It was my first time at Gameway. It was very close to my gate so I thought I'd give it a try using my Priority Pass. It was morning time and they had most of the desks available. The staff were so friendly and polite. I only waited for my controller for 3-5 minutes but he apologized for the "delay". Each guest and their plus one or plus two can get a snack and a nonalcoholic beverage. Perfect while you are waiting for a flight. Favorite snacks are the Unreal Chocolates and the Brookside Dark Chocolate Açaí and Blueberries. Or grab a bag of Kind Snack mix or trail mix. Looking for something more savory? Try the White Cheddar Boom Chicka Pop popcorn. Grab a coconut water to rehydrate. Or a sparking water. Or a Let's Gooaal Coca Cola product. Not too many places to be able to escape the crowded terminal gate areas or restaurants and stores... gameway is a great place to go! 11/25/25 Tuesday Location: LAX Terminal 6 Came around 8 PM. The Chase Sapphire Reserve card gets you in with 2 guests for free. Each guest gets 1 snack and 1 drink, with the exception of the energy drinks. They had a variety of snacks from chips and candy to healthier options like trail mix and protein bars. Stopped by Gameway in LAX Terminal 3 (near gate 30) to take advantage of Priority Pass, which allows the cardholder and two guests to benefit from the perks. These include one hour of game time and either 1) one snack and one non-alcoholic beverage or 2) one alcoholic beverage. The snack selection is wide (chips, trail mix, Chex mix, candies, gum, etc.), and the drink options are also varied (sodas, teas, sparkling waters, canned coffee). We did not use the individual gaming areas, but the seats looked comfortable, and the place was not too crowded on a Saturday morning. The people working at Gameway were pleasant and helpful. There are Gameways at several airports throughout the U.S. that participate in Priority Pass, and it's a great way to pass time or to pick up a snack and drink before your flight. Founded in 2016, Gameway Video Game Lounge now has 6 locations in 4 airports (one in Houston Hobby, one in Charlotte, two in LAX, and two in DFW). Recently upgrading to a Chase Sapphire Reserve allowed us to use the included Priority Pass membership to enjoy. Unlike some other lounges, a passenger can access at the destination location along with the origin. A priority pass member is allowed to include two guests, each person given 1 hour of video console play time and snacks (EITHER 1) choice of one bag of chips/candy and soda/water OR 2) one alcoholic drink). So when we landed into LAX with checked bags, we were both able to pick up snacks and a drink before heading to baggage claim. This seems to be common, as the associate didn't think twice of letting us do that. The second time, we arrived at LAX too early to go to the Centurion lounge so spent one hour playing video games while bunching on the snacks. They have a huge inventory of both X-Box and Playstation games, with the associates helping whenever needed. I also saw folks just stopping in to buy snacks or drinks....pretty sure they were on a business trip and the selection of snacks is quite good, especially if you don't have to directly pay for them. read more

As a Priority Pass member, you honestly can't go wrong with stopping off at either of the Game Way locations in the LAX airport - one in Terminal 3 and one in Terminal 6. With the Priority Pass, you get access to a bottled drink and a snack, and you can stay at the "lounge" and play games or take them and go. Further, the snack selections in LAX far outweigh other locations! The game systems work just fine and have a wealth of options, though I can't say I'm the biggest gamer in the world either so I might not have the most informed opinion there. You are also able to add as many guests as you would like - in that case, with Chase, you can get an additional two for free, which then allows for two additional drinks and snacks. That's a huge plus! I always stop by and at least grab my snacks and drink! If I stay, it's also nice to just be in your own space as well, as the gaming areas are rarely full. read more

Ok so 1st timer here, but awesome experience, for sure. Got the kiddos setup with a couple stations. They get to choose their console type/system and had a boat load of games to choose from. The staff are super friendly and helpful, guiding the kids and helping them out as they got set up. Honestly, the main reason we tried them out was due to the priority pass benefit, and US parents are so happy we did. Not only did it make a long layover enjoyable to the kids, it gave us adults an hour to decompress, chill and grab a drink only footsteps away as they were playing. The added perk of a free snack and drink to go with their game time was a nice touch too. In the day and age where everything at an airport costs an arm and a leg, this was money well spent. Richard and Vincent happened to be the greatest hosts, they explained everything to me and made the process very simple and easy. Not only did I get 1 hour to relax and charge my phone, but I got to play Super Mario Brothers 3 on Nintendo, while also enjoying a snack and drink included with the visit. I love Gameway! Located across gate 33 in Terminal 3 of LAX, it's the only place (that I know of) that accepts Priority Pass in this terminal. I have PP through Chase Sapphire Reserve and with it, you and your guest have a choice of either... 1.) 1 Hour of Gaming + Snack + Non-Alcoholic Drink 2.) 1 Hour of Gaming + Alcoholic Drink On this particular day, I chose the latter and grabbed a canned beer, Elysian Space Dust IPA. I was also able to play one of my favorite games on the XBOX, Unpacking, for an hour. The person that was helping me was super friendly and accommodating. The headphones and controllers are cleaned regularly, so I'm not at all worried about spreading germs. The chairs are also really comfortable! Your choice of consoles are XBOX, PlayStation, and PC. They have a variety of snacks available, as well as non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks. If you're not up to playing games, you can also stream movies or just hang out and use their Wi-Fi for your own personal devices. read more

