I buy stuff all the time from Gap's website, cause I think they usually offer a good value, but there was barely anything I liked here. Probably the most disfunctioning store of GAP in the US. They won't add cashiers when the line is long. The store manager don't know to provide them answers when they get stuck. The guys at the cash registers don't know how to operate the POS. It took me 5 min to find the item I was looking for and 20 min in line to pay for it. read more

This is a full Gap, Men's, Women's, Children, Body.. everything. As always the Gap delivers all the way. The clothing is wonderful, you can find some amazing deals and as always they have great basics. Yes I found 'the one' - the jacket I as looking for plus a great scarf on sale. This store was clean, the employees all very helpful, it was 11:30AM on a weekday so it wasn't packed so I am sure this was helpful when it comes to service. read more

Love love this gap! Reminds me of the old school Gaps however the manager is such a fake. I buy a lot for my family in Colombia and myself. When I buy he's so nice however when I return he's a monster. Doesn't even look at me and slams the returned items on the counter. I wonder if he has stock in the company because I can't imagine someone getting so mad about a return when he just works there? Worst customer service in this store. Seriously, I am not a tourist and anytime I have a return or, a problem this the employees seem to think they own the corporation. I went in to return something that I bought and was damaged. I used my gap credit card, the employee told me I need my actual card to return it.Funny, I buy in your store every week without one and you look up my account. This Gap location was in a great location on Lincoln Rd Mall. This location offered a big multi-story store. Items throughout the store were well organized and folded throughout the shopping areas. The staff was friendly and asked if they could help in finding something and were well trained. We will visit this location again. read more

Hey! You're in a hot area and you walk past this store and there they are! Shorts on sale for 40% off! And they had more selection of shorts than any other Gap I've been in so....I bought a couple. It's a nice store but like most of them you pretty much have to fend for yourself but I did get on sales person to help me identify the shorts I had on so I could buy more of them in different colors. It's a great store and a bargain considering it's on Lincoln Road. Heck! While we were walking back to our hotel someone stopped us and asked where the Gap was because they wanted to go! read more

I really enjoy the gap body/gap fit collection which only have a small corner within that big store, very difficult to navigate with my stroller!!! So did not buy anything. No indication of the elevator. The sales person kept telling me about the wonderful baby gap collection on the 2nd floor without ever telling me how I could access the 2nd floor with my stroller??? Also I saw no indication of the fitting rooms. So they have interesting clothes but no way to entice purchasing them :(( read more

This Gap is one of the nicest Gap's that I've ever been to! They have a wonderful employee named Alissa who works on Lincoln Rd. This is going to sound crazy but I recently suffered a concussion. I had terrible insomnia and I also suffered from a brain trauma. Due to my health issues at that time, I just bought and bought crazy amounts of clothes, sometimes triples of the same item. I was terribly embarrassed and I had to enter the store twice with my huge amount of returns. Both times Alissa helped me at the register, she was an absolute angel helping me and was so sweet, never making me feel ashamed, I am so grateful to her for her kindness. I also remember Alissa from a visit about a year ago, I remember even at that time, she was incredibly wonderful at her job! Also, Ernesto was very kind and helpful as well! So, I thank Gap for hiring great employees and I'm very happy that you have Alissa as an employee, she's a real gem!!! read more

Came here with my mom and sister to do some 4th of July shopping. This would be a five star review based on Kathy and Kelli upstairs in baby gap who were amazing and both have great personalities. Kathy especially needs to be fast tracked to a managerial position--simply amazing!! Unfortunately, left up to Ernest King in men's, this will be a negative 5 star review--This guy needs to be fired immediately, he is obnoxious, aggressive and abusive to customers. We went to check out, he was unprofessional to begin with, talking to his friend and asking if she was going to cook him dinner later. When we asked about the gap Tuesday discount, this genius did not even know what day of the week it was. My mom told him he should brush up on the stores info so customers would be more informed. That's when the aggression began--he started to shout at us saying he knows what the store has to offer and started to hurry us to pay for our items. He was so argumentative that we felt like we were in a fight. We immediately asked for the manager and told him we would use another cashier--he yelled at us to call the manager because she would not do anything to him. We were all dumbfounded! We spoke to the manager who desperately tried to apologize for his behavior. I got home and was still so disgusted that I decided to file a formal complaint with the corporate center. Ernest King, you are NOT fit for customer service and you need to pack shelves or work in a back room totally away from customers. He is not fit to be around people or animals. If his behavior continues, he will definitely cost GAP a lot of money because customers will not return. I know I won't. After spending almost $300 in the store that's the final taste we're left with--very disappointing--I really hope someone addresses this horrible situation. read more

This place SUCKS! This guy Ernest as they say. Worst attitude, very sarcastic & rude. I place an item on hold, called for two days straight never got a pick up. Finally on the 3rd day I get to finally speak with someone and guess who. ERNEST! He sucked. I paid for an item that never got delivered to my house. It's going on 3 weeks and I still can't find it.
