My original sakes person who tended to me was up front & honest that they weren't taking any discount coupons. Well, my wife found a brown & white plaid work shirt that was just what I wanted. Our kids gave me gift card & we ended up paying the balance left. I'm sure the cashier could've gave me even a 10% discount; but she acted like that never happens! The acquisition of the shirt was great; the sales staff were nice. The cashier was either uninformed or not properly trained bc she was totally inept. Good Luck with her on your sales staff... I have been buying all my clothes at this store since 2020. This is the first time that a sweater I bought 15 days ago turned out to have a small hole in it--something I only noticed while I was already wearing it at a party. I came back to return it or exchange it for another one in good condition, but the person who assisted me handled the situation very poorly; she gave me absolutely no opportunity to make the exchange, so I was left stuck with this item--which has a small hole--despite having paid $130 for it. RACIAL DISCRIMINATION！！My experience at this Polo Ralph Lauren Allen store was extremely disappointing and upsetting. There was a tall Black male employee wearing glasses with no hair who displayed clear Discriminatory behavior. He greeted and interacted warmly with other customers in the store, yet completely ignored Asian customers, as if Asian customers did not exist. The contrast in his behavior was obvious and deeply uncomfortable. As a customer, I find this kind of blatant discrimination unacceptable. I left the store without making any purchase because of this treatment, and I will not be returning in the future. Walked into this location looking for a gift for my Ralph Lauren-obsessed sister, and not one single employee spoke to me... not one! As a plus-size shopper, I couldn't help but wonder if that played a part in the way I was ignored--it certainly felt that way. When I brought my purchase to the front, the young lady at checkout was just as rude. I purchased a tumbler, which was sticking out of the top of the bag. I politely asked if she could use a bigger bag since it was a gift and I didn't want to add tissue paper. Her response? "No, we're almost out of bags and can only give bags that fit the item." I pointed out that it wasn't fitting since it was sticking out. She sighed, and grabbed another bag. For a brand with Ralph Lauren's reputation, I expected at least basic courtesy. I just went on a whim without realizing it was Fourth of July weekend and found some great sales. The store was well stocked with all sizes/colors. I rarely go to outlets because everything is usually a mess and not really that cheap but this store was organized and there were employees everywhere that were folding/organizing clothes or helping customers. I went with my parents and we all split up for our respective sections and we all experienced really great customer service. Also the checkout line was organized and efficient. This experience made me want to come back someday soon and I wanted to share my experience because everyone we encountered was great. read more

There needs to be a ZERO star option for this place! The management at this store is definitely racist against Asians. My parents went there to purchase some new tops for my cousin but realized they had gotten the wrong size. The next day when they went to exchange for size, they picked up a few more tops to purchase. However, the store told them that if they wanted to exchange, they had to pay more $$$ since they used a coupon the day before. Additionally, they weren't allowed to purchase any more new tops, only pants. I have never encountered this type of treatment before. It's not like they bought 80 shirts! Plus, if they're going to limit the amount of items people can buy, then they should put a sign up stating the reason and the number. Since there's no shortage of tops, I don't know why they would limit how many shirts people buy. It seems completely arbitrary who they put the limitation on. Having read other reviews, it seems they do this to other Asians as well. Horrible! read more

The manager named Anthony, he is a Racism. When we ready for check out. He went out for minutes after he saw us. He return back asked me if I am a reseller, I said not. Why do you ask me that. He said because his co- worker told him I was there yesterday. But I am not. I was at my office yesterday. How come I went there. I ask him can check video record. And we provide the account. We ask him to check our history to prove we are not reseller. He did checked, he knows we are not resellers. But He did not say sorry. After we check out, we ask for one more bag, he refused. I ask him did you asked everyone are you reseller? Or you only ask for Asian people? He said he is the boss there, do not want to talk to us. He has very bad attitudes to us. This store is so organized and the staff was very friendly. We were just at the Polo in San Marcos last week and it was a mess over there. This location is sooo much better and had the same prices and range of different clothing. Will definitely be coming back when I want something from this company! read more

If you're of average size or larger, more specifically, wear anything larger than XS or S, you won't have much luck finding anything that fits in the women's section. I did find ONE medium, long-sleeve, button-down shirt that I purchased. It is fitted, but I'm happy with it. There is a nice election of shirts and pants, just not sizes. I tried on a sweater dress, but it had a penny-sized hole in the sleeve near the shoulder. Always check the clothes! The store has women's, men's, children's attire along with perfume/cologne, jewelry, sunglasses, ties, and a few bags. Prices are reasonably discounted for the brand. The lay out of the store is good. Organized and good spacing. I did have to stand in a long line at the register for 15 minutes. It was a Saturday, and there were 4 associates checking out customers. read more

