Called late Friday and was able to get an appointment for Monday. They gave us a range of time that Chris would be here and called us to let us know when he was done with the job before ours and then was right over. My garage door opener curved arm opener bracket ripped out of the thin metal door material. I called 911 late Friday and the owner himself showed up Monday, which I consider a fast response, and had it fixed in under an hour. He pointed out the poor diy install and not only corrected the problem he did other much needed maintenance and all at an unbelievable low price. The door now opens and closes smoothly and it's been adjusted so rain no longer comes in under the bottom. On top of that he was very personable and a joy to talk to. Impressive company with which to do business. The opener on my 14' RV door failed, called the office to set up appointment for replacement. Within a couple days Chris and Tyler came out to install a new opener. They were both knowledgeable, technically proficient, and courteous. After installing the new opener, on their own initiative, serviced and adjusted my other garage door and opener. Couldn't be more please with the whole process. This is as good as it gets, our installer was prompt, professional and friendly. Their office was friendly and accommodating, even after as I rescheduled on fairly short notice. Our garage door was installed to perfection. Our installer did an unscheduled repair on our opener that I inquired about while he was here, and at very reasonable price. My garage door spring broke and Garage Door 911 sent out Tyler to do the repairs. He was on time and went right to work. He explained what had happened and what the what repairs will be needed. Work and talk at the same time. Explained what was usable or not and why. When the repairs were finished he went around and adjusted the lubed the tracks and adjusted the door opener chain. I had this company out and what a fantastic company.... Started with the office gal and ended with the young man who came out and worked on both of my doors even though I only called about the main door. My doors has NEVER worked this good since they were put in three years ago by another company. I can not say enough good things about this company! We have a garage door opening system that is no longer makes motors /parts and these folks keep it alive. They are responsive, do the work quickly and charge a reasonable rate for their services. Tyler was wonderful to work with and very helpful. My garage door stopped opening last night. I called other companies who were not available for several days. I called Garage Door 911 and they were available within two hours. Chris came out and promptly told me it was a fix not a replacement (no upselling whatsoever). He did the repairs in a short time and the cost was far less than a replacement door.
