Jesse showed up on time (even a few minutes early) and what can I say? He just did a good job. He did everything I expected: installed the new garage door opener, added an extra support thing, tuned the springs, lubed up the rollers, removed the old opener and cleaned up, all in around 90 minutes. He was even willing to accommodate some extra requests that I had. I wish all contractors were this easy to work with. Most charge absurd prices for barely passable work. Rockstar did an exceptional job with no surprises for a great price. I wish I had more garage doors openers to replace. Can't recommend enough.

The light flickered nonstop and the unit refused to even attempt functioning. I ordered a brand new jack shaft/side opener off Amazon and was going to try installing myself. But then I discovered our garage door was super unbalanced (the spring had lost a lot of tension I guess). This would likely make the new opener unable to function, and garage door springs are not safe for a DIYer to mess with, so I was stuck and decided to call in the professionals. I reached out to a few businesses on Yelp, and... Pros: They responded quickly to my Yelp request with an actual estimate (only company who did) They stuck to their estimated schedule, arriving right in the middle of it Devin is an awesome guy and a super skilled installer who knows what he's doing and more importantly: cares about doing it well! He was really friendly, worked quickly (took about 90 mins altogether for everything), took care of all the little details, cleaned up the area when he was done, and walked me through all the operations of our new door opener at the end. We chatted a bit as he worked and had a pretty good time while still getting everything done blazingly fast. Easy Open accepted Zelle for payment which is super convenient for those of us who never have cash and don't know where their checkbook is!
