.....I contracted food poisoning from this establishment. I immediately noticed how filthy the salad bar, pasta bar, floor, and drink area was. Something told me not to eat the pizza. I should have followed my first instinct. I only had 2 pieces; veggie and pepperoni. Woke up in the middle of the night SICK AS A DOG!!!! Thank God my kids did not eat from the same tray and did not get sick. This place needs a complete overhaul. Food safety lessons and cleanliness. Never again!!! read more

This was my family's first time coming here; it was for my nephew's birthday. They had it reserved, but our "planner" that watched over our table you could tell was there 'just for a paycheck' as she sat there sitting and leaning looking around and in her own world. The planner for the next party over leaned in same area and was twiddling with their hair. The mother of the birthday boy asked for a highchair for my daughter (1 year old) and 15 minutes later the planner brought it, but put it at the end where the mother of the birthday boy was (not paying attention to where the baby was..). by this point, my daughter was almost done eating her food sitting on our lap. The food was terrible. I understand the sign saying "there is no line, so just hop in there" but it's one thing to jump in at the pasta versus pizza area, it's another when you when you have 2 plates and your friend has a plate and a baby and a 3 year old between you and a teenager jumps between you, pushes you out of the way to get pizza you were going for with the very limited selection. Pizza quality was very poor. The pizza cooks need more practice on how to "dock" pizza as pizza's were covered in large bubbles that made most of pizza not have any cheese or sauce. Food quality was poor, best part was salad bar. Many games did not work. One game we swiped card and it said 34 points, next time we swiped, it said 4 points left (I just filled $10 on it..). At the ball toss game, a kid (about 6 or 7) kept taking ball from my daughter's hand (3 years old) and tossing it. My friend (who was with her) kept taking it from him. Eventually, his mom said that's not yours (10 minutes later; 3 games later) (limited games for a 3 year old). "unlimited card" after 8pm was not explained that it only had 20 points for games in front, as associates sold it as it's all unlimited for only $15 to my sister in law, who bought for her and her kids, who got there late. They got 1 round of food, and went back to it being cleaned up. When they went to wait in line for bumper cars, they waited in line for 3 rounds and line did not move. Looked forward and they were letting same kids go in over and over without letting rest of people ride. Our group had 15 adults and 8 kids. The rest of the group stayed to get their money's worth, but I had to get my kids to bed and left early. Most of the group said it was their first and last time to go. Poor food quality, all associates looked like they didn't give a damn, parent's were not watching kids, full of misbehaved kids, overcrowded, games over priced (how many points/game) compared to other similar places (Gattiland and Chuck E cheese). Don't have birthday party here or come here, get coupon and spend less at Chuck E Cheese or Gattiland (I spend $20 on games, $20 on food for 2 adults, and host paid for 2 kids with some games/unlimited rides, that my daughter could only ride 1 because her height) read more

We took the kids out to It'z tonight. It was nice, not too crowded and lots of options for entertainment. The food was a disappointment, but the kids weren't really interested in eating too much anyways, so next time we will probably eat before we go. The employees were a little less than friendly, it seemed like they would rather be doing something else with their Friday night to be honest. One young lady in the bowling section was really great with the kids though, she was friendly and probably the only one I saw smiling the whole time, i think her name was Stephanie. She was really attentive to us the whole time we were in the bowling section, and helped us get the lanes we wanted, and helped us clean up when my daughter spilled a full soda. So that stood out to us. I'd say the bowling was really the most fun part of our night. read more

We had our daughter's 5th birthday party and it was a great success. The kids had a great time and while, yes, you can't let them "roam freely", there is plenty for them to do and it's easy to meet up with everyone. The pizza was good and our party hostess was fabulous. She was energetic, took time to learn each child's name and included everyone, even adults! I dont even want to give it a star. We spent 75 bucks for a family of four. Myself, my boyfriend and his daughter and my younger brother. The place is so out of control. You have to jump in to see if theres any food available, wait for a table and of course no one wants to leave there table for a fear of someone else getting it. The place was complete chaos. Kids running everywhere, parents with their bad attitudes and just letting the kids roam free while they played games on their own. Theres no order anywhere in that place and I would think for spending almost a 100 bucks you could at least have a "Buffet Line" you know you start at one end and go the opposite direction instead of getting trampled on just trying to feed your family. The adults hogged over the games more than the children. I stood there my with boyfriends 5yr old daughter waiting for an "Adult" for 10mins to finish racking up enough tickets for herself for her big prize. How do I know because when the kids came and said Mommy you got us a lot of tickets, She quoted "Um these are for me, not for your little rinky dink prizes. Never again... I went there for a birthday party and it was on a Tuesday....they have a $14.99 unlimited eat and attractions. It was only for four or five things and it did not include games. It seemed liked it was a misrepresentation of what the 14.99 included especially since the buffet was 2.99. We arrived at 630 or so and by 8 they had turned off the drink machines and there was no food left out. When we asked about the drinks and food we were given some lame excuse. Seems to me that if an establishment stays open until 9 then the food and drinks should be available until then. I felt that it was way too much money for the product that we received.
