I was…read moretrying to buy a birthday gift for my son, and my evening was ruined by the most unprofessional employee, named AJ, that I had ever met. I wanted to inquire about a new Pokémon game and was requesting for a sealed copy of the game since the one on the shelf was marked new but it was already unwrapped and as a present I didn't want to give my son something already opened. The employee AJ actually told me that it was new and that if I wanted it that was it. I explained that it was for my son's birthday and he responded with "he is going to open it anyways!" All while still sipping on his drink, yes he is drinking this big cup of soda and speaking to me while still having the straw in his mouth! Very unprofessional and he seemed to be more concerned with his closing duties. At the end, as I became upset and was asking him to cancel it, he decides to now offer a brand new sealed copy, this was in plain view behind him the entire time I was asking for a sealed copy, and since I continued to walk out I overhead him saying to me to "have a wonderful night b*tch". I will report this horrendous customer service to corporate and would recommend you never go through a similar experience by shopping at this Gamestop! Regarding the employee, I hope he find faith and treats others the way he would want to be treated!

Yes it's easier to sit on the couch and order a movie but then you miss the entire experience. Picking movies, the staff recommendations are great, getting candy, getting home and opening the dvd box, and supporting a privately owned business! The staff is wonderful too.
