Also, an oil leak had been previously diagnosed as a valve cover leak, so I requested that both valve cover gaskets be replaced. Seeing that they had an alignment rack, I also requested a front end alignment. I was told I had to authorize $240. To get started. Assuming this fee would be applied to any work done, I OKed it and they got started. Later that day I got an estimate that was very close to $6,600.! And get this, the estimate did not even include the valve cover gasket replacement AND including an automatic transmission service for $485. The only problem is MY VEHICLE IS A MANUAL TRANSMISSION!! They were obviously just checking every service that was programmed in their computer. I declined all repairs as I have an aversion to being bent over. I was still charged the $240. To cover them writing this bloated estimate. I would strongly suggest that you go elsewhere. unless you like getting bent over, thats cool. I don't judge.
