Absolutely Terrible Experience - Avoid This Shop…read more I took my 2023 Denali in for a simple repair after it was bumped in a parking lot on the bedside. I was told the repair would take about a week. Two weeks later, I went to pick it up and was shocked at the poor quality of work. The paint was awful -- the rocker panel wasn't even painted, there were runs in the clear coat, and the gravel guard looked completely different from the factory side. They agreed to fix it, but after another week, I picked up my truck and it somehow looked even worse. I was then told, "That's the best we can do, and if you want it to look good, you'll need to take it to another shop." This is the worst customer service and workmanship I've ever experienced. These guys buffed the scratches out and you can't tell there were ever scratches on it. And the charge to do so was extremely reasonable! I dealt with this business back in the day when Harold actually owned and operated it, and now Mark owns it and it is even BETTER! They are the busiest body shop in the valley for a reason, so be patient and you will get the best repair available anywhere because they're the ABSOLUTE BEST!

Perfect Fit or Perfect Shit?…read more I've hesitated to make this post, but after today I feel people deserve to know my experience. In November, I had my valve cover gaskets replaced. Less than a year later, I went to change my spark plugs and found a large amount of oil in every spark plug well except two. Now I'm having to replace the valve cover gaskets all over again myself. That's not even the worst part. I also had my entire suspension replaced there in November. Within about a week of driving, one of the struts came up through the wheel well, leaving a huge hole that had to be repaired. On top of that, I later discovered my right front brake caliper wasn't even bolted on. These aren't minor mistakes, they're serious safety issues. If you want a shop that stands behind its work and you want your vehicle repaired safely and correctly, I cannot recommend taking your vehicle here based on my experience. I gave them my trust, and now I'm paying to fix their work myself.
