This BoxLunch is considerably larger than the standard, and as such, has a much better selection of merchandise available for purchase. You will find plenty of anime, Disney, and other pop culture gifts in the form of shirts, hats, keychains, pins, stationary, plush, glassware/kitchen items, and most notably, backpacks. The LoungeFly brand makes some pretty incredible quality mini backpacks that appeal to a variety of your favorite movies/shows (they are also pretty pricey, but arguably worth it). It's easy to drop $100+ in this kind of store. The employee, Dee, was a very good saleswoman, who easily convinced me to provide my info to sign up for their rewards program and start earning "lunch money." The program is similar to the company's flagship store, Hot Topic. Dee was very enthusiastic and engaged with us from the moment we walked into the store, throughout the checkout process, and as we left. It was clear that she had a knowledge of the products and the IPs of the products and that she cared about customer satisfaction. So while I have not held a high opinion of other BoxLunch locations in the past, this one stands out among the rest. Hopefully it will continue to hold to a high standard as it ages (might be that all eyes at corporate are on this brand new location to give it a successful start). I'll be back to spend my coupons!

On this particular day there was a 30% sale on everything plus an extra 10% if you used the store credit card. I did not have a card, but they have a military discount that equals the same. This store has alot of merchandise for women, men and children. Lots of inventory too. I did not have a problem finding sizes. I ended up finding 4 sweaters, a floral sweatshirt and a basic hoodie. They have a clearance section but I did not go through any of it. I should have because my daughter found some good things for herself and my grandsons. I remember this store being good for basics like camisoles, tanks, short and long sleeve tees . I will be back if I ever pack incorrectly again!

I saw some good discounts but with any outlet you have to know the reg price of items so you won't be paying more. Customer service was pretty good @ each store I entered with the exception of one. Stayed in the store for about 20mins & was never acknowledged by the salespeople. Glad I didn't find anything I wanted. Overall I'll be back & next time I'll be wearing comfortable shoes.

I walked in and Martin said hello welcome to Brooks Brothers let me know if I can help you today? I showed him a text with a picture of a shirt label from my best friend and Martin found 8 shirts ! He was able to check inventory from other locations with intent to have the stores mail the dress shirts to a home address. Serviceable, convenient and superior customer service. This outlet store is clean, organized , well stocked and provides a pleasant shopping experience. Martin as a salesman is an asset. Thank you

I couldn't agree more with this line. In fact, I remember the days where if you wanted to shop Brooks Brothers ("BB"), you'd have to go to a city like San Francisco. It was always a huge deal to walk into BB while visiting San Fran...have people wait on you, a tailor's tape measure around their neck at all times. BB always meant serious clothes to my father, and I understood that quickly. Now look, I'm not saying I expect to be offered champagne or wine a la Tiffany's, but I expect way more than what was offered at this location in terms of customer service (did I tell you I went around Christmas...oh I didn't?). We walk into this large, beautiful outlet location in San Marcos on Monday (12/17) about 4:00 p.m. Not many people in the store, including customer service representatives. I think I only saw two...for a store that size heading into Christmas - are you kidding me? The store had a very "fend for yourself" to all our pre-labeled, pre-sorted sizes in the bins, atmosphere. God forbid had I been really searching for someone's time to have a suit, blazer, etc. measured and fit. When I did finally flag someone down, the questions I asked the young representative, in my opinion, were not answered in a way befitting of such a reputable, prestigious clothing company. And, as stated before, there's no way the reps would have had "the time" or the focus to really cater to a serious shopper.
