The cashier ( older lady with glasses & wavy blonde hair) was the most rudest cashier or person I've dealt with!!

I completely agree with Sasha! The Gap offers your decent clothes at unbelievable prices. I shopped here exclusively for all my maternity clothes last summer, and fall. You can't beat $20 maternity jeans, and $5 t-shirts. Just beware of the lines. They get out of control.. both at the register and at the fitting rooms. If you go on the weekend, forget going in here unless it is when they first open or you will have to expect waiting in line for at least 5 minutes. read more

This GAP is terrible. I found myself here Tuesday night when I realized that there is no American Eagle Outfitters at the Wrentham Outlets. The ONE good thing about my shopping experience was the fact it was pouring. I pulled up directly in front of the store to park, and the joint was empty... Well, Except for a dozen jean and shirt folding employees who ignored me the entire time I was in there. I get it, there's down time due to the lack of customers and you wanna get the jump on closing the store, but it's 6:45. You close at 9:00. Don't make me feel like "that girl" who comes in to browse the racks 15 minutes before closing... So I make my trek to the Outlet because I need a pair of jeans. I've been wearing the same pair (from AEO) for 2 years, but I needed a size smaller, or maybe a half size smaller... I grabbed 4 pairs and headed to the fitting room where two lovely ladies were catching up on their gossip (and folding!) None of the jeans were working, I needed to get a different size. Whaddyaknow.... There's a clever little sign next to the mirror explaining that if I needed a different item, to "simply hang the garment over the door" and one of their super-folders would help a girl ASAP. Needless to say, the girls didn't see the four pairs hung over the door (lol) so I just got dressed and said forget it. I did manage to get a deal on their signature short sleeve stretchy tees, they were 50% off and only $6 or so... OF COURSE the cashier was super nice when she asked me to apply for a GAP card, take a survey to save 15% next time, blah, blah, blah... Go fold yourselves!! read more

The Gap is one of my favorite stores and at outlet prices what can go wrong. As John L. mention everything is bunched together which makes looking through the racks a bit difficult. Also the employees are not so friendly, I asked one employee to help me get a shirt down from the top shelve and it was like I was asking her to give me a kidney. All of this being said the prices cannot be beat. I purchased a pair of jeans, two shirts and a pair of shoes for $80. FYI, just by showing your active AAA card, Gap will give you 10% off your purchase. read more

The Gap at Wrentham is the model of what Wrentham Outlet stores should be. 1. I should not be waiting in terribly long lines that never move so I can buy a shirt and some socks. That means you, Banana Republic. 2. It should be well spread-out, with stuff in all of the right places, and I should be able to get to the shirts section without accidentally bowling over that tourist family. PASS 3. I should be able to find things that are, god forbid, at outlet prices. 4. You don't need to look like the regular version of your store. Some places are particularly bad about this. Overall, it's not perfect (the prices are decent, but not ideal on everything), but considering some of the other options at the mall, it's not a bad place to spend your money. read more

There must have been a meeting with the staff of GAP and White House Black Market, and they must have said "Today, today we are a-holes." I went here for summer clothes for a beach vacation, tank tops, shorts, cardigans, stuff like that. I was waiting in line, once my turn came, I walked up to the register and this lady began ringing me in. Once she's about half way through scanning price tags from my clothes, she recognizes someone familiar in line and my existance suddnly vanished. She started yelling to the line "Oh, hey, how's your mother?" then I heard a customer shout "Oh she's fine." "Well how's your brother?" ......As I'm standing there thinking 'are you f***ing kidding me?' I'm standing right here buying 2-3 hundred dollars worth of clothing and you're going to ignore me? She literally had nothing to do with me for the rest of the transaction. I swiped my credit card, she carelessly gave me my recipet and as I was walking away, she said "Oh, I need to see your credit card." After it was already safely tucked back into my wristlet with my reciept. I was so disappointed, partly in the customer service but mostly that she DIDN'T see the nasty looks I was giving her. I feel like every time I go to GAP I am disappointed, maybe I should just take the hint and walk away. read more

Eh, I love Gap, but I was not super impressed with this Gap outlet. Most of the prices were pretty much the same as you'd find at a regular Gap store's sale. I bought two shirts, regularly priced at 19.99 for 20%. Eh, not so exciting. I also bought a pair of PJs regularly priced at 24.99 at 30%. Nothing exceptional. I was hoping for something more like 50% off. Good selection though. read more

If you don't like the Gap, you must not be a red blooded American. I'm just joking, of course. The Gap has medium quality all purpose clothing, and this outlet offers them to you at crazy low prices. I bought sweatshirts for like 9 bucks. They have a sizeable maternity section too (I've no need for it, but some friends of mine did), also very cheap. The Baby Gap is next door, and that's just ridiculously cheap, which is great for short term baby clothes. My Spanish niece and nephew are Gap clad all the way - it's all the rage in Spain, and we're their source of cool. Again, watch out for the lines, a lot of people have the same idea as I. read more

The Gap is good for basic items like jeans and solid tee's; the selection here is amazing. Granted it was a little crowded but that is to be expected. The store is as organized as it possibly can be with so many shoppers perusing and moving items around. They have a wide selection of workout attire and a ton of basic solid tanks, t's and long sleeved t's. Other stores at the Wrentham Outlets don't really offer that much of discount, here at the Gap that is definitely not the case. You can't beat $5 tee's, $6 tanks, $20 jeans, etc... I would imagine the fitting room could get pretty backed up but I didn't have that problem. The small wait was nothing compared to the wait at Banana Republic. This outlet is far superior to the one at Clinton Crossing. Definitely worth a visit. read more

I LOVE this Gap. I can't say it enough. Mainly I love this Gap because they carry a wide range of sizes. Because I've gained a little more than I would have liked recently, finding jeans is not an easy task. My last trip here had me pratically in tears. The big reasons I like this Gap Outlet are because of the prices, the selection, the size of the store & the staff. There is almost always some type of sale or savings going on. The Gap is also in the VIP booklet where you can save an additional 20% off your purchase of $75+. There's a decent selection of men's and women's attire & accessories and perfect space in the Outlets for it all...any bigger & it might get a little overwhelming. I buy all of my ribbed tank-tops here, always a great deal. Lastly, I visit this Gap quite often, as I work close-by & need khakis for my business attire...more times than none, I have been helped by kind, engaging individuals who in turn, I've given praise to the head manager for. Good customer service goes a long way & can make even the most mediocre establishment, a great experience despite the drawbacks. Way to go Gap Outlet! read more

i love the gap, but i'll be damned if i'm going to fight this crowds in this hole of an outlet. there is NO order to anything....literally just tables of stuff just piled everywhere. the lines to purchase anything are insane. and the gap is one of those companies that actually makes clothes specifically for the outlets, so the most of the stuff isn't even first quality irregular. i'd much rather wait for a sale at the Gap in the mall than deal with this place. read more
