This level of customer service is unacceptable on many levels. Additionally, several employees were engaged in personal conversations with one another both on the sales floor and behind the cash register, creating an unprofessional atmosphere and giving the impression that customers were not a priority. As a paying customer, I expect at minimum to be acknowledged and made to feel welcome. Unfortunately, that was not my experience during this visit.