Terrible experience the gentleman with earrings and glasses scanned my partner in and we asked to add myself as a guest however he denied me stating its their policy yet he informed the next customer with the same card the (chase saphire) they can bring a guest. When i asked for clarification why i was denied he stayed he didn't know what card we had...keep in mind they scan for priority pass. And we told him of the card we have. When then asked can i be added he stated no since my partner is already scanned. The Gameway in Terminal 6 at LAX has been my fun go-to lounge every time I fly out of LAX. They accept Priority Pass holders for an hour of free gaming with a snack and drink, and even allow a guest as well. The staff are always super friendly and support you dropping by just to pick up a free snack and drink even if you don't have time to sit down and game. I was also pleasantly surprised by the hours they are open, which allowed me to get a snack before an earlier morning flight. Inside, they offer many kinds of games, and consoles - including PCs. The consoles are fully loaded with common modern games, and the gaming experience is super comfortable. The total area is somewhat small, but I've never been turned away due to capacity. read more

My 12 year old son and I showed up super excited Sunday June 15 at 7AM at Terminal 3 as we had an hour before our flight. The employee at the front with the long pulled back pony tail hair was rude and said we could not use my priority pass as it was through American Express Platinum. It was 7AM on a Sunday morning and no one was using any of the gaming stations. He could have been chill and let my son play for 20-30 minutes before his flight but instead he chose to have a stick up his butt this morning and play king of the gaming castle. Flew out of LAX a few days ago and decided to try this "experience" with my Priority Pass. According to PP, "Complimentary offering includes 1 hour of gaming and 1 snack item and 1 non-alcoholic drink OR 1 hour of gaming and 1 alcoholic drink." Me and my wife (cardholders) room our two children in, and we all were able to get a drink and snack, and an hour of gaming. We ended up spending about 35 minutes and I have to say it was really fun. There are seats lining the 3 walls inside, all with the newest gaming systems. For the older generation as well as the youngest, they had classic NES and Super Nintendo consoles at the "bar". My kids enjoyed playing classic NES games, as much as I loved re-playing them decades later. I was having a blast playing games like Excitebike, Contra and Ninja Gaiden again. The service was outstanding. Everyone was really friendly and helpful. I don't have any complaints about Gameway, and I will most definitely be back again next time I'm passing through LA. There are two Gameway locations, terminal 3 and 6. My only hope is it doesn't get too known and popular and we end up not being able get in, like many of the lounges nowadays. :) read more

I was disappointed with the Priority Pass options at LAX, but I saw this "experience", and I had to go and check it out. I have never gone to a gaming lounge before, and this - if small - blew me away. So with PP, you are entitled to 1 hour of free gaming on whatever systems were free. They had PCs, XBoxs, and PS5s from what I could tell. In addition, you are also entitled to 1 chips bag, and a drink (minus the energy drinks). They also noted that Amex PP members were not eligible for this experience. The service was excellent and quick, and I chose to use a PC, which had pretty much every mainstream multiplayer game on them from Overwatch to COD to SC2 to PUBG. I was playing SC2 for most of my time there. You are also allowed to use your own accounts, but I just used their boilerplate accounts. Very awesome experience, and basically a lounge where I can sit down for an hour and relax. read more

He honestly made the start of our vacation so much better with his great energy and amazing service. HH Gameway is located in terminal 6, before you hit gate 65. I came here using my priority pass since LAX no longer has any lounges available for holders to use. I had to look on Reddit to find out that this was an option since it is not on the app. Kinda sucks since LAX is a huge international airport. Priority pass allows you to have one free hour of play, one snack and drink. The chairs/couch seemed clean and were comfortable. I also saw that they had 2-3 PCs for PC gamers. They have both Xbox and PlayStation. In another review, they mentioned that you can only use what games they have downloaded. I'm not a gamer, so I thought they had a good amount, and I recognized a bunch of popular games. Unfortunately when I was playing Fall Guys, the connection kept dropping during my play. I didn't care too much since I sucked anyways, but I'm sure people who are hardcore gamers or those who were in the middle of a long game would be pretty frustrated and annoyed. This is a pretty new concept at an airport. Pretty cool idea and hope they work out the connection issue. read more

They don't accept Priority pass after 9pm. I didn't know that so I waited patiently while the employee ignored me to chat with his friend until 9pm and then he refused to honor my priority pass because it was 9 on the dot when he finally turned around to address the waiting customers. I asked to at least have the snack that is included and he refused even though it was his fault for the delay. I guess that's better than not being open at all like at the last airport where they were closed an hour early. read more
