Yes we love this GameStop! We cannot for the life of us find an issue here. When we go in they greet us right away and they always chat even when their busy to let us know of new games and things. Yesterday we went in and saw a cool sweatshirt and we were like no way because it was white. The guy at the front desk was working and he was like "But it would be great for tie dying it!" & I almost bought it because of that lol! But the vibe is nice the staff is friendly and chill & there's a Starbucks next door so that's a plus lol! read more

I really wish the female staff, as mentioned above, were nicer. They have always displayed poor service attitudes towards us (and obviously) other customers. We won't go in here if they are working, however we enjoy Joshua's service and always appreciate him helping us! These women (one of who I assume is a manager) chewed out an employee in front of us! How unprofessional. So if you go here, don't expect good service from these women, just get your game and run before they unleash their poor attitudes onto your sun shiny rainbow day. read more

The only reason why I gave this place 2 stars is because they have a nice selection of games and there's no Fry' Electronic around. As for the high prices and the bitchy attitudes by the female staff, that's another subject. More that once have I gotten attitudes by the female sales behind the counter. I guaranty this place would be out of business if the store didn't stock up the store with top games. I only visit this place to see what's new but I usually buy my games from Amazon.com or across the street at Walmart. If the attitude was friendlier, I would not have any hesitation about spending a little more here. read more

Brace yourself for ultimate attitude from the female staff everyone. If you go in here, you MIGHT leave with a game...and a scorched face from the looks they flash you when you ask them a question. OR when they say flat out "NO!" to a question you have. Yes, the shelves stay stocked, and the store stays clean. WHY are these two women so rude, it's like we personally pissed in their cereal that morning. Denise is her name and RUDE is her game. Everything went downhill over there since their old manager left, you can tell by all the displays and how empty the store looks like with little merchandise and dull displays. Every time we came by there even it was empty in the morning there displays are so lively with lots of things to buy. Plus not only that they are slow, and rude, which is sad that the manager has to asked for confirmation to an associate below him if he was correct. Which you would think the Manager should know. So sad, not only that it's very unprofessional of the Manager in charge to even bad mouth their old manager and say that the old manager do scummy stuff which that supposed to be personal information and telling a customer is just bad reputation but since he makes it look like he really wants the public know what he told us so here I am, So really sad I've been shopping here for more than 8 years. They don't know how powerful word of mouth is so I just have to tell my friends not to shop at this GameStop no more, plus not only that all those words came out of his own mouth. Zero stars if i could. Called in to place an item on hold, which they said they had 3 of, and when i showed up they claimed all 3 were beimg shipped to the store in fresno. After asking if we could take another they had on hold at the store they said they could not put our name down because they dont have a "waiting list". Omg!! So excited right now!! I went to trade some games at game stop for just dance for the PS4! The workers in the Ceres game stop are AMAZING!! Come to find out the Just Dance game for the PS4 needs a camera and a couple more expensive pieces! But they figured out that we can get a refurbished wii plus warranty ($55) plus 2 just dance games with warranty ($18) so total $73! BUT with my $40 trade AND some random points and discounts she was able to use from my game stop membership we paid $15.23!!! For a wii and 2 just dance games!!! The staff definitely knows there stuff!! My girls are in just dance heaven!! read more

I walked up to the front of the store today on a sunday and i just checked online at yellowpages and it said they were closed at 9:00pm on sundays its kinda upsetting when its 4:30 and they say its closing in 10 minutes. Right in front of me while I was making a purchase he kept complaining about his job very unprofessional. This is not someone who should be a manager, sorry. I totally agree with the other reviewers. The female staff here are awful! They are so rude and short tempered. I don't know much about games and was in there to buy a game for my son. I simply asked where the game was on the shelf and she rudely pointed out that the games are shelved by game system, can't you see the names on the wall? Well excuse me!! I don't go to Game Stop every day. I didn't notice the way the store was set up. However, the male staff that were working were polite, he walked from behind the counter to show me exactly where the game was and then said if I had any other questions, he would be glad to help me find the game. I love gamestop and have been a loyal customer since forever, but this gamestop rubbed me the wrong way. Let me explain why. I went there one day after visiting 3 other gamestops because I wanted a particular game with the original case and manual, I went to this store and they actually had it. Any way I went to the register and a guy helped me, his name was Tyler. He was commenting on my shirt saying he liked it and we were talking. He told me to insert my card and I realized he had the $2 Game warranty on my tab, didn't even ask if I wanted it, so I had to ask him to take it off. He was trying to didtract me. I finished the transaction and took the bag and was about to walk out but I checked inside and he put the blank case with the hand written name inside the bag. I turned around and said "Hey could I get the case I brought up, and the manual as well"? He grabbed it and swapped it out, not even a sorry. He was extremely sneaky and shady and I felt like he was ripping me off. I'll never go back there again, I'll stick to any other gamestop where this has never happened to me before.
