Finally had the chance to stop in and play with the kids. It's cute but when we went it was just…read morethe downstairs that was open and it felt small. There weren't too many people there and the kids had a lot of fun themselves. There are small treats and drinks you can order while you are there. There's space to sit and take a break during open play.'Whats nice is there is a pizza place right next door if you wanted to grab food for after. Small but otherwise a good place to let the littles play!

A Latte Fun left a latte be desired. This is a great place to come if you'd like for your little to…read morepick up a communicable disease and warrant a trip to PM Peds. The place was filthy - it's quite obvious when your children's clothing is covered in brown and black dirt from playing or crawling around on the floor. Gross. The person working here spent zero time supervising the play space or cleaning up/reorganizing any of the play areas. Instead, they sat on the counter doom scrolling. If this is an establishment that serves food and drinks, I don't know, maybe don't sit on the prep space? It's not sanitary nor is it professional. Another mom made us aware of an upstairs play area for the smaller crew. This wasn't told to us by the person working when we came in or at any point during our stay. We made our way upstairs where it was dark and uninviting. They had a bounce house which was in working order, but that too was dirty. All the toys up here were broken and busted or missing batteries. What? Where's the maintenance? The other parents here barely paid attention to their kids so if you come, put your phone down and be vigilant. My friend's younger daughter was on the carousel and bigger kids were being wild and running around on top of it so I had to swoop her off so she wouldn't be trampled. Another boy kept taking play food where my daughter was sitting at a small table and taking her plate and flinging it across the room, several times. While I'm not that child's parent, I had no issue stepping in when safety and kindness were being compromised. A latte germs, zero supervision. It's a one and done from us, especially with so many other play spaces popping up on the island.

We attended an "Eat and Play with Elmo" event, and unfortunately the experience fell short, especially given the $40 price. Parking is very limited, and the event felt oversold and overcrowded. The heat was not working, and with temperatures below 30 degrees outside, it was barely warmer inside. Most conversations among parents were about how cold everyone was, and many adults and children kept their coats and hats on the entire time. If the heat wasn't working, the event really should have been rescheduled. There were also safety concerns. The gate separating the play area from the rest of the space was not functioning and remained open the entire time. While I was putting away our shoes and diaper bag, my daughter slipped into the play area, which was unsettling. The Elmo costume itself looked great and was very realistic, but the character interaction was a major disappointment. The person inside the costume seemed disengaged and unhappy to be there. Elmo mostly stood in one spot and did not interact warmly with the children. There were no hugs, no pats on the back, and very little acknowledgment of the kids beyond an occasional half-hearted wave. For an event centered around meeting Elmo, the lack of enthusiasm and interaction was especially disappointing. Other moms I spoke to noticed the same thing The space itself is lovely, but for a $40 "Eat and Play with Elmo" event, this experience fell short of expectations.
