This isn't a snoody insider shop, where an angry neckbeard will laugh at you for not knowing your Image from your Darkhorse. These folks are happy to help anybody with their first venture into comics, or will kindly leave the veterans to browse. They will set up a pull-list for you, if you want to keep up to date on the latest issues, which is even easier and more convenient to do from home if you use Facebook or Instagram. Just follow their posts and comment on their new release postings to pre-order anything in advance. And my favorite Sunday activity is following their weekly "Claims," where they feature new-to-the-store key issues and bundles at great deals. It's also a great spot for Free Comic Book Day and Halloween. They have some back issues, including some nice expensive finds on the wall and behind the glass, but since it's not the biggest shop in the world, you could probably look elsewhere for that. The customer service and atmosphere is what I come for, though, so it's my first and primary destination for new books.

Good selection of longboxes, some new pull books, along with a fair selection of dollar books on shelves. Pop selection was small but they had a nice amount of exclusives. Various toys and collectables including figures were spread around the shop. The owner was very helpful in searching for items and pleasant to chat with. Overall, this is one of the better small comic shops I've visited, and fully recommend it.

The owner was very friendly, helpful, and passionate about comics and his store. He was also hands-on with helping me find comics but encouraged the me dig and search at my own pace. I enjoyed looking through the long boxes and participating in the interesting and thoughtful conversations. The books were in great shape and the prices were exceptional--there was a sale on the back issues today and I took full advantage of this. Cult Fiction Comics has been officially added to my favorite shops.

So, Symbiote was such a lucky surprise! I didn't expect to find this figure here! I collect toys of this one specific character so I couldn't pass it up. They even gave me a small discount which was cool. Totally worth going to if you're a collector of more niche stuff, you never know what you might find. It might be the only place in the area that has a good selection from the timeframe I'm interested in.

We played Marvel vs Capcom in their arcade section and got to watch some folks play a Disney trading card game, as they have a couple tables for game play. The service from the man at the cashier area was excellent. He did a good job letting us know about future sales & giving more details about items we were looking at. We will definitely be back!

JAF (Just Action Figures) Comics is located north of Bethlehem on the Nazareth Pike, in the Trolley…read moreStation Mall. The shop expanded in early 2021 into previously vacant space and now has a new external entrance. Essentially, they moved all the comics and toys into the new space, and converted the old space into a gaming area. This expansion led to the closing of JAF's second location at the Palmer Park Mall, which had quietly become a standout shop for its new pull selection and $1 book bins. The shop has a good selection of new comic books and graphic novels. They have a fair selection of wall books and collectables. Longbox selection wildly varies. While they do have many, the cheaper boxes are located on the floor, making them hard to comfortably access. I wasn't here for the selection of gaming items, so I can't comment on that part of JAF. Staff have been a strong part of JAF, generally being friendly and helpful. JAF for me is challenging to rate, as the "main" store has always been a little average compared to other local shops. It's worth a stop to browse if in the area but going out of the way to come here would be a question. Overall, JAF is a 3.5, but rounding it up to a 4.