This place is great if you ever get to go out there to Allen. The store is very nice. Staff is very courteous. In addition, it seems like every weekend that there is a sale of some sort. You would think they would be like small discounts, but its actually great discounts off the clothes. That's if you avoid all the new stuff up front and go to the back where all the discounted merchandise is located. I dont often purchase clothing here because when I do, it last forever. Still rocking them shorts I purchased 6 years ago. That just tells me that even though its a factory outlet, there is still quality in their clothing. read more

This has got to be one of the most poorly managed retail stores I've ever shopped in. EVERY time I shop here there is always a line at checkout with insufficient cashiers. I was there twice today- once to purchase and once to exchange. Both times there were lines with the employees more interested in going to lunch than taking care of the customers in line first. Tonight, there was ONE cashier with THREE employees, one a "manager," huddled behind the counter, totally ignoring the customers in line. They appeared to be talking about the staffing for the evening. Then they dispersed. Horrible, horrible customer service. You need a management staff that reacts to long lines of customers. There is an attitude of "that's not my job" in this store. I will not be back anytime soon. read more

After going on a Saturday which was super packed. We decided to go back on a Monday. Glad we did, had much more selection and it had a less crowded atmosphere. Outstanding staff, at every corner we were asked if we needed help. The kind man at the dressing room was so nice. As I was waiting for my boyfriend to get out of the fitting room, one of the staff members let me know that I could have a seat inside to wait for him. Which was so nice, since I was tired. Associate name Allen let me know about coupons via text. Nice sale going on, on many items plus the additional 15% off coupon that Allen helped me get. I was able to save $50 on my purchase. Local management has no clue how to run this store. I was there on July 4th. The line to check out was 14 people deep and there were 3 cashiers. There were 2 people just folding clothes (returns). Common sense says have them help check people out until the line is under control and then return to folding clothes. The clothes will wait, we didn't. read more

This Ralph Lauren is always busy, busy, busy! If you have the patience to get customer service attention, you will be rewarded with in-depth recommendations from the sales staff. As far as the clothing, the selection is always up to date, represents quality, and is priced fairly well. The latter part of which meets my expectations with the Ralph Lauren brand. It always seems as if you'll get something in the store on sale, so I would always stop at this location to get a deal even if there are tons of other outlet stores nearby. read more

Always worth a look. Today I found a great jacket and some basics, all at great prices. I particularly want to call out the red haired sales guy who helped me figure out sale prices on things, which was probably annoying and tedious to him but the amazing kind of customer service that he patiently showed me really represents the company well and he deserves a shout out here. Parking is usually pretty good even during the crazy busy holiday season. Also a great place to pick up gifts. Has the management of this outlet store changed recently? The place is a mess with clothes all over the place, the employees all seem to be new without any training (or any sense of courtesy) in customer service. The checkout lines are uncommonly long because of what appeared to be a lack of cashiers. No one seems to care either - I asked to speak to the manager ( a woman, I didn't get her name, maybe Michele?)) who was rude and dismissive of our comments about the checkout issue. Great prices and you can get some really great deals, however this is probably one of the worst ones in the state as far as service. If you go during the week, but beware, you will still wait anywhere from 10 to 20 minutes to check out, they may have 5 to 8 people working in the store but they're only going to put one or two on the cash register's, they just don't care how long the lines are, I can only imagine how long they are on the weekends, Great deals, just be prepared for it to take longer to check out than the time you were in the store shopping. read more

I do love Polo's preppy style and you can find some good deals at this store but what I don't like is the multi tier pricing which never seems transparent. If you are on the text list you may get a certain coupon, if you accept their emails, you can get other coupons and from what I learned yesterday, they also send snail mail coupons. I hate getting bombarded by spam just to wait for a coupon so I don't get the emails. They sometimes have specials in the store but they are not as good as the coupons. I know it's the nature of marketing, it is just frustrating to not get the best price so I end up walking away from purchases because I know there is a better price someone else is paying for the same item and that just doesn't sit well with me. A bit of a rant I guess but hey, it's my darn opinion on pricing. Either way, stop by the store - they often rotate stock so there is usually something new to look at and buy. read more
