I had heard about Rich from some friends, I had just had hip replacement and I had a garage full of car parts that has been collecting for years and needed someone to come in and organize my stuff and help me throw out stuff (never gonna need or use). once we agreed on a time he was promptly there on that day and stayed all day til he finished.He moved all my tools and chests to better locations and put some shelves up that were able to hold the weight. he put hooks up for hoses helped me move my compressor and work bench, he really came through for me. Please make sure you confirm the specs. Rich and his guys installed an overhead garage rack with spacers that were so far apart that most bins would fall through. Their suggested solution was to place plywood on the rack. We declined and to their credit, they tried to make it right. They came back and re-installed the correct one. read more

Rich did a wonderful job organizing our garage. I liked the fact he doesn't represent some service selling pricey organizational systems. He's just a guy with an affinity for organizing, and he also has carpentry skills for building wooden organizational shelves. (This was not necessary for us, as our garage already had wooden shelves built in.) Rich came in, looked at our garage, took photos, discussed what I wanted to accomplish and how to accomplish it, and then quoted a fair price which he stuck to. We agreed on a date, but be forewarned- Rich has other work commitments, and it took awhile for our schedules to match. Once we agreed, the date was solid and honored. Rich arrived late morning as planned, and he worked very hard single handedly all day. He removed wooden shelves that weren't being used in order to make room for larger containers, which to my delight he labeled with easy to remove tape. We loved that Rich labeled everything! He was industrious, polite and efficient, and he hauled off what we weren't keeping at no extra charge. When the work was complete, Rich gave us a tour of our newly organized garage. When we asked questions and made suggestions for minor things we felt would help us further, he quickly agreed and got to work without further charge. Almost four years after our original shed clean-out I once again found myself in dire need of assistance. Rich promptly came by my house to assess, make recommendations and give me a quote on time and cost. Rich decluttered everything inside our new shed, helped me get rid of a bunch of junk and redundancy, and completed a full shed overhaul and clean-out all in the same day. He even had to confront and exterminate a horrid roach infestation that had taken up residency between the shed and our house! Rich added some much needed shelving, hung and rearranged hooks for all of our tools, and added some extra storage bins for our winter garden stuff. He cleaned and organized so that like items, such as camping gear, are together and things I need regularly are easy to access. Rich is hard-working, flexible, and VERY reasonably priced. Helped get my garage organized, as well as doing a few other handyman things around the house. I would recommend being very specific about what you want, but I would definitely call on Rich again for not only my garage but lots of stuff around the house. Well, honestly i explored a lot of options for getting the shelving done in my garage, which includes getting quotes from some big names in Austin . Not only were they exorbitantly pricey but also had a timeframe which didn't match my schedule. Then I came across Rich . After going through his reviews on Yelp, I was a bit doubtful as all were 5 stars :). So, I thought of taking a chance and set an appointment with him. Rich was amazing! We had 25+ years of junk (and some useful stuff) piled haphazardly in our old, small garage. Rich came out and assessed the project and gave a quote that we thought was very fair, so we hired him and agreed on a start date. The start date happened to fall on one of Austin's cold snaps, but Rich showed up right on time (all bundled up) and started working. Over the next 3 days he cleared out the garage, ripped out some old useless shelves and cabinets, then installed new, efficient storage options. He sorted all our stuff, and was very good about knowing, without having to ask, what was worth keeping and what should go. He was also very accommodating of my husband's tendency to want to hold onto some of the junk - no judgment. Finally, when he was wrapping up his work he told us that he had finished the project faster than he estimated so our final bill was LESS than his estimate! We are thrilled that we can now access and use our bikes and kayaks without climbing over piles of stuff.
