GameStop, is by far the best place to purchase gaming equipment. I came here looking for a certain controller, and they have not only one but several other controllers like the kind that I spent all day searching for. They actually stock these specific items as a refurbished product. The associate was both cordial and efficient, understanding exactly what I needed. I purchased the warranty and reactivated my membership all because of the associates crafty and persuasive customer service skills. Don't be like me, be better than me. Go to GameStop first, so you can have more time to do other things in the day. Inspire more, Yelp more! read more

Soooooo lol , this is definitely a gamers PARADISE. My son (8 years old) has been doing a FANTASTIC job in school, so I promised him before his winter break I will take him to GameStop. Upon arrival it was not crowded at all and a big store . The men who helped me were very courteous and explained things to me well, as I'm not a gamer lol. The store has a huge section of games, headsets, controllers amd even console holders for most gaming systems. My son picked out a headset , 2 games , a controller and a vbucks card for his Nintendo Switch. I spent in total after taxes a little over $180. I also got warranty on everything except the vbucks, that lasts 1 year. The warranty prices were GREAT the highest priced was the controller and that was $8. I had bought this mini nightmare before Christmas backpack set before and the box didn't even seem that touched as in it would be opened and when I opened it, thank god I did it in the car before I left the parking lot, the only thing in there was the mini backpack itself. The pen, notebook, keychain, and accessory were all missing. I went for a refund and at first they didn't want to give it to me because they were trying to say that I was the one that opened it and emptied it out, which is absurdly ridiculous. By the way, just for that tiny thing, it was a whole $13.45 dollars, just to get gipped anyways. Do not recommend. read more

No. Just no. That's all I have to say... they're madd rude. For no reason. I wanted to just say "no" but it made me put 85+ Characters. I spend literally thousands of dollars in game stop each year because we're a family of gamers and I shop at a few different ones, but this one I stopped in because I was going to shake shack and noticed it there. I was in there with my husband and my son for 5 seconds before the guy all but put us out because I had my face covered with my scarf instead of a "mask" which honestly my scarf is 10x thicker and probably the better option. It's not about the fact that he wanted me to wear a mask instead of my scarf around my face. it's the way he said it. Would leave zero stars if I could. Changed warranty policy on us last minute for Xbox controller, told us they would replace with fully new, instead gave us refurbished. Changed the policy on warranty without telling anyone. Save your money go somewhere else. read more

I came here a few nights ago looking to buy some Wii games (don't judge me, it's still a working gaming system!) during their B2G1 promotion. On this night, Drew was managing the register, and he couldn't have been more helpful! He was incredibly patient with all of my questions, telling me about the latest promotions, pointing out what has had mediocre review/feedback, and helping me figure out how to get the most bang for my buck for both Wii and newer gaming systems. In fact, I had a question about a poster in their store that night, which frankly I figured he would forget about as soon as I left. Surprisingly, he was nice enough a few days later to give me a call back after he has his manager! It's so nice to know that customers are not forgotten here. Placed an online order for same day delivery. They deliver via Doordash!! HUGE MISTAKE. The store sent the wrong item. The store manager, Drew - could care less. According to him, the SKU matched. Most unprofessional, judgmental and offensive staff I have ever seen in a retail store. Will never come back.

You know the store is going to be paaaaacked when they are having their famous buy two get one sales! We were prepared for that before we shopped. This location was the only one to have all of the games in stock that we wanted to purchase. We called ahead and the sales associate was nice enough to put them to the side for us. When we arrived we had my son wait on line to ensure the games were indeed waiting at the register for us as we browsed around the store. The PS4 section is limited as with many gamestop stores and the Xbox section takes up at least three times the size of the PS4 section. As a result of the sale the selection was than much more scarce. There were lots of duplicates of the same games on the shelf. We got the games we wanted and grabbed an additional one from the shelf. The guy at the register rang us up. We got the buy 2 get one deal and also an additional discount by using our powerup rewards since they were pre-owned games we got a few more dollars off the total price plus the reward points to redeem later. There was one issue. The cashier was hesitant to give us the cases. He told us they didn't have cases which was odd because we handed one of them to him when we made the purchase. I guess it slipped his mind and he put that game in the case and into our bag. We then inquired as to why the other games did not have cases. Another cashier overheard him and told him he had to go look for them on the shelf. Our cashier told him these don't have cases because they are DS games. Um NOOO we bought all PS4 games what is this guy even talking about right now? Clearly he is NOT a gamer! We corrected him and he then went to the shelf to try to find the cases, of course to no avail. As PS4 is a fairly new system I find it really hard to believe that they are missing cases for these and I think they had them and just didn't want to give them up perhaps so they can use them on their displays. Not certain but that's just my assumption. We finally convinced them to at least give us some spare blank cases instead of the standard paper sleeves so that the discs would not be damaged in transit as we had several more stops on our shopping trip. They obliged. Me personally, I am a stickler for this kind of stuff. I would want to have the cases or wait and buy them somewhere else but apparently my son and husband REALLY wanted these games and the sale was going to be over in the next few days. In short we got what we came for and a decent deal too but are still somewhat unsatisfied. read more

Who doesnt like to save money? Alex and Vishal are really awesome and i am happy i walked in that day.
