There were different people working the desk, and not the two I am most familiar with (The guy that looks like "Wolverine," and the nice woman). Not sure if they moved on or not, but I liked them. I recently brought my truck in for an inspection, and I needed some work done to get it passed. It took a few days to get everything fixed. Thankfully they gave me a loaner car, which really helped. After passing inspection, I noticed a few days later when it started to rain, that my windshield wiper blade was torn. It was in good working order prior to entering the shop. Usually I receive a text after a service asking me if things were to my satisfaction, and I was going to tell them about my wiper blade then, but no text ever came. More than likely, I will still come here for tires/alignment/etc., but not sure if I wanna come back for inspection/service. P.S. In my original review, I mentioned Campiti's Pizza was within walking distance, and sadly, they have gone out of business. There is a Mexican Restaurant nearby that you can walk to, and a Sheetz for something to eat/do while waiting for your vehicle to be serviced. Half a Cheer!!!

They recommended that I'm overdue on maintenance and that I pay them to change my brake fluid, coolant, differential and transmission fluid and for an extra $800 to which I declined. We did an alignment but when I left it was definitely not aligned, video attached. They did fix it when I returned 10 minutes later. Combined wait ~2.5 hours. This place isn't bad, but it wasn't a 5 star experience.

Brought my car in three times now. First time was a walk- in and they couldn't get me in till the…read morenext day. No problem. I brought my car in next morning, and they took all day and told me nothing was wrong. The second time (literally the next day) I made and appointment and brought my car in the morning. They waited all day to start work in the late afternoon. They replaced my alternator. After I got my car back, I noticed the engine was revving constantly. I made another appointment to bring it in first thing in the morning. I had the car in at 8am. I finally called at 2:30 and they said they were getting ready to take a look at it. I took a day off from work for this!! Now it's almost 3pm and they haven't started looking at my car. Don't make an appointment here. They won't honor it!

I hate to talk smack on a locally-owned family business, but I am still a little incensed from my last visit there, where I had a nail in my tire, and they charged me thirty bucks to fix it (for reference, I had a small tractor tire repaired here a year or so ago, and they charged $4.00 (Thanks Perry). Most places charge $12-15 for a plug. There was a new guy there last time who I had never seen before, so I guess since he is new, he decided to charge me double to impress the bosses (I didn't say anything that day, because I am generally a mild-mannered guy, but I've been bothered ever since, especially because my check tire light keeps going off, and I had to put air in my tires three times since the repair. Also, the new guy told me after the service, that my tires were getting "feathered" or some term like that, which I'd never heard before. I asked what it meant, and he said it was probably from not rotating the tires enough (Admittedly, I have had them rotated a few times, but not too frequently). Well, I bought those tires here, and they offer free tire rotations on tires purchased here, so why didn't he offer to rotate them for me? Anyways, I think I am done with Calabro, I am tired of the poor service and high costs. Sorry Jeanine, Perry, Butch, and all the rest of the staff ... No more Cheers for you! P.S. I just remembered, my wife's car had a slow leak also, from the last time it was repaired at Calabro. She took it some place near where she works, and it was plugged for ten bucks!

So, after reading previous review I was hesitant to call them-and more scared after Service Guy's first comment was "It'll be $40 for electrical diagnostics." But, at Pep boys my car was fixed and ready to go. Same day service! Big price but fixed quick. I don't know if $300 is reasonable for a cooling fan module replacement. I didn't come to a discount shop to be overpriced!!!! They then tell me oh we don't have your rim it will be a week. I had to leave my car there for a week. I get my car back and NO AIR! I had to put air in the old and new tires. My emergency tire pressure lights are on and alignment is off. You guys made sure to offer a warranty when I came!
