When I opened Yelp to enthusiastically recommend Gannon Detailing I was happy to see so many 5-star reviews! Sitting with my morning coffee I got curious about the few 1-3-stars, and I HAVE TO SAY--give me a proverbial break!! A missed cup holder?! How much of YOUR work is PERFECT?! For the past three years my truck had been washed, kind of vacuumed, but that was the extent of exterior/interior care it had received. I took my truck to Gannon Ceramic Coatings and the inside and outside had restored like new. I opted for the 1 year Ceramic coating and the paint was smooth and glistened once again. The inside looked as good as new, the leather was spot free, no grime or stains and the carpet and floor mats were spotless. Sometime in the past I had run through some tar that was thick and looked terrible on the wheel wells, especially because they are white along the edges, they also came out amazingly clean, as did the undercarriage. We have owned our 27 foot Class C motor home for 29 years. It has always been garaged and the fiberglass and body are in good shape, but the finish was VERY dull, with many marks on the sides from being moved too close to trees and bushes. When Steve Gannon said, "It's going look like new," I thought, "Yeah, right. We'll see." Well, I am now a big believer in ceramic coating. The finish has a very bright, uniform shine and there are absolutely no marks remaining. Steve is a great guy to deal with; very personable. My Ford 350 Super Duty truck was seriously dirty and full of bug residue from traveling around Arizona. I took a chance on Gannon per all the positive reviews and was not disappointed. Steve returned my call within the same say and we set an appointment for a complete detail. Steve and the crew showed up on time and went right to work. This is a big truck with a shell but they were done with inside, outside, and sealing treatment within an hour and a half. The result was excellent. Looks like a brand new truck off the lot. We originally took our black SUV and dark blue car to another local detailing place. We had Gannon perform a mini detail on two of our vehicles and are we're not sure we will in the future. We started with the mini service to decide if we should have Gannon perform the more expensive full details to our vehicles. When they let us know they were finished we started inspecting both vehicles to find several of areas that required cleaning; There were areas on both cars that had not been cleaned properly. We pointed it out and the Gentlemen went over those areas. We were satisfied until later we found areas not vacuumed an entire cup holder was filthy, door jam with dirt. The total cost was $185. Booked Gannon based on solid reviews and because they were mobile. Communication was quick via email and through text. Booked an early morning (6am) interior and exterior detail. Received a quote for the job prior to booking. As you see with most reviews for Gannon they do a very good job. And i am here to tell you the same. I picked them because they use the powered polishers and buffers. I have some oxidation on my front fenders and my roof. That was my biggest concern. I thought it would be a half a day job, but they were able to knock it out in 2.5 hours. That seemed short to me, but upon inspection, i was highly pleased. I checked those oxidation spots, and I dont think a stranger would be able to spot them. They did a great job and pulling the color back to the surface and adding a polish to it that made it shine like i have never been able to do on my own. As others have said, i asked for some touch ups in certain areas, like black exterior trim or interior seats. They gladly went back and re-applied to those spots. So I'm totally satisfied with the work i received. I recommend anyone who is looking to sell or just dress up their older car that may have some paint oxidation to give Gannon a call. read more

We have a F350 crew cab dually with an 11' 6" cab over camper which is used for hunting, fishing etc. Naturally it gets absolutely filthy with mud, snow etc. Steve sent Nathan, Rusty and another young man out. They arrived about an hour early and spent the next 4 hours scrubbing the beast. The crew did an excellent job and were very pleasant and professional. I called Steve last week after just getting back from a week and a half long road trip. I'll be honest, my car looked like shit before the road trip however, it was unbearable after the road trip especially considering I took my dog along with me. Having spoken with a few other detailers I was worried it was going to be a 1-2 week long wait or extremely expensive for just an interior/exterior clean. Steve was awesome though and booked me time a few days later at a reasonable price. Three guys showed up (on time which I feel like never happens) and did a great job. They took a little longer than expected but that was due to construction next door getting dust in my car whenever they opened my doors. Wow, cant believe the other reviews here had problems with Steve. I found him and his job very professional and the work he did on my boat phenomenal (see my pictures). We had years of oxidation on a 12 year old boat that made it look like a 20 year old boat. He was very knowledgeable and was very clear about what was to be expected. Not only did he get the oxidation off but he was cheaper than everyone else by at least $100! If you ever had a boat detailed you would know it is not cheap and ours is 24 feet long. He also was very professional and got right back to me as soon as I left him a message. He also works great with text which is helpful since my busy schedule makes phone calls difficult. He was able to schedule the work 48 hours after the original phone call and his work was great. I will be using him again in the future. read more

Unbelievable service. I first contacted Steve because a friend had recommended their services after having his car detailed. Steve responded quickly via email and got me scheduled very soon. Upon arrival, his crew was on time. Three guys spent nearly two hours cleaning my 2014 Tacoma. When they were finished, my truck looked better than I could have possibly hoped. Carpets and upholstery looked immaculate. Chrome shined as bright as it did the day I bought it new and the paint was smooth as glass. For the record, I got the Complete Detail Package and upgraded to the synthetic sealant instead of normal wax. And they came to my house on my day off allowing me to enjoy my day. Had my trailer detailed and 3 sides and top were ok but the right side had marks from the brush and soap in the oxidized section that were not there before. Steve came out and worked on it later and got some came off but it still has the brush marks on the front. They said that Winnebago had problems with their gel coat. I called Winnebago and they said it was not a problem with their siding and send pictures. They responded that it was caused by soap and asked if it had been detailed in the sun. If your having them detail acrylic side do a test spot first. read more

I called these guys to do my 23' RV. Since I store it in a dirt lot it gets dirty as hell both inside and out. And, my wife has bad dust allergies so I need to get it very clean inside. They showed up even a little bit early, and two guys went to work hard. They had a truck with their own RO water and all supplies and equipment. They worked for about 3 hours including complete exterior wash, interior detailing, and shampoo carpet and floor mats. Very good attention to detail. We have a jeep that goes off road a lot. Our puppy comes along for the ride too. The last trip took us down dusty trails with the top off in the spring time and the GSD was shedding his winter coat (all in the jeep). Needless to say, the car was filthy inside and out. The dust got everywhere; in the seat material, in the carpet, in the speaker holes, in the stereo. If that wasn't enough, the dog hair was horrible. It made a fuzzy layer of hair through out the jeep. Lastly, there were nose smears all over. I scheduled my detailing (kinda far out but quality is in demand). The day of my detailing I was hurting for time. They were a little late, I was sweating. But they addressed everything. The car looks brand new. No dust, no hair, nice and shiny.
