We were told after making a call to a shop that its probably the alternator considering the battery change didnt fix the issue. They also told us that they werent available to take it until the next week which wasnt an option for us because we had to get back for work. I went on Yelp and Best Buds Mobile service popped up with 5 star reviews so I called. The gentleman that answered was genuine as explained that we thought it was the alternator. He gave me a quote that was within what I was willing to pay. I asked him if he had a number to a tow place so I can get it towed to them. He said "its ok we come to you". I was surprised but then "duh" it says "mobile" in their name. He also told me it would probably be about and hour and a half for them to repair. WHAT! It really did seem too good to be true. The shop we had previously called quoted us double what these guys quoted. They literally showed up within 30 min they arrived at that Maverick parking lot and probably less than the time frame he told me it would take them to fix it we were on our way back to Provo and now we are home and our car is running perfectly! These guys are a gem! I Googled the cost to replace the alternator and they were within the range. So Im going to say they are honest. I wish they were in in Vegas. But now we know if there are any car repair needs for us when in Utah or our family we will be reffering Best Buds Mobile Services. We stopped in last week to get an estimate for repairing our vehicle after we rear-ended another…read morecar, causing a few thousand dollars damage to the other car and resulting in bumper scratches and apparent asymmetry around the headlight on ours. Manager Danny evaluated our car and noted the scratches were minor, but would be expensive to repair and, just using his fist on the plastic part of the bumper, completely fixed the asymmetry around the headlight - after that, even a with a close look at the front end, the damage was virtually invisible. He also carefully inspected under the hood and front end with a flashlight and said he could not see any evidence of structural damage - bottom line: due to the damage to the other car, we were expecting and ready for a big bill to fix ours - Danny not only fixed the most visible result of the accident for no charge, he talked us out of doing more repairs and saved us a bundle. That is integrity! If we ever have another need (hopefully not), this will be our "go to" shop and we'll ask for Danny!

Contacted them as soon as I got home and told them I needed to get back in to get the muffler I wanted and have repair work done. A week later I finally was able to get the muffler ordered and scheduled three days after that. Arrived and had my muffler replaced and reminded the person at the front desk to check the rattle for the rework and warranty work and 30 minutes later the technician handed me my keys and said he didn't know anything about the rattle and to try just driving it and see if it was any better. It's not. I'm not driving down a third time for one muffler. I have now contacted another mechanic to do the rework that Kent's muffler was supposed to do and forgot. Poor communication, sloppy work and as of Friday, May 22 their telephone number says they have a voicemail that's not set up and they can't even be reached.

After getting my oil changed and alignment at another competing shop, I was told my cabin air filter, right CV axle, and battery, with 76% CCA remaining, needed to be replaced. I called four shops to get quotes for replacing the right CV axle. All of them came in within about 10-20% of each other, except Immaculate. I spoke with Bill at Immaculate, and he quickly provided an exact quote for the right CV axle, which came in at 60% lower than the quoted price from the other shops. He also advised me not to replace the battery, but to get it checked closer to winter. After shopping around, I called Bill back to get a quote using OEM parts, and he happily provided it. This all occurred on Friday, July 3rd, between 2:30 and 4:00 p.m. He also told me he could get my car scheduled for Tuesday. I thought it over the weekend and called Bill on Monday to schedule it for Wednesday. When I brought the car in, I asked them to check and quote several other items in addition to replacing the right CV axle, including two windshield wipers, two tires with mounting, balancing, and rotation, the engine air filter, cabin air filter, and a transmission drain and fill. I made several calls to Bill regarding different tire brands, tire warranties, and other options, and he happily helped every time. He always provided accurate quotes, and if he didn't have an answer, he would find out and call me back. Everything was completed the same day, and Bill brought the total price down to less than the cost of just replacing the CV axle at three other shops. I also had the chance to interact with KC, who happily answered my calls and questions when Bill wasn't available and even performed the tire rotation himself. As someone who grew up in the car business, I've never had a better experience with a service center than this. The combination of honesty, communication, service, pricing, and workmanship is outstanding. I would recommend Immaculate to anybody, including friends and family, without hesitation. I'm also posting this review six weeks later to say that not a single thing has been wrong with my vehicle. It drives like a dream. I wish I could give this negative stars…read more DO NOT USE RAYS GARAGE!!! They have worked on multiple vehicles over the last few years. I have receipts for about 15 different things they did. They did shotty work and often had to redo it multiple times. Something always went wrong or broke. I finally got fed up after thousands of dollars and multiple vehicles being out of commission for long periods of time. I got a new reliable mechanic and when he inspected the car, he found even more things that they had done incorrectly. They put parts of the engine back together incorrectly, and used old seals or do not replace the seals when they worked on 1/2 of the engine. It was so dangerous. At one point, my vehicle started spraying gasoline from under the hood and almost blew up with my family in it. I've had to pay about $4000 to fix things that Ray's Garage messed up. I have receipts and pictures. Save yourself time money and hassle. This is a terrible establishment. But them suddenly one morning (just a few hours before kids' long awaited doctor's s appointment of course!) my Honda van won't start...it seemed like my battery was down. I called couple of mechanic shops but none of them could squeeze me in for same day check up. But when I called the State Automotive and explained them my situation, Dustin told me that they will do an inspection on my battery ASA I reach them and will change it if needed. Long story short...after going there I found out that the previous mechanic who changed the battery and gave me a "Napa" battery (found the info in the receipt), & then charged me for it and the service in 2017 actually DID NOT replace my original Honda battery from 2013 :/ When I asked, Dustin was super nice and took pictures of the old battery and wrote a description for me so I can show that to the old mechanic and texted me those later that day. I really appreciate the help and (quick) service they provided me that day, and thanks to them I was able to make to the doctor's appointment on time :) Thank you so much for all great service! Any place with a free treat means my kids aren't mad about coming with me and waiting! PS- their parking lot is pretty "intimidating" (employee's words) but they were cool with me abandoning my car where there was space and at the end they helped me get my car into position for an easy exit so don't be afraid to ask!
