Paul and his son showed up quickly and got right to work on the repairs. However, once done, the glass in one of the panes cracked within the first week after the service. Paul came out and looked at it and stated "someone else must have broken it." He did not fix it, but said he could give me an estimate to have it replaced. He DOES NOT guarantee his work and talked down to me, telling me to "have your husband call me." I handle all my own business and don't need my husband to talk for me. This guy is a crook and has horrible business ethic. I will never go to him again and tell anyone and everyone to go with someone else for their work if they want the work guaranteed as well as ethical service. This guy is a joke! read more

Tells unneeded repairs needed and charges x10 Times the price. The torsion spring on my garage door broke and needed replacement. I was charged $200 if I pay in cash. Work was done quickly and looks like a decent job. Time will tell. He did hammer pretty hard on stuff. Once done I was told garage Door wheels are running out of their life and should be replaced. He charged me $100 for 10 wheels. Amazon sells 10 for $11.29 He ripped me off on wheels replacement by telling they needed to be replaced and charged me x10 times the price. read more
