Then he rewired, rerouted it and even pointed out a beeping fire alarm that may need a battery replacement. He gave me an invoice for a pretty decent amount and said "keep it for a week, if the door doesn't open on its own, pay it. If it does, call me and we'll talk about replacing the motor." Wow. We even talked for another 20 minutes about unrelated stuff and he is just a NICE GUY. Runs his own business. His phone rang several times while we talked about non business stuff and he didn't even answer. Unheard of. I was so impressed with him, I hope we have more garage door problems just so he can come back again ;). Really appreciated the prompt, swift service, reasonable price and just all around amazing attitude and ability to point out things and just make some quick adjustments. The following week they installed the doors as the color and style we wanted was in stock at the manufacturer's warehouse. The installation took about 1/2 day and was completed professionally. We had an issue as the manufacturer did not include some window inserts we had ordered, but the following week it was installed by AV. I would definitely recommend Adam and his team.
