Then, the game case I picked up to go to the counter to get the game, they didn't have the CD (game) that was supposed to to with the case. So why was the case out? And when I walked up to the counter, there was only 1 person in front of me, or so I thought.. Today, my wife and I went in to renew our rewards membership, and to buy anniversary presents for each other. Over the course of the sale, we wound up purchasing a little more than we planned on, but it was for a special occasion. When we got home, and were setting up, we found that some of the promised items were not included with the purchase. So, I went back into the store, explained the situation and GameStop totally took care of us. Today was one of those rare instances of quality customer service. So, props to everyone and GameStop on 7th Street. You guys rock! Sometimes, when situations like this, people get defensive or cranky and or start throwing around attitude. Specifically the employee Cody was super helpful in helping me decide between two games and even showed me the inside of the game I was buying had a free PlayStation code for the first game remastered! Basically two games for the price of one thanks to his awareness. The price was great and I can't wait to come back!
