Stopped by The Gap in Louisville and had a solid experience. The store was clean, organized, and had a good range of styles and sizes. Staff was friendly without being pushy, and the dressing rooms were well-kept. Prices were a little high unless you catch a sale, but the quality is usually reliable. Not a huge store, but it had enough variety for a quick wardrobe refresh. I'd come back, especially during a good promo. read more

We were out shopping for summer vacation and found several items of purchase. High quality tees and shorts with many size and cool colors. I normally buy my high quality tees online but now I'll be back to the Gap from now on. Clothes for the whole family. Value customer discounts are available at purchase. Helpful service finding items and locating options of choice. I hadn't been to a Gap store in many years and now I can say they have upped their game on quality and selection. Plentiful lot parking. Easy access to and from. Highly recommended read more

Middle aged, established, non-threatening, reliable, and more a relic of yesterday's economy than a harbinger of tomorrow. In these respects, Gap is a little like me. I visited recently - for the first time in several years - because my partner needed jeans, and getting that perfect fit requires an entire afternoon and half a bottle of Advil. Me? I mostly wandered the aisles aimlessly. I didn't need to try on 20 pairs because I already know exactly my ideal Gap khaki size and cut. I cycle through a couple more of these each year. Yes, I am a curmudgeon who religiously goes online to order two new pairs of Gap khakis every year to replace two worn pairs of Gap khakis. You want trendy and bold? Find a young person. read more

Sometimes when I get angry, I become enraged and rip my pants due to growing muscles so rapidly. What I like about Gap Denim, is they have never ripped... That's the first thing that my children noticed when we walked into the market. The arcade is set up off to the side, through a door, on the first floor. There are a couple dozen pinball machines and old-school video games that you can play for quarters. When we visited, there was no one in the arcade, so we had the whole thing to ourselves. The arcade was an unexpected bonus, but we visited for the food. I love food halls and markets like this because everyone can find something they like. When we visited, one of us got a loaded baked potato from Spudzy Potato Bar, one of us got the falafel and hummus plate from Jerusalem Kitchen, and one of us got a cheeseburger from Ziba's Bistro. But we could have also chosen arepas, Korean street food or crepes, or things like boba and coffee and vegan baked goods. There are a lot of different options here. Upstairs, there are a lot of little booths with crafts and handmade goods and things. When we visited, none of that was open, but we were able to go up there and look around. There's also a small area for young kids to play, and a couple of video games. The second floor is also a nice place to peer down and look at the market from high up above. Parking is wherever you can find it. There's a gravel parking lot a block away, and there's also street parking, if you're lucky to get a spot.
