I really like a great sale so when I spotted the 70% off sign in the window, I had to go in. Full of sales racks and what appeared to be a good inventory, I thought I was in clearance heaven. That's when the dream ended and the nightmare began. We struggled the entire time we were here to find the right styles and sizes. When we needed a sales associate, there wasn't one to be found. This store was just a disorganized mess. Although we found a few nice items, I'm not sure it was worth looking through all those racks. There just wasn't enough staff to handle all the customers that came in for this huge sale. I'm hoping this was just an off day because I love finding great clothes for the kids at reasonable prices. But maybe that's the price a customer must pay, sacrificing a well staffed store for those wonderful sales. Hopefully, those great discounts are worth the extra effort!

Great prices, but I don't like that they don't carry men's pants larger than 38. Don't body shame me like that, put an honest warning sign on the outside saying you don't want fat guys in your store and we can shop online instead. Don't make me go in and look through rack after rack and then have to ask... Tommy Hilfiger across the street, a more prestigious name by the way, they carry 42 waist men's pants and the quality is higher. They also stack their pants by size so it's easy to find the right size without having to ask some slim little Southern California girl for help. Now I have a better idea of how normal sized women feel walking into Victoria's Secret. I also don't think the Gap people know what the word, iconic, really means. Maybe they meant, ironic?

    Love the sales here!!

Sad! I have been a huge fan of Gap for a very long time! Tonight I walked out in the middle of my transaction out of principle! On a bit of a budget while shopping tonight so I was adding up my finds as I was adding them to the bag. When I got to the register I was shocked to see that a hoodie I wanted was $10 more than the sign said. So I told her what the sign said and she walked over to the shelves with me. She told me that even though all the hoodies on the self are actually full zip up hoodies, select colors are $24.99. Might I recommend changing that sign to read "styles starting at $14.99" or "prices vary by color". Whichever you prefer but, telling me that I chose the one full zip up hoodie that was the higher rate, just not right since your signs are contradicting. So instead, I left in the middle of my purchase and told the cashier that I didn't want any of it because that's just not good business. Very disappointing. I was really looking forward to that new perfume and one of those sweaters was soon to be my favorite! PS. If your going to give everyone in the store an extra 15% off their purchase, don't waste paper by handing out the coupons.

The Baby Gap Outlet store has amazing prices. On top of the already marked own prices, there usually is an additional 20% or more sale going on. The quality of clothes is exactly the same as the retail stores. It might be a season or two behind but it does not make a difference at all. Yes, there are cheaper stores to shop at but the quality would not be the same. I have two kids and have noticed their cheaper clothes do not last as long. Those tend to shrink, fade and tear quicker.

    For my sons :p

This Baby Gap has AMAZING merchandise and prices!!! I always make a stop here when visiting Legoland. The last time here I got two layered t-shirts: one was with Curious George and the other with Where the Wild Things Are, both characters from two of my favorite children's books and at the BEST price... I can't resist children's clothing and was looking for some good quality basic shirts and bodysuits for my infant son. I couldn't find the right sizes but found some nice long sleeve cotton shirts in basic solid colors with their signature tiny bear logo embroidered on the pockets. DH wanted me to take a picture of my son to send to his friend from USC and DH who attended CAL (rivals in everything except academics) ;p For my older son, we got a navy and white striped Nautical hooded thermal and a grey and blue striped sweatshirt. I would look carefully if you are picky about stitching because some items look better than others. The girls merchandise is even more amazing and EVERYTHING was on sale :p

This was my first visit to the Baby Gap Outlet store and I think the prices are pretty decent.

Small shopping center next to the flower field, I mean directly next to it!…read more Found a cute purse at Coach that wasn't sold online anymore n was sold out everywhere else! Workers were very attentive and helpful. Actually had to go back and buy it bc I couldn't stop thinking about it lol Went to the toy store and found rare stuff my son was hunting for so that was a treat. The staff there were also very helpful and gave my son few free sleeves for his one piece cards. The place is very small, very clean and all the stores were organized. It wasn't very packed on a Saturday, it didn't feel that way but the parking was a hot mess. Lol maybe bc they share parking with the flower field. My favorite is the view of the flower field next door. Really is heaven on earth when you see such colors surrounding you.

Very strange that majority of the sales being advertised at the outlet stores here are "Buy 1 Get 1…read more50% off".. which to me, isn't much of a deal. Where's the 60, 70% off? Lol. I guess not too common nowadays. These outlets in general is pretty standard with pretty empty crowds so it's not hard to find a parking spot. The vibes here feel like more of a casual mall with the food and iced tea shops having more people in line for than any of the retail stores. However.. I was able to find a great deal at one of the stores! Still worth walking around to look and browse through some stores. Children activities.. they have a fun life-sized checkers board to play with and even a train ride.

I bought a shirt there. I had some tops I was hoping to get rid of it so I thought I would tried selling there. I should have known better, I've tried selling clothes at Plato's Closet, Flashback, Buffalo Exchange etc...and they never take my stuff. I don't know why and I promise I always made sure they were clean and in good condition. They were brands they listed they accepted on the site: Anthropologie and American Eagle...they didn't take any. The girls were super nice and I appreciated it. But it just always seemed wild to me that they take on brands such as Wild & Fable and A New Day...and my stuff isn't that super outdated again I don't know their process for selecting clothes because they do have curated pieces. In summary, for shopping it could be fun and you can find some stuff but not on a thrift price. However as for selling, unfortunately at this point now I've just never had a good experience selling clothes at these kind of places. If you want to sell clothes you will have better luck on Poshmark where I've sold clothes more easily. So this place can be fun for buying but for selling you might leave feeling frustrated and confused which is why I rated this place at 3 stars.

From other reviews on here this seems to be on ongoing issue with the employees. It's all about the TRAINING!!! I like the clothes but I just can't see giving money to this establishment when the employees can't engage. I walked in yesterday and there were two employees who never once said one thing to me. I walked around picked up something I was going to buy and then I put it back because no one spoke to me. This has not been the first time no one has spoken to me. I walked out and down the street and made purchases at two other boutiques because they were friendly and engaging. Please teach your staff how to be kind and welcoming to all. It's really not that hard. The women working here don't seem to care about customer service or they don't know how to engage with customers because they haven't been trained. I still have a gift card to use here and it will be awhile before I decide to use it or give it to someone else.

I ended up finding 2 different color pants that fit much better, and both pairs selected to exchange were equal or lesser retail price than my original purchase. So what did they do? They tried to charge me MORE for the exchange! They claimed the exchange cost is based on the going price for that day of the exchange. Sorry Volcom but that's not an exchange- it is a return and repurchase. None of the 3 employees there seemed to care. They were not busy and I guarantee the manger could have made this right but didn't care to do so.
