Now he's a total jerk and he has his uneducated office staff and PA running the business. just a few of our most prominent issues: 1. I was extorted by the front office, that he would not see me unless I paid a missed appointment, which I did not schedule. 2. The office refused to treat me, for a raging bladder infection that they tested me for, even though I'm a regular annual patient. I refused to pay the $50 to come BACK to the office the same day, for the RX. 3. His physicians assistant incorrectly diagnosed me as having HPV. And I had to go to another doctor for an incredibly painful procedure, all for nothing. I did not have HPV. 4. In my opinion Kurtz now has a God complex, he didn't used to. ***5. THEY REFUSED TO TREAT ME, AFTER I LEFT MY URINE SAMPLE....UNLESS I PAID WHAT FEELS LIKE A $50 EXTORTION FEE, in order to give me my prescription. When the doctor says they don't hold back care because of an unpaid balance, that is entirely incorrect, and I believe he's lying. His behavior is reprehensible, and he is fully aware of this. Don't say you weren't warned. ....*add the fact that he stands by his uneducated and extremely unprofessional staff, says even more. Do better Dr Kurtz. Now I get 15 minutes plus waiting each time and incoherent assistants. Last time I left a message for the doctor, I had to repeat a simple question 3 times because they didn't understand it the first two times. Of course never heard back from them. I don't know if they even relayed the message. The doctor is still great so it's a shame but time for a new one.

Setting up an appointment with Dr. Von Ins was so easy and she took an hour!!! to examine my condition. I didn't feel rushed at all. She reviewed all my medications including anti depression, heart and sleeping pills. She tried to figure out the root causes of my issues and recommended better meds and life style advice. She checked my diet, exercise and sleeping habits too. Very Knowledgeable and sweet. She treated me as her family. Do yourself a favor, and do not try to self diagnose based on what you read on the internet... let a medical professional like Dr. Jesse do what he does best! Dr Anthony Bae is my doctor. He is thorough and kind and takes the time to actually listen to me. He has made my life better in so many ways over our 25+year partnership. He has even saved my life! He is an internist. This office hosts all the lab and imaging service you need. There are doctors from every speciality working here. There is ample free parking, and the team works like a well oiled machine. The nurses and technicians are kind efficient and professional.
