When I picked up the car I mentioned a couple scratches on another bumper that I suppose happened in a parking lot. He said wait a moment and he would see if they could rub it out.... Scheduling a repair is easy, you can call or do it online and if you need to make adjustments they're accommodating. They work directly with insurance so you only have to pay your deductible and then they'll bill the rest to your provider. It was a little difficult to find a drop off time that they had available that worked for me but I didn't mind waiting and then having a convenient option. I showed up with my car and they quickly assessed the damage. I had some damage that wasn't included in my insurance claim and they offered to try to fix it too and make sure it was affordable. Once we determined the damage I signed paperwork and they helped me get a rental car. The process was seamless and pretty quick. The agent I worked with was very friendly. They text you updates about your vehicle and keep you in the loop as repairs occur. They seem very thorough and repairs are guaranteed for life which is awesome.
