That's when we met Tim. He was totally awesome and jumped in and took care of all our needs. My grandson had a list a friend made for him of what we needed. He took and made a shopping list for us. Then he asked if we wanted help getting all the parts. We said Yes! He was great, he took our buggy and took off and got everything on our list. I would say above and beyond what we expected. Words cannot explain how angry I am with this place…read more I thought a 3D printer at the end of April, and I went back to the store to add the protection plan. Over the past few weeks, I've been having nothing but issues with it. The AMS is clogged, having to consistently restore it, the fan cover keeps falling off. And now, it won't reset. It is stuck at "calibrating" - and it sits there and hangs. It will also not pair to my enterprise grade network. I reach out to bambu support. And all I can get is their chat. They send me links. They tell me to restore; despite telling them that I literally have tried that and it locks up. I went to the store on Saturday to look into my options with the protection plan. They spent probably 20 minutes trying to figure out what the procedure is. And they finally tell me that it's in store replacement but it will satisfy the $100 protection plan. So I go home and try to work with Bambu and it is LITERALLY impossible to get ahold of a human- that, and there are MULTIPLE things wrong with this $600 printer I bought two months ago. I go to the store today. And yet again, it takes them 20-30 minutes to figure out what the plan is. All of a sudden since Saturday it changed from replacement to calling geek squad. Before I bought the protection plan - I asked the customer service person how it works, and he told me it's in store replacement. Today, a supervisor tells me that I have to go through Best Buy customer service. Best Buy customer service is HORRIBLE; so I have a 2 month old 3D printer that is a paperweight. I'd like to thank supervisor Eli, for going above and beyond - to help me with a $600 printer, and help me successfully use the $100 "pRoTeCTion pLaN" ((sarcasm)) My advice to everyone. Don't buy the geek squad plan. Use Best Buy to window shop. Check out your items - and then check Amazon, crutchfield, etc - to buy for the same price but with better service. Will never step foot in this of a store again.

We had lightning hit our property which took out a bunch of electronics including our Yamaha RX-V 683 receiver. Web search indicated these guys as a service center and the reviews were positive. So I loaded up and headed that way as I had another errand in the same neighborhood. Lugged the unit in, set it on the counter where the man (owner) said "What you got there?". "My dead Yamaha AV receiver.". "We don't work on audio anymore.". Hmm. Geez. Most of their reviews are for audio stuff. He said they really only work on TVs now. Posted as a PSA. Call before you haul. And they need to get their listing on Yamaha's Service Centers page removed.

If it can't be repaired, or it's simply not worth it, they will let you know. I had Josh (I think that was his name) replace the lcd array on my 72 inch Sony TV. It cost me $500. Replacement of that TV would have been over $2000. As an added bonus, he reinstalled my sound bar and subwoofer in the way that it should have been installed from the beginning and the sound is 100 times better. I cannot recommend this business in any stronger terms. Check with them before you throw away a TV that can be saved.

For my personal experience, this shop took care of us when repairing my PS2. They have always been awesome to my kiddo when we've brought him in to shop. He got more for some skylander figures, than he would have at other similar stores. Honestly my kid made money on the skylanders cause we had gotten them on super clearance when being phased out of most stores and we had held on to them and lucked out that my younger kiddo liked the game too!

Lately i have been having issues with it freezing during gameplay......I talked to Gamestop and they recommended to talk to GadgetWrench. I emailed GadgetWrench on a friday and got a response monday morning. They gave me a really good quote......so i went and dropped off the PS3 the next day. I got a call back from them the same day letting me know that they fixed the processor but my fan was going out. quoted me on a new fan and it was really cheap so i said that would be fine. They did some more tests and found out that my BluRay drive was also going out.........it is a 7 year old system so i kind of expected it. Since the BluRay drive was going to be a little more expensive i told them that i would just go buy a new one. They didn't even charge me for fixing the processor and the fan since they weren't able to fix it. They were very professional and tried their hardest, but it was a 7 year old system that was just done. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone to take their game systems or phones to this place before going out and spending money on a new system or phone. P.S. - make sure to go online and make an appointment since they are an appointment only place........and if you don't live nearby you can ship your system to them and they will repair it and send it back to you.
